"Sorry." he said. "I guess I forgot." He looked down, upset by his stupidity.

OOC: I actually did forget too. I've got a bad memory.

 

OOC: I have it too xD

BIC: "It's alright..." She said sadly, "She was the only one that was ever proud of me. She would always tell me that no matter what, she would always be in my heart," she smiled at herself. "I do miss her everyday"

 

He turned toward her and gave her a comforting hug. "I don't know what it feels like to lose a parent, but I'll try and be here for you."

 

Lexi hugged him while giving him a peck on the cheek.

 

He blushed a little and got back in his seat. Their food arrived and he started eating.

 

OOC: Have to go to sleep now. Night.

 

OOC: Okay, goodnight.

 

Lexi started to eat her food slowly.

 

He continued eating in silence.

 

As Lexi was eating her phone started to ring. She stopped eating and answered her phone.
"Hello?" she said in a sweet innocent voice. Then she started to laugh with the person on the phone.
"Oh my god, are you serious? You're coming to the dance tonight?" she said really excited.
"That's great, I can't wait to see you. Love you too, call you later" She said and hanged up her phone.

 

"Who was that?" he asked.

 

"A guy who is very important to me. You'll get to meet him tonight," She smiled as she took a bite of her food.

 

"Very important, huh?" he said, a little insecure. More important than me? he thought to himself.

 

"Yup, he's been with me since I was born." She smiled as she took a sip of her coke. "He basically took care of me, after my mom passed away and my dad was always gone"

 

"Oh." he said, a little relieved. So, he's not an old boyfriend or something. he thought.

 

"Why? What are you thinking?" She asked him very seriously looking at him.

 

"Nothing." he said, taking a drink from his root beer.

 

"I'm sure," She said sounding a tad annoyed. "It's my brother... by the way,"

 

"I see." he said. "Well, that's good that he's coming."

 

Lexi got more annoyed with him. Since they were sitting in one of those "U" shaped booths, Lexi excused herself to go to the washroom.
