Other: The kind of Banshee termiology I'm going for is from Charmed, when they can track a person in pain with a low pitch sound that only animals can hear and when they find their target they can scream which will pop the blood vessels-killing them inside out-but if they use their scream on a magical being that being will turn into a banshee.
