"My name's Kaida. I uh, I popped in when some of this group was trudging their way through Corona. I remember seeing you a couple times and um..." Luna looked a little puzzled at the mention of Corona but immediately snapped out of that puzzlement. "Corona?.........Oh!! I think there's colony located there but I don't quite remember." Luna smiled again before Kaida spoke up again with a confused expression on her face. "I think Aux had mentioned you were a princess?" Luna's eyes widen a bit before relaxing a bit. She nodded a bit before looking down a bit. "Yes, Yes I am. I am one of two heirs for the throne. The other heir is my twin brother, Akira, however, I don't know where he is right now." Luna's face saddened a bit but she shook her head to knock her out of her sadness."I'm not worrying too much though. He's tough, he can take care of himself. We'll find our way back to each other soon." Luna looked a bit while holding her hands together.
Luna looked up to Kaida as she placed a hand on her shoulder making sure she was okay. "You're back! Are you alright though?" Luna took a moment to catch her breath. She nodded before speaking up. "I'm fine...Just a little exhausted is all...Thank you though!" Luna smiled a bit before speaking once again. "I don't think I've seen you before, have I? In any case, my name is Lunala but you can call me Luna" Luna sat up a bit and smiled once again awaiting for Kaida's response.
Blake nodded to Kuro as she suggested they head to the mission board. "Let's go on a mission shall we?" Blake and Kuro walked over to the mission board to see what was available to them. After careful debating, the two decided to take on the mission, Masquerade. "Alrighty then! We got a mission to complete!" Blake started to get pumped up for her first mission. She looked to Kuro awaiting for his reaction to signing up for their first mission. (Sorry for the short post!) @CrownMoksha

XIV: The Story of Luna Legacy.......... Division 4 of 4: Awakening of a Phoenix Heart --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------At the sight of shadow that emerged from Luna, everyone's had widened in shock and fear out what might have happened to Luna for that shadow to appear. "The time of light and peace will come to end and the time of darkness and chaos will rise!!!" Luna was at a loss for words. She didn't know what to do or how to even go about defeat this enemy. The townspeople walked outside to see what was going on only to see the giant shadow that loomed over the city. The citizens ran back inside the house and started boarding up their doors and windows to protect themselves from the threat that was above their beloved home. "We need to evacuate the people! Our citizens is our top priority!" Akira shouted toward Blake and his parents. The three nodded as the King and Queen ran back toward the castle to rally the troops while Akira started to head into town to start evacuating the people. Luna collapsed on her knees with what seemed to be a broken expression on her face. Blake ran over to Luna to make sure she was alright. He kneeled down to see what was wrong with his beloved. The Beast turned around to look at Luna. "Luna! Are you alright? We need to get out of here!" Blake tried to get Luna up on her feet but there was no luck. She remained right where she was. Beast pulled her right on her feet with one quick swoop. "Get a hold of yourself!! What's wrong with you??? What's going on??" Beast shouted at her face but her expression did not change even one bit. Blake ran over to the two in concern. Shadow heartless had started surrounding the three charging up for an attack. Blake and Beast looked around their surroundings trying to figure out what to do about their current predicament. They had shadows on either side and a princess who can't even speak a single sentence or even move any fingers. Beast tossed Luna over his shoulders and started heading to the castle. "Get moving now!!!!" Blake nodded and ran along with Beast toward the castle to figure out their next plan of attack. Once back inside the castle, the three made their way into the throne room where the King and Queen awaited. The two looked to see their daughter over Beast's shoulder. Beast removed Luna off of his shoulder and she sat on the floor with her knees on the floor with her arms on the floor still with that same broken expression. Blake held Luna's shoulders and shook it gently. "Luna!! Luna!! What's wrong? Answer me!!" No response. Not a single sound or movement came from the girl. Blake and her parents started panicking more and more with each moment of silence passed. "It's all my fault.......All my fault..." Blake looked up at his fiance as she finally uttered a sound. "Everyone's going to get hurt because of me....all because I can't protect anyone." Luna raised her hand to her face in self loathing. Everyone in the room looked at Luna as she spoke. Their faces had been painted across with sad and concerned expressions at Luna's words. "I'm no princess, I'm no warrior, I'm...I'm nothing...Just a useless pathetic excuse of a person." Luna removed Blake's hand from her shoulders as she turned her head down toward the ground once more. She sat there in silence once again leaving her family and Beast at a loss for words. Nobody knew what to say or what to do about the current situation. With each moment that passed, Beast grew more and more frustrated until he burst. "ARE YOU DONE?!?! WHAT IS WITH THIS PITY PARTY?!?!?! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GIRL I SAW BACK AT MY CASTLE?!?!?! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GIRL WHO TOOK PRIDE IN HER NAME AND HER HOME?!?!?! IF THIS IS HOW YOU REALLY ARE THEN I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!! ALL I SEE NOW IS A GIRL COMPLAINING AND WHINING ABOUT SHE'S USELESS!!! I DON'T WANT TO ASSOCIATE MYSELF WITH QUITTERS AND WHINERS!! I'M GOING TO HELP THOSE PEOPLE AND STOP THAT MONSTER FROM DESTROYING US ALL!!! YOU THREE SHOULD DO THE SAME AND LEAVE THIS QUITTER!!" Beast stormed off out of the castle and went to help evacuate the people while defending them from the heartless. A knight had ran into the room, requesting the King and Queen's assistance. "King Aaron! Queen Sophia! The army is ready to move out at your command. We need to move out soon!" Aaron and Sophia looked at each other before looking at their daughter. They were torn over this. Their daughter was clearly in despair but outside the castle walls were people in danger from the heartless striking and not to mention the giant shadow that still loomed over the kingdom. What were they to do? Console their daughter? Or save their people from the threats that harm them? No parent should have to make this decision, however, Blake gestured them to go and protect the people. The two looked to their daughter once more before heading out with a conflicted expression on their face. Blake looked back at Luna once more. "Luna....Listen to me right now. You are none of those things you said about yourself. You are more than that. You are a wonderful person and a great princess. You inspire me to keeping moving forward and fight on to see the rise of a new day. You are stronger than you think you are, you are much greater than you say you are. Don't you see?" Blake grabbed her hands and brought them to his chest. The same knight came back into the room, requesting his assistance as well. Blake looked between Luna and the knight. He stood up and started to head out before he leaned down toward Luna and kissed her forehead. He and the knight ran off to defend their home, leaving Luna in the throne room by herself. She grabbed her arms as she began to cry. Tears had begun to fall from the broken princess. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------Meanwhile.......------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mira opened her eyes as she sensed a disturbance. It was as if her chest was tightening at the sudden pain she was feeling. She looked up and an image of Luna appeared in head. "Luna......Something's wrong..." Mira immediately sat down, closed her eyes, and held her hand together, leaving a gap between her thumbs and the rest of her fingers. Luna! Luna!! Can you hear me??? Mira attempted to contact Luna through what was called an Aura Wave. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luna! Luna!! Can you hear me??? Luna looked up at the sudden voice she heard. She looked around and around but saw no one connecting to the voice. Luna took a moment to realize that it was an Aura Wave. Luna spoke out toward the voice reaching out to her. "Mira....." Luna recognized the voice immediately. She opened her mouth to speak once more. "Mira.....I-i-i-i.....I'm nothing.....I can't protect anyone not even myself." Mira sighed a bit before responding to her. Don't start this with me again.......I've had enough pity parties. I swear you and Illiana have pity parties of the same caliber. Mira stopped before speaking again. I'm only gonna say this once so you better listen up.......There's no shame in asking for help, no shame in being lost and asking others for advice. There's no shame in asking others to lend you their power and strength. They'll be your guide and light the way for you. Luna....they're going to be your beacon of hope amidst the fog of darkness. Luna started to turn her head up as she listened to Mira. She felt images of those nearest and dearest to her. Her eyes widen as the images smiled at her as they extended out their hands. Just as they are your beacon of hope, you are the people of Solara Lua's beacon of hope. You guide them through the fog of darkness and light the way. You aren't just their princess, you are their hope, their light within darkness. Right now, they need you, they need you to guide them from the dark that's blocking their way. Are you gonna sit here and continue in your self wallowing? Or are you gonna guide them back on the right path? What is it gonna be Luna? Luna stood up slowly before looking up with resolution burning in her eyes. "I can't stay here feeling sorry for myself anymore. My people need me. I need to protect them and I have to protect my family, Beast, and Blake too. I have to protect them just as they protect me. A princess is someone that lights the way for her people, someone people can go to when their days are dark, someone who isn't afraid to ask fro help from others. I understand that now." She walked out to the balcony and saw the shadow rampaging through the town. Luna placed her hand on her chest and closed her eyes. I understand what I have to do now........What you've been trying to tell me.........I'm not afraid anymore of what lies ahead.....I'm going to keep moving forward and become that beacon of light for my people. I won't let fear take control anymore. All this time, I've had people around me to help me and I won't take them granted anymore.......Luna opened her eyes and jumped from the balcony to the castle wall and to a roof of a house and continuously jumped from roof to roof before stopping just little ways from the enemy. "I'm ready to claim back the part of me I left behind ages ago......But I won't do it alone....." Blake, Akira, Her parents, Beast, and even the enemy looked over at her in astonishment. Blake smiled as he felt the old Luna come back to him. Luna's shoulder had begun to shine changing the countdown timer as soon as it hit zero to something entirely new. As if it were planned, a phoenix had come flying through the sky, circling around Luna. The color of its feather had been a light blue while its eyes shined an almost turquoise color. Luna placed her right hand over her chest. "The past won't take control anymore!!" Both of Luna's shoulders had shined bright revealing a tattoo over both of them, and a little after that her back had begun to shine, revealing the same tattoo. "The Mark of the Celestial Phoenixes?!?!?! It can't be!!!" Luna closed her eyes for a moment before opening them. "Lua, Phoenix of the Moon!! I need your help!!! Lend me your strength!!" The phoenix, Lua, flew down before transforming into his human form. He kneeled down in respect to the princess. He began glowing a blue aura around as he started fading. The area had become bright enough for people and even for the enemy to shield their eyes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ [Music START] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The light had begun to dissipate from the area. Everyone opened their eyes and looked to find their princess. The wind blew through the town at the silence that was cast throughout the area. "NO! IT CANNOT BE!!!" The shadow shouted at the sight it saw just ways from it. Luna stood up slowly as her eyes were closed. Her outfit had completely disappeared as a new armor appeared. Luna had begun making her way toward the shadow with her eyes still closed. Nobody dared to speak a word as this was happening before Beast spoke up. "What in the world happened to her?" Aaron spoke up in response to Beast's question. "That......My friend......Is Lumios, the Lunar Phoenix Knight....Said to appear every 5 centuries.....The Knight would be chosen by Lua, the Moon Phoenix and servant to his chosen to inherit his powers.....It would appear that Lua has finally chosen his knight...." Aaron and Beast looked at Luna as she finally made it the shadow. The shadow had bean growing irritated and frustrated with each passing second. Luna opened her mouth to speak but what came out wasn't Luna herself. "Thou who threatens the peace of this kingdom will be illuminated by the light of the Phoenix....."Luna raised her hand and little speck of light had shined around Luna's hand before a keyblade had emerged in her hand. She jumped up to a higher platform to fight the threat at hand. "IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT ME, THINK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The shadow started to attack the Knight but missed as she dodged just before the attack could connect. The final battle had just begun............ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Just assume a battle took place....My brain got to fried up so ta-da!) [Music STOP] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amidst the darkness, Luna drifted through trying to find her shadow. After moments and moments of drifting, she finally came across her shadow. She grabbed her hand and pulled her into an embrace. "I'm so sorry for leaving you alone for so long......It's going to be okay now...We're not alone anymore and we never will be." Her shadow smiled as she shed tears over her other half's words. The area around them grew bright and brighter until everything was bathed in light. Luna opened her eyes to see the sun rising, bringing forth a new day. Her family, Blake, and Beast were ecstatic to see the girl finally open her eyes. Tears had been shed and smiles were stretched wide on their face. She did it. She conquered her fears and finally understood her role and found herself once again. After a couple hours of rebuilding and checking for any injuries, the six headed to Lake Hylia to relax from everything that has happened. As they reached the lake, the same door Luna saw in the Castle of Illusions appeared in front of them. "That door.....It's back..." Luna took a couple of steps but looked back to see the others stay where they were. Akira was the first to speak up out of the five. "I guess it's time for you to go.....You have to go back to the others as well as the real Akira, Aaron and Sophia, Beast, and Blake." Luna's eyes widen at the words her brother spoke. "You-you knew?" The illusion Aaron and Sophia nodded but couldn't say a thing. Luna looked over at each one of them.The illusion Blake walked up to Luna and placed a hand on her head. "I might not be real but the feelings I have are, I will love you just as much as the real Blake does and we will always protect you no matter what. Don't forget the things you saw here and what you felt. If you do that, none of us here will ever go away. We'll always be here.....In your heart...Okay? Now get going....They're waiting for you.." Luna frown a bit before shaking her head and smiled up at him. She nodded and started making her way to the door. Just before she pressed her hand on the door, she looked back and saw everyone smiling. "I won't ever forget my time here and I will never forget you guys............That's a promise...." With that, Luna looked back at the door and pushed it open to reveal a bright light..... XIV: The Story of Luna Legacy...... End...---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luna stepped through the door and arrived back at the Castle of Illusions. She saw the others around the hall talking to one another to pass the time until everyone was back. The door closed behind her and she finally knew...She was back in the real world. Division 3 of 4: Tipping Point ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Upon arriving at the castle, Luna and Beast had to cross through the entrance to reach the east wing of the castle. What awaited for the two was the royal family which consisted of her parents and her twin brother, Akira as well as Luna's fiance right at the entrance waiting for the return of their princess. As Luna started making her way first, her fiance had spotted her out of the corner of his eye. He turned toward her and began walking toward her as he called his beloved's name. "Luna!" Luna tensed up at the sound of her own name. Luna turned her head slowly to her left. Before she could see anything, Luna was caught in a tight embrace by none other than her fiance. "Where have you been all this time?!?!?! Do you how worried sick I was?!?! Don't you ever scare me like that again!!!!!" Luna stood there listening to her beloved's voice. How long has it been since she could hear his voice? How long has it been since she was held in his arms? As if to pull her away from her thoughts, she had felt water on her shoulder. Her eyes widen at the sudden realization of this. Was he crying? Was this really happening? "Blake....." Her eyes watered up as she heard her beloved crying silently. Before she even knew, tears had begun falling down on her face. She buried her face in Blake's chest and wrapped her arms around his crying form as she herself continued to cry. The two stayed locked in their embrace crying at the sight of each other. Her family smiled at the sight of the two in each other's arms once again as the Beast watched the two from the hallway leading to the west wing. After what seemed to be quite awhile, the two released each other as they wiped away each other's tears. Akira looked out toward the entrance and saw the Beast peeking out from the wall. "Intruder!! Show yourself!!" Akira summoned forth his keyblade toward the Beast. Luna turned around and saw the Beast before turning toward her brother as he started charging at him. Luna immediately jumped into action as she started running toward the Beast. "Akira!! Stop!!!" Luna stood in front of the Beast with her arms spread out to shield him from her brother. "Luna! Get out of the way!! It's an intruder!!" Akira shouted and gestured to Luna to move out of his way. Luna looked down and shook her head. "I will not! He's not an intruder! He's a friend of mine! He's a guest and will be treated with the same respect as you would to me or anybody else in this room! Am I clear?!" Luna looked up at Akira as she cleared up any misunderstandings Akira might have gained. Akira looked back and forth between the Beast and Luna reflecting on his dear sister's words. After a small moment, Akira looked at his sister and nodded his head. He drew back his blade and took a couple steps back. Luna turned back toward the beast and extended out her head toward him. "It's alright now! They're not gonna hurt you. I'll protect you!" Luna smiled as the Beast reached out for her hand. The Beast stepped out into the entrance to greet Luna's family and loved one. The four greeted the Beast with the same respect as if it were Luna or any citizen in the kingdom. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Time Skip!!!------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After dinner, Akira escorted Beast to his room for the night while the King and Queen retired to their room for the night. Luna made her way to the garden for a breath of fresh air. She walked through the garden pondering over everything that has happened thus far. "I just don't understand anymore. I know all of this is an illusion but all of it feels so real. It's hard to tell the difference. What am I suppose to do?" Luna sighed as she sat down on one of the garden benches. She turned her head down and an expression of confusion and worry painted across her face. A hand rested on her shoulder moments later. She jumped a little as she looked up only to see Blake. Blake smiled a little before speaking. "Do you wanna talk about it? You've been out of it all day. You know I'll always be here if you need to talk right?" Luna nodded her head and moved over a little to make room on the bench for Blake. Blake sat down next to her and placed his hand over hers. He sat there silently until Luna was ready to speak. "Blake........I-i-i...I can't. This is something I need to keep to myself. I hope you understand. It's just that I don't know myself anymore and it's making my head feel so lost." Blake squeezed her hand before wrapping his arm around her shoulder and bringing her close to him to comfort her. He stayed silent for a moment to listen to Luna and gave himself another moment to ponder over her words. He grabbed her hand once more before letting his words fall out of his mouth. "It's alright. I won't ask about it if you don't want to talk about it. Is there anything I can do to cheer you up? I rather not see my princess looking so upset. Her smile is much more beautiful than her frown." Blake smiled at her with adoration in his eyes. Luna blushed a little before looking away. Luna stared out at the night sky continuing to ponder everything that has happened recently. "Whatever happened to you while you were away, something's changed in you but I just don't know what it is yet. I didn't notice it before but now that you're here I can tell there's something very different about you. It's as if there was a part of you that was ripped away." Luna looked at Blake as he started looking at the sky as he was speaking. As if a part of her had been ripped out? Had it really seemed like that? Luna couldn't even tell apart any difference in herself anymore. Blake stood up and stretched before turning back to Luna. Luna stood up as well looking up at Blake. "You better get home. You have to get up early tomorrow. I'll walk you to the entrance." Luna and Blake started walking back to the entrance. Before saying Good After saying their farewells, Luna had starting walking off to the ice rink in town. Little did she know, Beast had begun to follow her. Luna had arrived at Ice Rink Celestia which was the local and most famous ice rink in the kingdom. She walk through the doors to find one of her three caretakers from her toddler days and still look after her to this day. "Francisco......" The man stood up at the sound of the oh-so familiar voice. He turned around and saw his precious princess. "Reditus Sum.....Francisco.." Francisco ran out from the room where the ice skates were to hug the girl after what had seem to be quite awhile. "Mea Principessa!!!" Francisco had begun to shed tears at the thought that the princess was back home safe. After a couple moments, he released her from the lung crushing embrace. He immediately went back to the room he was in before to retrieve Luna a special pair of ice skates that he and his two other brothers had made specifically for her. "For you, mea stellalum..." Francisco handed Luna the pair and Luna immediately opened with a smile on her face. "Francisco... these are beautiful! Thank you!! May I try them out now???" The man chuckled as he nodded his head. Luna ran off into the rink to break in the new pair. As Luna ran off , Beast had walked into the rink. Luna glided on the ice to enter the rink. She stopped in the middle of the rink awaiting for music to play. Francisco begun to play the music Luna had already uploaded onto to his music device before sitting down where Beast was. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Music START] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luna begun skating to the music and glided off to begin her routine. Beast had watched Luna skate across the ice, watching her every movement. "It's as if she's making music with each move and extension she makes, right? She would always come here around this time to skate. However, right now, it's as if there was a piece removed from her. There's definitely something on her mind. Don't you think?" Beast looked back to Luna once more. As if it was always there, the change in Luna was suddenly noticeable. Meanwhile, Luna continued to glide across the ice, jumping in time with the music or extending out her arms in a graceful fashion. Midway through the song, previous thoughts had come wandering back into her head. A piece that has been taken out of me huh? What has changed in me? Has anything even changed about me? Luna continued to skate through the song while all those thoughts sat in her head. The end of the song was coming and the finale was coming up. Luna had begun spinning fast as she brought her hands together and up before stopping and throwing her arms left and right before wrapping her arms around her for the finale. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Music STOP] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luna skated over to the edge to take a sip of water. Francisco and Beast had clapped at the performance they had just seen from Luna. Luna walked off the rink and begun to change her shoes. "Luna. That was amazing! I've never seen anything like that. It's as if you belong on that ice." Beast had walked up to Luna complimenting Luna over her performance. Luna looked up and smiled at him and Francisco. After talking for a bit, Luna and Beast had walked out of the rink and began making their way home. "Forgive me for prying but why don't you open up to others more? After what I've seen today, it's as if you're closing yourself off from others. Like you're isolating yourself from any help from others." Luna looked up to Beast as he asked. Luna looked forward and stopped in her tracks. She had been wondering the same thing herself. Suddenly, memories of her parents and Blake disappearing in front of her flowed into her mind. She grabbed her head in pain as she tried to push those away. Don't fight it Luna.....Remember that pain...Remember the loneliness you feel......You're alone.....Always have been and always will be..... Luna grimaced at the voice in her head. "Go away!! Leave me alone!!!" Luna shouted into the empty night sky. An expression of concern had begun painting across Beast's face. As if they were summoned there, her family and Blake had shown up. Face it Your Highness. You're a waste of space. A useless girl who can't take care of herself. A pathetic example of a princess.. "You don't know me!!! Shut up Shut up Shut up Shut up!!!!" As if the voice heard her, Luna's shadow and begun to take shape as Luna continued holding her head in pain. She turned around only to be greeted by a kick to the face. Luna fell to the ground with a thud. Her shadow had begun to grow in size and begun to tower over the kingdom. Luna looked up at the enemy and her eyes widen in shock over the size of it. This is will be Luna's toughest fight yet................

Division 2 of 4: Reunion ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------After parting from the arms of her parents, Luna wiped the remaining tears that escaped her eyes. Her parents had begun wiping away tears on their face as well as Akira just silently stood there with a smile on his face. Once the three had finally calmed down, they stood up and begun walking toward the castle garden. The family of four walked through the garden catching up with each other and seeing how each one has been. "Well we finished our pieces but you haven't said a single word about you, my dear. What have you been up to all this time? One minute you and your mother were doing wedding preparations then the next minute, we're sending search parties out for you." Luna chuckled a little bit before responding to her father."Well, I've been out exploring worlds and-......wait wait wait...WEDDING PREPARATIONS?!?!?!?!?" Luna's eyes shot wide open at what her father had just relayed to her. Wedding preparations? What wedding preparations? Couldn't be her own? Could it? Last time she checked, her fiance was walking around in the realm of darkness. Luna shook her head and asked her father just what was going on. "Whose wedding were we preparing for exactly?" Why yours of course!! You and Blake wanted to hold off on the wedding because of the kingdom's economic state. We and even Blake's parents had to convince you to finally prepare for this wedding for four years and finally just 3 weeks ago you both finally decide to plan your wedding!!" Luna couldn't believe the words that had left her father's lips. How? How could this be? It's not possible. Is it? Luna stopped walking and stood in place for a few moments to process the new information she was just given. "You, Me, and even Blake's mother were just planning it before you disappeared. Did you lose some of your memories during all this time you were gone?" Her mother looked back at her with an expression of worry painting across her face. Her father and her brother turned back toward Luna to await her response. "He's suppose to be coming over today after he's finished with his daily canvass of the city. You're both supposed to get fitted for the wedding." Luna's eyes shot wide open even more at the thought. Luna sat down on a nearby bench with a hand of her head in astonishment. As if the universe wanted to throw Luna for a loop, a familiar voice echoed through the garden. "Hey! Anybody around here?? Akira? Your Majesties? Luna??" The family of four looked toward the voice. "Blake! We're over here!!" Luna immediately shot up and started backing away. Akira looked back at Luna and saw tears forming in her eyes. "Luna? Are you alright?" Luna bolted right out of the garden. She jumped over the tall hedges and ran off from the castle. "Luna!!" Her parents and Blake who just arrived turned toward Akira and saw Luna running off. Luna ran and ran until her legs felt numb. She arrived at a lake not too far from the city. She walked to the water and began to wipe the tears that had ran down her cheeks. More and more kept cascading down as Luna just wiped away another tear. Luna looked out toward the water with her knees close to her chest. "Why did I run away? Why?? I feel so lost and confused......" Luna moved her head down toward her knees when she heard a sudden roar nearby. "ROOOOOOOOAAAAWAAAAAARRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The girl shot right up at the sudden sound. She looked around to see where it came from. Luna's eyes widen once more as she laid eyes on the creature the roar originated from.....she couldn't believe it as she found none other than The Beast. Was it really The Beast? Was it another illusion? Who knew anymore? Certainly not Luna. Luna walked slowly toward the Beast as it looked like he was calming down. Every inch that she walked was another moment of Beast calming down. She walked up to him and quietly called out to him. "Beast? Is that you?" The Beast turned his head and looked at the girl. He took a couple moments before realizing who she was. "You're...You're that girl that I saw back at the castle right? You helped me protect the castle. I-I-I wanted to say Thank You for helping me. Where are we?" Beast looked around his surroundings and questioned his sudden appearance here and where "here" was? Luna smiled a bit and responded to the Beast. "We're in Solara Lua...........My home. Right now we're at Lake Hylia which is not too far from the city." Luna pointed to the village that was east of them. "Solara Lua....It's a very nice town. Is there anywhere I can stay for the night? The sun is coming down soon." The Beast pointed toward the horizon and Luna nodded her head as she started to drag him over to the castle. Walking along the path that Luna had just ran across, the two made their way over to the castle garden. After half an hour, the two finally made it back to the castle. Luna opened the back entrance to the garden and the two made their way quietly as to not alarm the guards around the area. "This is your home? I thought it was in the village." Luna scratched the side of her head a little bit before reaching the entrance into the castle. The two went through the door and started to make their way to Luna's room. To reach her room, the two needed to cross the front entrance of the castle. What Luna didn't know was that her family and her betrothed were awaiting the return of their precious daughter, sister, princess, and betrothed back to her home.
Blake turned another page in her book as continued to read before someone had disrupted her reading. "So you wouldn't happen to be Blake would you?" The girl looked up to see a boy standing in front of her. Blake stood up as she placed her bookmark in her book and closed it until the next time she would read it. She adjusted her glasses as it had fallen a little before speaking up. "Yes, that would be me. Is there something wrong?" Blake replied to the boy's question. Curious as to why he was looking for her, she awaited for his response.
Blake walked around a couple moments after Marek walked out of the room. She watched as Meister and Weapon pairings walked around talking whether about missions they might take or are currently undergoing, or just other random things. After a couple minutes, Blake came across the library and walked inside and found a very quiet place and took out a book that she was currently reading. She sat down and continued to read where she left off in the book. "I wonder when I'll get assigned a meister. Hopefully, a meister will get partnered with me soon but only time will tell huh?" As Blake asked, her attention was off her book and onto her question for a little bit before directing her attention back to her book.
Luna listened as Dreamer explained about the SoS. "Servants of Sanctuary?" She whispered to herself as Dreamer continued to explain the current situation and what the next move would be. -----------A few minutes later----------Luna walked up along the hall of doors before her. She continued to walk along until she came across a strange door that had read: XIV: LunaShe reached her out toward the door before pulling her hand back toward her out of hesitation. Did she want to see what lied beyond this door? Did she want to venture into what could be unknown territory? Did she want to leave the door be? So many questions ran through her head over this door. Luna shook her head and placed her hand on the door. She pushed the door opened and walked through it as a white light consumed her. When her eyes fully opened, she couldn't believe what was right before her. In front of her very eyes, the fallen kingdom of Solara Lua was right before its returning princess. Could her eyes be deceiving her? Was Luna so homesick that she was seeing her own home when it wasn't really there? "How can this be? How??" What should've been, a kingdom in ruins, was a kingdom fully restored with people smiling and laughing while the sun, high in the sky, shining ever so brightly. Luna just stared out at the scene before her in awe for a few moments before looking behind her for the door that led her here. However, there was no such door behind the girl. She turned her head back to the scenery in front of her. "It's definitely Solara Lua but it just doesn't feel like it...Could this all really be an illusion?" Luna kept pondering it for a few moments before hearing a very familiar voice. "HEY SIS!! HEEYY!!!" Luna looked toward the bottom of the hill she was standing on and her eyes had widened at the sight that greeted her there. A young man had shouted out toward her as he waved his entire hand to her. Luna slowly started walking before she even realized that she was running toward the man with tears forming in her eyes. The man she called her own twin brother, "AKIRA!!!" Luna jumped up and reached out toward her brother to hug him close to her as she started crying. "Whoa!! What's gotten into you??......Luna...." He chuckled a bit before hugging his sister back with a smile om his face. After awhile, the twins separated and started walking back to their home. "Geez sis, I knew you missed me but I didn't think you missed me this much. Let's get you back home before Mom and Dad send out a search party for you. They've been worried sick about you. Oh!! Before I forget, loving the new outfit sis!! It's an entirely new you!! Makes me wanna think about getting some new outfits soon! But that'll have to be for later!! First let's get you home!!" Akira grabbed Luna's hand and started running through the town to get to the castle that was just a few ways away from them. After their long trek, they finally reached their home. The twins walked up to the gate leading to the castle. Akira had yelled to the gate guards to open up the gate. Once past the gates, the twins made it inside. Luna stopped in her tracks to look around the home that she knew and loved. In that moment, memories before the fall of the kingdom struck through her mind. She shook her head to throw away that memory for the time being. Akira called out to his sister and motioned for her to enter the throne room. Luna ran to catch up with her brother. She entered the throne room and her eyes began to fill with tears once more at the sight of what awaited her at the end of the room. It was the two people in this entire universe that had brought her into this life. It was her parents. "Lunala?! Lunala?! "Her parents rose from their seat with tears threatening to spill from their eyes at the sight of their only daughter back in her home. They rushed over to their children hugged them as if it's been an eternity. Luna wept while she was in the embrace of her beloved parents. She smiled in the embrace but somewhere deep down, the fact that everything in front of her was an illusion clung to her as if it was a string tightly connected to her.
Luna continued to sob until she heard Stratos speak to her. She tilted her head up to listen to the boy's words. "He fell into a hole of darkness right? Well, we also fell through a hole of darkness right? It was on a lot bigger of a scale sure, but we still fell into some giant hole of darkness thing. And we're both alive, and I'm sure the others are too. So he could've ended up here too, and if he did then I'm sure he's still alive too. After all, a guy like him probably wouldn't rest until he found his way out of here and I doubt any kind of darkness could get in his way of finding it." Luna's tears had subsided a bit as she listened to each of his words. The girl looked down as she pondered at Stratos' words and pondered and pondered for a couple moments. Her eyes widened in shock at the sudden realization after continuously and carefully replaying Stratos' words. Why had she not realize this before? Was the answer really that simple?? She looked out toward the horizon and felt a sudden breath of energy coming from the distant west of the two. She reached for her necklace as she gazed out toward the direction where the energy was originating from. "If that's the case, then......Can I really?.......Can I finally believe that you're still walking and breathing?..." Luna felt her lips curl up into a slight smile as another tear cascades down her face. After a moment, a gasp had escaped her lips at another realization. The beacon that was ahead of the two and the path the energy was originating from were completely far apart from each other. The girl looked between the two paths as she realized that a decision was to be made her and now. "Hey? Stratos? Can I ask you a question?" Luna went silent for a couple moments before speaking up again. "If you had to choose whether to find a missing loved one or save the lives of others, what would you choose?" Luna looked up at Stratos as she pondered this question herself. A part of me wants to go find the source of that energy. That energy.......it's so familiar and warm.....it has to be Blake.....it just has to be.... However, another part of me wants to go and find out just what in the world that beacon is...I have to check on the colonies and I still have to find Akira and make sure he's safe.....What do I do? Search for Blake in this realm? Or protect the lives of not only my people but others of other worlds in the realm of light?.......Luna waited until Stratos gave her an answer to his question. She closed her eyes for a moment to calm herself down. However....Protect the others......They need you and the rest of your friends' help......Luna snapped her eyes opened as she looked for the source of that voice. She looked and looked but could not find the source of that oh-so-familiar voice. The girl closed her eyes once more. Is that really your voice??.....Or am I going crazy?...Do I really have any reason to lie dummy? Of course it's really me....More importantly, I felt distress coming from my necklace and I immediately thought of you....This choice.....I know it's a difficult one but you must head toward that beacon....I know you wanna come and find me...Trust me, I wanna find you too but the realm of light is in danger with not only our people's lives at stake but everyone living in the realm are in danger as well.....I-I-I.......I can't leave.....not without you!!.....I'll find you and we'll head to the beacon together-...Luna!!......You and I both know it won't stay long enough for you and I to find each other and get to the beacon in time.....I need you to head there with your friends and rescue the realm of light and all the worlds in it, including ours......I need you to do this.....Do it for me Lunala.....I'll find my way back to you soon....it's a promise...........You better keep your promise.....okay? Promise me you'll be back soon?....It's a promise......you better get going...I believe in you....Tears cascaded down her face as she opened her eyes once more. She wiped her tears away as she rose to her feet. Luna lifted her head up to look at Stratos. "Sorry....I know I asked you the question but you don't have to answer it if you don't want to. I kind of formulated my own answer with a little help." The girl looked back toward the far distance before turning back toward Stratos. "Hey Stratos? How about we go check out that beacon?" Luna smiled a little as she extended her hand out toward him for a handshake as she awaited for his response.
Hearing footsteps grow closer and closer towards the motionless girl, Stratos made his way toward her. "Hey Luna. Is something bothering you?" Luna snapped out of her trance-like state as she heard Stratos ask her with a concerning tone in his voice. She looked up and saw worry in Stratos' expression. She started to talk but quickly closed her mouth before she could say anything. The girl looked down to collect her thoughts before raising her face once more. "I would be lying if I said no." Luna went silent once more before speaking, "Umm..it's a little hard for me to talk about but I think now is a good time as any." Luna sat down before speaking again."I'm sorry. I need to sit down before I explain myself." Luna grabbed her necklace and held onto it as if it held the entire world in her hand. "To get to the point, I was or I'm currently engaged to someone from my home. However.....issues have arisen....." The girl looked up toward Stratos as she went silent once more. As she recollected her memories, tears had started to well up in her eyes. She took a couple moments to recollect her thoughts before she opened her mouth. "It was the night of me and my brother's birthday, my fiance wanted me to follow him to our secret place. We left the party my parents held for us before anybody could notice. When we got there, we sat down and talked for a little bit. Before I knew what was going on, he pulled out a box and opened it. Inside was the necklace that I'm currently wearing, in my home world whenever asking for someone's hand in marriage, one presents a betrothal necklace instead of, what do you guys call it? An engagement ring? Anyway, I accepted it and it felt like we w"ere the happiest people in the world before....." Luna closed her mouth and looked toward the ground. She could feel the tears in her eyes escaping and fall to the ground one by one. Her hands grabbed the earth beneath her in pain. Her voice kept getting caught in her throat when she wanted to continue her story. After a few moments, she finally caught her voice. "There were these people in red robes right above us. There were two of them, one of them looked like they were a man and the other might've been a woman. We looked up and and my fiance immediately got in front of me. A fight broke out between the red robed man and him. However, we didn't focus on the woman and I was standing completely still. I don't know how she did this but I felt myself sinking and I looked down and I saw a dark portal right under me. Before I could process anything, I felt someone push me away from the portal and when I looked up and I saw him sinking in my place. I grabbed his hand and tried to pull him up. I looked at him and I saw a sad smile on his face as if he was saying goodbye......He shook my hand off and before I knew it, the portal closed, the two in red robes disappeared and Blake was gone......" Luna looked down and grabbed her arms as she started sobbing. She leaned over toward the ground while her tears hit the ground multiple times. The girl remained in that position for awhile crying her eyes out while her necklace hanged from her neck.
Spoiler: Adrift in Darkness and Reconnect Black. Pitch black. Everywhere. In every direction there was. That was all she could see as she floated through. Luna floated through the darkness for what felt like an eternity. All she kept in her thoughts were her parents, her brother, her fiance, her kingdom, her home world. even Mira. She closed her eyes as she recounted countless memories from her home and her adventures within countless worlds. Happy memories, sad memories, memories of anguish, and even more. "I failed everyone. Am I to float in this eternal darkness as punishment for my failures?" Tears had began emerging from her eyes as they cascaded down her cheeks. She suddenly felt a surface right on her back. Her eyes opened up in surprise as she lifted herself up. Luna looked around her new surroundings. She looked at the sky and had an inkling on where she was. She walked around until she came up upon a cave whilst caring some resources she found along the way. After setting up a camp she heard footsteps and and turned around, only to find Stratos. The next day, they set out to walk to find anything that might help their situation. As they begun their trek, several thoughts had consumed Luna's mind. A certain memory comes back to her several times. Luna's face was covered with tears as she held on to a stranger's hand. As she was holding on , a portal of some sorts had appeared right under the stranger. Words had been exchanging back and forth between the two. The stranger smiled back at Luna as he shook off her hand. 'NOOOOOO!!!!!!' "Hey look over there! I think our best bet out of here is right there!" Stratos pointed toward the beacon out at the distance. Luna had continued to revisit that same memory over and over again as if it was on repeat. One question had popped in her head over and over again. Can he really be out here somewhere? Her mind had wandered off into many distant thoughts as Stratos continued on toward the beacon. Luna had remained in the same spot clutching her necklace in one hand and the other hand grasping her other elbow continuously wandering in her own thoughts with a worried and pained expression dancing across her face.
Blake listened as Malik instructed her about soul wavelengths and matching them so that their movements are one. She closed her eyes and she patiently attempt to match Malik's soul wavelength. Meister and Weapon working together as one.........match their soul wavelengths so their movements can become one.........Breathe and find and match his soul wavelengths......Breathe.... Blake took deep breaths for a couple moments. While her eyes were still closed, she could see a soul in the distance. In an instant, she knew it was Malik's. She continued to breathe and eventually saw her soul. Blake had begun to try and match his wavelength. On the outside, she could feel herself balancing herself as Malik instructed her to. As he moved her weapon form back and forth, up and down. She felt herself moving along his movements and even guiding him at times. Blake moved her weapon self around Malik's body and guiding him to left and right side of his body, spinning herself around. She continued this as she anticipated Malik's next movements, moving herself along with him. "Is this correct Malik? Is there anything I should improve on?" Blake continued to move up and down at different angles until Malik gave her criticisms for to improve from.
Blake listened to Malik as he told his story. She looked ahead and pondered until Malik had notified Blake that they have arrived to the training area. "So let's see your weapon form, see what you can do." Blake nodded and walked to the center of the room. She took a couple of breaths and closed her eyes for a moment. She took her hands and brought them up to her face as well as take a deep breath in. Blake envisioned herself in her weapon form. A bright glow had enveloped Blake as her body started to change. Her body had changed into a scythe. Blake's face had emerged onto the reflection of the blade. She opened her eyes and stared at Malik awaiting for further instructions. "What's next Malik?" She called out to Malik, waiting for him to speak.
Blake watched as Dr. Stein rolled away in his chair. She turned her head toward the tall figure who pushed Dr. Stein and his chair. Malik O Suaird huh? As she listened, her curiosity about him dwindled drastically. A little rude isn't he? But I understand he wants to get stuff done. She started walking off ahead of Malik toward the training area. She stopped at the doorway and turned toward Malik. "Are you coming? I still don't know my way around the DWMA so you'll have to be my guide?" Blake stared at Malik for a little bit and spoke once more. "Blake.......Blake Mezzabell...." She reached into her bag and grabbed what it seemed like a case for a pair of glasses. She opened the case and put on her glasses. "If you don't mind me asking, how are you compatible with any weapon? You don't have to answer if you don't want to. I'm just trying to start a conversation." She looked at Malik as she awaited for her temporary meister.
Blake sat in the back row toward the corner listening as Dr. Stein and Spirit speak. Once Dr. Stein dismissed class, Blake sat there for a couple moments reflecting and thinking about the postings for Meister and Weapon pairings. "My meister is unknown? I'm quite concerned about this. Maybe I should ask Spirit and Dr. Stein about this." Blake stood up and collect her things as she walked up to Dr. Stein and Spirit. "Excuse me Dr. Stein? I was quite curious. Umm...about my Meister.....what will happen with this?" Blake looked up at Dr. Stein asking about her partner. With a worried expression dancing across her face, she awaited for Dr. Stein's answer.
