Well, I don't have it myself, but I believe you have to do all the Absent sillouettes, Terra only needs to be done once, all the XIII mushrooms, and the Data fights, I could be wrong though, since I don't actually have the game.
"I know you want to appear strong, but I can see the pain in your eyes." he said.
Hiato blushed a little, not expecting the hug. "There's plenty for both of you." he said. "You are both in pain, so you should both take them."
"Alright." he said. He gave Tai some pain killers. Then he gave some to her.
"I asked you if you were okay." he said in her good ear. "Also, I told him not to, but he didn't listen, so I gave him a painful shock."
He got up and went to her. "Are you alright?" he asked. "I tried to tell him not to. But I did give him one nasty shock."
"I warned you!" he said, giving him a quick zap, not enough to kill, but very painful.
"I'm warning you." he said, his fingers sparking.
"Night." he said, smiling at her.
"You better not." he said. "She'll get really mad."
"Well." he said, blushing slightly. "It's because you're nice and I really like you."
"You really want to know?" he asked her.
"The wishes won't come true if we say them out loud." he said.
"Yeah, but we can enjoy it while it lasts." he said.
