I gave it a shot, but I'm not going to bother posting the results. Some of it was spot on, but a lot of it was...messy. The good thing is that you can manually edit the notes and move them around until it sounds perfect. The bad thing is that I don't have time to recompose the bad parts right now. If anyone else would like to give it a shot, the software I was using is this. You can use a Video-to-Mp3 converter if you don't have the track. Experiment with it. I'll fiddle around with it a bit more, but I encourage you to play around with more mp3-to-midi converters and analyzers.
