FFX-2 had it's negatives and positives with me. I had no issue at all with the game being about 3 women. What I did have a problem with was the stereotypical way they were and also the game creators felt the need to put in 'dress spheres' and a 'pink' ship, to name a couple things that were so obviously meant to be assigned to women. I did think the system was far better than the sphere grid, which was highly annoying but also produced DBZ characters if you knew what you were doing. I had some issues with FFX that rates it as a 'good' game but the worst of the FF games for me. FFX-2 really should have just been part of FFX in a better way to me. This game also wasn't as 'linear' as FFX was, which is one of the reasons I found FFX to be so boring. The spheres, other than the fact that they were 'dress' spheres because girl mains obviously must be treated like Barbie dolls, were actually fine. I did not like the outfits often and well, thought the concept of making them change clothes for each job was lame. But the actual functions of the jobs themselves and growth was what made me overlook the obvious stereotyping and fact that it seems Nomura has a hard time with lead female characters so it's fine to just make them sex objects. I have hopes that FF XIII, with Lightning as the main, will show how 'real' females can act and can be appealing without the blatant obviousness to make her so. So far, she seems like a good lead. Really, FFX-2 in some ways was better and in some ways worse than FFX was. It wasn't a horrible game but I felt it was definitely one of the weaker of the FF series. However, some things were fun in it so I won't bash it entirely as saying it wasn't worth playing.
Hello new friend. xD
I could never marry someone who cares more about material items than people.
Many of you died by name or Shinigami Eyes since no one accused. Those who we didn't know names of died by Shinigami Eyes. Most of you though do have your names posted on the forums or did at one time. Jettie, I believe you died also by Shinigami Eyes. 7th, you died by name.
xD, rhyming L was so difficult and you made it seem so easy!
You died by Shinigami Eyes, Darkrequiem. And yes, new list time! Round 17 Darkrequiem0 Fayt-Harkwind L 7th Key of the Kingdom jettie
Sure, and hello iFishy. ^_^
I did. I will just be waiting till someone shows up. Have no worries. It will be gone sometime soon.
RE:CoM is the better game really. Better everything and none of the story is at all lost in it. I'd suggest waiting for it as it's also better to play since it's on the PS2. CoM was fun but really, the only challenging fight I had in it was Repliku in the last fight with Sora and the last fight he had with Riku. Once you get the cards down, either game is a challenge but not a big one.
lol, that's just epic. xD Hope everyone had a good game.
We won and we played by all the rules. mwahahaha. Okay, bragging done. Now though maybe everyone realizes why Pyro and I are normally NOT the Kiras. xD. So hopefully now people also who get to be Kiras see that the rules can be followed and you don't have to bend or break things to win. It just takes patience and well, luck, on top of strategy.
Hmm... I think with the right audience you can joke about anything. >.> Different things are regarded as sacred to different people.
I'm going to close this since it's a duplicate thread and there are other threads already on it. The collider has already been used and nothing bad happened. And most scientists aren't idiots. They take a lot of time researching before pondering putting something together that could be a harm to anyone else. There is no black hole that is going to suck us all into it. The media and people that do not research spread lies and like to cause fear when it simply is just not true. There are threats far worse out there in space that impact with our atmosphere regularly to think on if people want to be worry warts.
That list, and extended ones which some others of us have written, has been around for a few years now but it's still hilarious to see. Take notes, evildoers. You definitely want to know what not to do.
Orange and Trigger surround me. I feel boxed in. *claustrophobic attack*
Now members can finally express their love. <3 <3. Oh happy day!
Roxas, I believe, did likely encounter Hayner, Pence and Olette in 358/2 Days. Though they probably did not know each other at all really well, and it would seem more like how we see a ton of kids at school but we don't really associate with them on a personal level enough to call them even acquaintances. In 358/2 Days, he probably did want to talk to them and well, have the friendship of the three since they had relatively normal lives and he was alone and/or stuck with the Organization, which other than Axel, he really didn't connect with. It may be for this reason that Ansem/Diz actually chose to make the digital world of Twilight Town for Roxas and give him Hayner, Pence and Olette, writing them in as friends for him. It was something that intrigued him and would help keep him stable for the memories stuff Namine was doing. Later, when Sora is confronted with the question from Pence, asking about had they ever met before, it seemed to me that the three friends possibly did remember Roxas's face being around since he did seem to watch them now and then, even if he could not associate with them. Roxas would seem possibly like an outsider to them and looks close enough to Sora, who also comes from elsewhere clearly, in appearance so I would think that's the reason.
And so now people can be in love finally. Oh happy day!
I would say that age itself is somewhat a factor as we are developed to be more interested in sex and prepared for it by ages, though there is a gap of a couple years etc. Teens are going to explore but despite the fact that some try to make like they can't resist going all the way, inside they know they could. However, the impression that having sex early is cool gives some people the wrong ideas. I would say 15 to 16 is a good age as any and though I feel that teens should wait longer, the reality is that often these are the ages it happens so many places make them the age of consent. Some places make 14 and 13 legitimate ages as long as someone is in your age group, to keep adults from going after children. Of course, this doesn't work that often and men are seen going after 13 to 16 year olds too often. Probably because they can't get laid by anyone their own age and have a thing for 'virgins' and naive little girls. Regardless of the age though someone has sex, I think it shouldn't even be -thought- about unless the partners have some form of protection. There are way too many teenage pregnancies because no one thinks of using a condom and two people are messing around and things go too far. Some people feel that having protection means teens are more likely to have sex, but I would be inclined to disagree and even if it were true, at least the chances of pregnancy itself is reduced, as well as the spread of STDs. Teaching teens and kids even before they are teens to think responsibly and letting them know without a doubt if they have intercourse without protection that they can get overwhelmed for it for sometime is critical. We can't stop those who are young from having sex but teaching them early on to regard it as a special thing and on the repercussions is the right thing to do. Then at least when they do have their first times with it, it will be automatic they bring along what they need. Basically, we teach kids to 'stop, drop and roll' if you get caught on fire. Teaching kids to 'wrap it before you tap it' also seems like a reasonable thing to do for their protections since parents can't watch them all the time.
