Oh oh chapter 3 of my new story,Whisper(but the outside says New Fate,Rising Hero),is up.

The King decided to see how Sora and Kaori were doing,so he headed back to the house. "Hey how are you guys doing?" he asked.

Chapter 3​

The next morning Kentaro was woken up by his father.
“Kentaro, wake up!” he called from downstairs.
Kentaro opened his eyes and yawned. He sat up and looked outside his window.
“I wonder if Kenji went back to his world, Baltra.” wondered Kentaro.
Kentaro sighed and got out of bed. He got dressed into his school uniform and went downstairs.
“Where’s Dad?” Kentaro asked.
“He just left. He said he was going to be late tonight.” Miyuki answered.
Kentaro grabbed a piece of bread. He turned towards the t.v. They were talking about an explosion that happened early in the morning.
“That’s close by.” muttered Kentaro.
“Is something wrong?” asked Miyuki.
“Huh? Oh, it’s nothing. I’ll see you guys later.” said Kentaro, walking out.
While on his way to school, Kentaro kept on thinking about what happened the night before.
Am I really a Demon Slayer? Or was all of that just a dream? wondered Kentaro. “Whatever, probably was just a dream.”
Kentaro finally arrived to his school and went straight to his class. He walked over to his seat and put his bag on his desk. Rai and Enzo came into the class shortly after.
“Hey Kentaro, I heard about that explosion that happened near your house.” said Enzo.
“Oh yeah. I walked by there and, whoa, that was a mess.” said Rai.
“Really? When I passed by there, they were almost done with the mess.” said Kentaro.
“I wonder what caused that explosion. It’s pretty weird.” said Enzo.
“What’s even more weird is that I didn’t wake up when it happened.” said Kentaro.
As the three friends talked, someone walked into the classroom. He looked around and spotted Kentaro. He grinned and walked over to Kentaro and the others.
“Hello. You must be Kentaro Matsumoto.”
Kentaro turned around and his eyes widened. He took a step back and pointed at the boy.
“What the hell! I-It’s you!” Kentaro said.
“My name’s Kenji Nakamura. And I’ll be sitting next to you.” he said.
Kentaro was about to tell Kenji something but Mrs. Yamazaki came into the classroom.
“Alright class, take your seats.” she said.
Kenji grinned at Kentaro. Kenji then took his seat to the left of Kentaro. Before Mrs. Yamazaki started the class, Veronica came into the class.
“Hello Mrs. Yamazaki. My counselor decided to change my class. I have you now.” she said smiling.
“Decided, yeah right. She begged her counselor to change her classes. Just to be with Kentaro.” Aria muttered to herself.
“Okay, take that seat behind Aria.” said Mrs. Yamazaki.
Veronica smiled and walked over to her new seat. While she walked to her seat, veronica looked over at Kaori. Veronica rolled her eyes and took her seat.

The bell finally rang for lunch. Kentaro quickly grabbed Kenji and took him outside.
“Okay, what the hell is your problem?! I thought you were going to go back to your world, Baltra?!” Kentaro quickly asked.
“I can’t. Only Demon Slayers or souls can enter or return to Baltra.” Kenji answered.
“What are you talking about?” Kentaro asked.
“Last night half of my powers were given to you. Now the only way I can return is if a Demon Slayer, with a strong enough energy flow, would return with me.” responded Kenji.
Kenji crossed his arms and closed his eyes. Kentaro looked at Kenji with a serious face.
“I guess staying here for a while is a good thing. I can be able to look for that person.” said Kenji.
“Well okay then. Go look for them. But I’m not helping.” said Kentaro, turning around.
“What are you talking about? You now have Demon Slayer powers. And since half of my powers are gone, you must go up against the demons that are going to go after those with high energy flow and the person I’m looking for.” Kenji said, grinning.
“What?! Are you kidding me?! I’m not going to fight those things! The only reason I took those powers last night was because I wanted to protect my family!” Kentaro stated.
Kentaro turned around and began to walk away.
“Where do you think you’re going?” Kenji asked, putting his hands down to his side.
“I’m sorry but you’re going to have to look for someone else to do your dirty work.” Kentaro said putting his hands into his pockets.
Kenji glared at Kentaro as he walked away. Kenji then heard his phone ring. He reached into his pocket and opened his phone. Kenji looked at the screen then looked at Kentaro. Kenji grinned and his left hand began to glow.
“Hey Kentaro!”
Kentaro stopped walking and turned around. Before he knew it, Kenji had placed his hand over Kentaro’s face. Kentaro looked in front of him to see Kenji with his arms crossed and his body lying on the floor.
“What the hell?! What happened to my body?! Or am I just outside my body?!” Kentaro asked.
“Yes, you’re out of your body. Demon Slayers are souls. Demon Slayers were once humans. But like humans, we died.” Kenji said.
“Wait I thought you said only those with high energy flow can see Demon Slayers.” stated Kentaro.
“That’s right.”
“Then how come my classmates were able to see you?” Kentaro asked.
“Demon Slayers ca use magic as well. We have a spell that can create a fake body, that humans can see, and put our souls into them.” Kenji explained.
“Oh great! You think you’re a wizard now!” shouted Kentaro.
Kenji rolled his eyes, turned around and began to walk away.
“Hey! Don’t walk away when I’m talking to you!” Kentaro shouted.
“Just shut up and follow me.” said Kenji.
“What?! What for?!” Kentaro asked.
“Just do it!”
Kentaro groaned and followed Kenji.

After a while, Kentaro and Kenji were in front of a park. Kenji was looking at the screen of his phone.
“What are we doing here?” Kentaro asked.
“We have a mission.” answered Kenji. “A demon has appeared in this park.”
Kentaro took a deep breath and looked around. A little girl was playing in the sandbox. She giggled as she build a sand castle. As the little girl played in the sandbox, sneaking up behind her was the demon, getting ready to devour her. As Kentaro was looking around, he finally spotted the demon. He jumped over the railings and began to run over to the demon, taking out his sword.
“What do you think you’re doing?!” Kenji asked.
Kentaro stopped running and faced Kenji.
“What does it look like? I’m going to save that little girl.” answered Kentaro.
“If I’m correct, you told me you only took my powers to save your family.”
Kentaro looked back at the little girl and clenched his fists.
“Leave her be! If you save this child, then you must commit yourself to save and protect everyone!” stated Kenji.
Kentaro just stood there, not knowing what to do. The demon finally opened it’s mouth and leaped forward. The little girl turned her head and saw someone standing in the way of the demon and her. Kenji grinned and crossed his arms.
“He’s made his mind up.” muttered Kenji.
Kentaro raised his head up to look at the demon. He tightened his grip on his sword and pushed the demon back. The little girl stood up and looked at Kentaro in amazement.
“Whoa.” she said quietly.
“Sayomi, come one lets go! We gotta head home!” called a young girl.
Sayomi looked at the girl then back at Kentaro.
“Sayomi, come on lets go!” called the girl once more.
Sayomi looked back at the girl. Sayomi then ran over to the girl. She grabbed the girl’s hand and began to leave the park. As they walked away, Sayomi looked back at Kentaro for a moment, then looked back forward.
“Finally made your mind up?” Kenji asked Kentaro. “Are you going to accept this job?”
“What about you?” Kentaro asked.
“What about me?” Kenji asked.
“When you jumped in front of me last night. Were you really thinking of your job as a Demon Slayer? No, that should be the last thing on someone’s mind.”
“Demon Slayers think of their jobs first. We don’t give humans any pity. If humans die, then they die. There’s nothing we can do, except so our job.” explained Kenji.
The demon got up from the ground and charged at Kentaro. Kentaro chuckled and raised his sword in front of him.
“So that’s the only reason you saved me, because you were doing your job?” Kentaro asked.
Kentaro chuckled once more and raised his sword above him. The demon jumped forward to attack Kentaro.
“I choose to be different!” Kentaro said.
Once the demon was close enough, Kentaro swung his sword, cutting the demon in half. The demon immediately disintegrated. Kentaro put his sword away and turned around to face Kenji. Kenji put his arms down to his side and grinned.
“Just as long as you accept being a Demon Slayer.” said Kenji.
Kenji took a deep breath, turned around and headed back to school. Kentaro followed closely behind.

The sun was setting and Kaori was in her room. She sat on her bed, looking out her window. She leaned against her wall and gazed at the orange sky. She then heard a knock on her door.
“Come in.” she said.
Her door opened and Sayomi entered.
“Kaori, can I ask you something?” Sayomi asked.
“Yeah. What’s up?” said Kaori.
“Well, do you believe like in monsters and all that kind of stuff?” Sayomi asked.
“Sayomi, how many times do I have to tell you, there are no such things as monsters.” said Kaori.
“No, I’m being serious. I saw one today at the park.”
“At the park?”
“Yeah when I was with Rin. That thing was huge. And I think that thing was going to attack me. But some kid that looked around your age stood in the way. He had blonde hair and carried a sword and-”
“Sayomi, you were probably just imagining it. Sayomi there’s no such thing as monsters, okay.” said Kaori.
“But...”
Sayomi sighed and left Kaori’s room. Kaori looked at Sayomi as she left her room. Kaori then looked outside her window again.
“Kaori, time for dinner!” called her mother from downstairs.
Kaori sighed and headed downstairs for dinner.

Yeah.I couldn't post it yesterday because I was doing a few things.I was typing it late.I'll try to post it today.

This is quite disturbing.He ate part of the victims body,that's just sick.Most likely this man is going to get life sentence.I serious hope he does.I feel bad for the victim's friends and family.What this man did to his victim was just disturbing.
