OOC- lol XP

Hailey remembered what he'd said about her being shy and she turned to look at him. However, she couldn't keep her eyes on his for long without looking down at the ground. "I... was playing a song..." She began. "A-And it reminded me of... My mom's death..." She whispered the last part. "It was from the Titanic, and she died in a similar accident..." She stared at her feet. "But I'm fine... really..." She made herself smile, but she couldn't look up from her feet, and the tears running down her cheeks told a different story.

 

Michael took all of this in for a few moments.
"Let me see that song." he said, picking up the paper that contained the lyrics of the song. He then pointed out one specific part and sang it out loud. "You're here, there's nothing I fear, and I know that my heart will go on...that relates to you. Your mother's always here, with you. That's why you have nothing to fear, which is also why you sholdn't be so shy. Plus, because you know that your mother is always here with you, your heart can go on."
He looked straight at her.
"She's always with you." he whispered. "I hope that makes sense."

 

OOC- I miss Jack... T-T

Hailey looked up at him, surprised that he translated the lyrics so well. She also saw that he was right. She's always here, watching over me... And my heart can move on, knowing that... I shouldn't be so shy, because there's nothing to be afraid of... Why am I so shy...? She wiped away her tears with the back of her hand and looked at him. "You're right..." She whispered, looking at him for the first time without looking away. "I don't know why I'm so shy... I just am, though I shouldn't be..." She paused and smiled. "She is always here, isn't she...? Here in my heart... I shouldn't cry... She wouldn't want that..." She had her hand over her heart now, half talking to herself.

 

"That's the spirit!" Michael said, smiling and putting his car keys in his pocket. "Hey, it's pretty dark outside, want me to walk you to your dorm?"

 

"Okay..." Hailey said and smiled softly. She picked up her sheet music and put it in a folder, standing up.

 

Michael led her out of the music building.
They both talked a little about thier first day at this university and a little about music until they reached her dorm building.
"Well, bye." he said, grinning. "I'll seeya tomorrow! Remember, you have my number. If you need anything, just call."
He began to step back and toward his dorm building.

OOC: Going offline. I'm sleepy. I've got a school football game tomorrow, gotta get enough rest. Good night. :)

 

Hailey smiled, walking beside him. "It was... interesting," She said. "But I liked it. This is a really nice school... And the people here are so... nice." She looked up at him, smiling. "Alright... bye!" She said and headed to her dorm, waving. "Thank you!" She shouted and then went inside, closing the door and sitting down on her bed.

OOC- He gave her his cellphone number, right? so she can txt him? ;P

Henry continued to walk with Lexi to her dorm. He saw Hailey there.

 

Hailey laid down on her bed again and stared up at the ceiling, smiling. She couldn't believe the day she'd had. Just now... With Michael... I was finally able to get over my shyness for a bit... But how? She wondered. She sung a tune softly to herself.

BIC: "I better go check up on Hailey, I think she needs someone to talk to," She said at the door of the girl's dormatory.

 

OOC: Well, I don't. I graduated in '06. I do have a job, but I only worked 4 hours today.

"Alright." he said. He wasn't sure if it was alright to give her a goodnight kiss or not. As he was thinking this, he started leaning towards her. Realizing what he was doing, he pulled back and turned to leave, blushing deeply.

 

OOC- I do go to school, from 7:40 to about 3:00

BIC: Zack decided to go to his dorm and sleep, he figured he would see Hailey tomorrow

 

OOC: you don't count xD

BIC: "Were you about to kiss me?" She asked looking back at him while he was walking away.

 

He turned even redder. "Umm...." he said. "Yes." he whispered.

 

OOC- I'm on break. ;D

Hailey continued typing on her laptop. She heard the two outside and stopped singing to herself.

 

she smiled and said, "Okay. See you tomorrow," She started walking to the doors, making sure Henry got the message that it was his only chance.

 

"Wait!" he said.

 

Lexi stopped where she was but she didn't look back. It started to rain really hard. Her hair and clothes were getting wet.
