After Lynn had left the bar she kept walking, unsure of where she was headed. All she knew was that she wished to get away from that man, unknowing as to why.

Who was he... Ugh, why can I remember?

After getting a good distance away from the others she stopped and turned into an alleyway where she sat down on the ground, resting her back against the wall. Without the drive to get away she had no more will to move and shook from terror.

Yay, I finally got the intros done. Guess I'll be updating on Wednesdays then. And sorry if it sucks, I know I'm not the best writer out there. ^^' But please point out anything you want fixed about your character, etc. And again, picture edited by me. Please do not use without my permission.

    - Introduction -

It was clean, at least. So no one really complained about the dark room even with the pentagrams and pentacles placed through out in the form of posters and objects. Not like any complaints made by his mother or step-father would have been listened to and obeyed.
This male, Ayden as he was named, was currently laying on his bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. Perhaps it was through sheer boredom with the lack of things to do at four am or simply because he had no desire to move at the moment which. Either way he continued to lie there until his body refused to stay still any longer.
Finally he pushed himself out of his cocoon looking like bed and moved to retrieve his laptop, setting it in his lap as he went back and sat on his bed, using the wall to lean against.
For roughly thirty minutes he browsed the internet aimlessly before finding a link to a Satanic website.
Might as well check it out...

    He thought, clicking the link.
    Heh...what stereotypical stuff... Total fakes.

Just as he went to move the mouse to the exit button something caught his eyes, drawing his attention in.
Random Disappearances: Are they really random or are they all connected?

Didn't he hear about that at school the other day?
“I bet it's some runaways trying to get attention.”
“No way! That many? Something has to be up.”
“I heard some satanic cult is behind it!”
    “Really?”
“You believe everything you hear, don't you?”
    “But this is true!”
While he thought back on the classroom conversation he had clicked the link and was brought to a new site with the article. He only skimmed through it, picking out what he deemed as important facts before shutting the laptop with a sigh.
However... Even though he acted uninterested he felt his hands tremble. It wasn't out of fear but instead some excitement.
Was something finally worthwhile about to happen in this dull city?

    ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

It is impossible to describe the feeling of flying through the city to one who has never done it before. And even if Fiore somehow manages to find someone who has done it before he did not think he could find the words to say about how amazing it was.
It was not like he was one to show any real emotions, but flying was really something. Especially early in the morning when everyone was still inside, sleeping or passing time through pointless means.
Though in the end all he was doing was wasting his precious time where as he should be working on his art project instead. But no matter what he did he couldn't think of anything to paint and not even his music could inspire him at the time.
That was when he walked outside and began to fly around with no goal in mind other than perhaps seeing something worth painting.
    No such thing came.
Only when the sun started to rise did he land and threw on his black hoodie to try and conceal his wings from view. They were hidden, however uncomfortable it may be.
He had landed in the park, as it was the perfect place to go so no one saw him flying about and he always went here at night, anyway.
What time is it...? Ah, I should start walking to school, huh?
The clock on his phone displayed six am, and without the power of flight getting to school would take awhile and being late would mean being locked out of class.
But even though he was in a slight hurry he stopped to listen when a noise echoed through out the air.
    “Did you fall, too?”
“Huh?” He turned to look in the direction where the question came from only to see a girl standing there. “Fall? I didn't fall...”
Did she see my wings? And...what the hell does she mean?

The girl did not answer him, continuing to walk instead, only speaking when she was beside him.
“The hunters are near by...you should keep moving.”
“What?” His head turn to look at her again as she moved by but she was no longer in sight.
    Hunters...
Without a moment of hesitating he hurried off to school.

    ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

Winston, the black cat, had ran off yet again. This would not bother Jacob as cats tend to do such, but it's been nearly two days since he's seen that cat and so he grew worried.
So, as he was currently off of work he went out the neighborhood looking for Winston and asking those who he saw out and about.
“Useless...” He muttered, walking away from yet another person who hasn't seen the cat around. But he refused to give up and thus the search continued.
“A black cat you say?” A dark haired female said. Her voice was monotone and she had to look up just to see Jacob.
“Yeah... He's about this big...” Jacob said, making a shape with his hands while thinking over how to describe Winston, “has green eyes and a collar... Oh, he likes people too so I think it'd be easy to tell him apart from strays...”
“Um...” The girl looked down, thinking about this cat. “Oh.”
    “Oh?”
She nodded. “Oh. I've seen a cat like that,” she says, pointing down the street, “by fountain square but...”
“Thank you!” He shouted, already running off before she finished her sentence.
With intense regret for leaving his red Vespa behind he reached fountain square drenched in sweat and out of breath.
“Damn...need...a...break.” He panted before collapsing on a bench.
Without realizing it he had fallen asleep on this bench and woke up half an hour later when someone shook him. It was that girl from before.
    “Mister...”
“What...?” He grumbled, wiping drool from his mouth as he sat up. I was having such a nice sleep too... Wait...why am I out here again?
The girl looked down at something near her feet.
Upon following her gaze he saw a black cat purring and rubbing against her leg.
“Winston!” He reached down to pick up the cat, only to suddenly lose his joy as he then angrily glared at the cat, who seemed smug in a way. However it was hard to be pissed at a cat and even harder to scold one and he soon hung his head with a defeated sigh.
    “Can I...”
“Hm?” Jacob placed Winston in his lap to look at the girl. “Oh...You want money or something, right?”
    She nodded.
“Fine, fine.” He withdrew a wallet from his pocket and looked at the cash which he had in it. His income was steady, sure, but he couldn't go around wasting too much of his money. With a frown he pulled out ten dollars and handed it over to the girl, not caring if she thought he was being cheap. “Is this enough?”
She took it, staring at it for a moment before nodding and stuffing it into her pocket. “Thank you.” She said, running off afterwards.

    ▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄

They were working on their schoolwork at their desks; well... They didn't really have desks. Instead one was a wooden crate and the other was two piles of bricks, four in each pile, with a piece of wood laying on top of it. And of course the desks were too small to have a chair at so they sat on the floor as they worked. Not like they even had any chairs around, anyway.
It wasn't the best of places, but it was what they called home.
“Damion...” a blonde, young female asks as she looks from her paper and to the other one in the room, speaking in a soft tone, “can you help me with this?”
Damion looked over towards his younger sister and titles his head. “Hm? What is it Delilah?” Without needing an answer he scoots over to her to look at the page she was on and smiled. With her in middle school and him in high school helping her was easy. And helping her was what he practically lived for, so this was no big deal.
    “I don't get this one...”
“Here, it's like this...” With a smile he explained the problem to her before moving back to his own work.
Within the hour both had finished their work and moved to stretch their legs.
“So,” Damion said, smiling softly, “dinner time?”
Delilah nodded in agreement before heading out the door with him.
It was evening now and the sun was beginning to set, setting the sky on fire with dark reds and oranges.
There was a chill in the air, signaling that another cold winter was coming. Would they be alright this year?
Maybe I should try and get some extra blankets... Damion thinks as they approach hot dog stand.
Without cash to buy something they stood back, finding a place to sit and wait while keeping the stand in view.
“Hm... He doesn't seem like he'll leave any time soon...” Delilah says, looking at the middle aged man running the stand.
“No worries...I got this. Just get the food while you can, okay?”
Delilah nods, watching her brother get to his feet and taking a deep breath. After a moment of silence he nods to himself and runs towards the stand.
While passing it he reaches out randomly, grabbing whatever he can and continues to run.
“H-hey!” The stand owner shouts before running after him.
When the two were out of sight Delilah gets up and runs to the stand, grabbing a few napkins and wrapping some hotdogs and buns in them before running back the way they came from.
When she got to the abandoned house where they stayed Damion wasn't there and she began to fear the worst.
Is he... Tears threatened to fall from her eyes when the door was pushed open, causing her to jump.
“D-damion!” She shouted, jumping up to hug him.
“Heh... I got the ketchup, lucky huh?” He said smiling as he hugged her back.
It wasn't much, but the food which they then ate kept them alive.
And after eating Damion played his guitar while Delilah sang.
They were happy, and very different from the people who they knew. Yet all of them... All of their happiness, their lifestyles... All of it would mean nothing very soon.

I've been waiting for Maka to make her characters but if I do an introduction part where each character gets their small opening then I can start now. Well, I've just started so this is what I am doing... I hope to get something posted soon and then have weekly updates. Sorry for making you all wait. ^^'

Lynn jerked her head away from the man's hand when he tried to touch her but since then she had remained still, silently listening to the conversation going on. After a moment she then slid out of the booth and got to her feet. "I'll wait outside." She mumbled before heading to the door, finding that he smoke was too much of a bother to stay there while the people simply spoke of things.

I forgot to remove the word "half" in the species part in the profile. If you have your character half human/demon then that is cool and I like it. But just know that it was a typo on my part. ^^'

So Saxima and Plums, are your characters hybrids or full demons?

Right, you're in. Also, trying not to spam or anything, just wanna drop the note we need characters for the other sides. Mainly humans cause there isn't a high amount of hunters needed.
