View attachment 44477 Kingdom Hearts χ [chi] launched for browsers in Japan back in July 2013, and after three years of service, the game will shut down this September. The story will have a conclusive ending before the game shuts down, so don't worry! Please note, the browser version of χ [chi] is separate from Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ, which launched for iOS and Android in Japan last September, and in North America yesterday. You can read the notice of service termination below, translation thanks to Zephyr of KHInsider: SOURCE
In all the hubbub over Unchained χ's release in North America, April did see an update to the main story of χ [chi], and it's a doozy! The contents of this update have been added to the OP!

According to Variety, Freeform (The Channel Formerly Known As ABC Family) will be adapting the story of Marvel heroes Cloak and Dagger for TV. With Marvel Television and ABC Signature Studios co-producing, this will be joining the ever-growing slate of TV shows set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. (already including: Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Agent Carter, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Marvel's Most Wanted, Damage Control, Iron Fist, and The Defenders) The eponymous Cloak and Dagger are two runaway teenagers, Tyrone Johnson and Tandy Bowen, who find themselves with dark and light-themed superpowers. No writers are attached to the show, which has a straight-to-series order, yet.
Since concerns have come up about scrolling through all the Party listings or otherwise being unable to find the Parties, please instead simply post your Player ID numbers so that the Party leaders can add you manually from their menus!
I'm Tale, from the Ursus Union. I'm guessing you only just got recruited to one of the Unions? Sounds to me like you're going to want to find some friends to hang around with. Lucky for you, I've got just the solution! See, within your Union, you can join a Party of other Keyblade wielders! You can fight Raid Bosses with them, share Medals with them, and share rewards with them from tough missions. And you don't even need to all be online at once! It makes things a lot easier and a lot more fun! Sound like something you might be interested in? Awesome! 'Cause we've organized some Parties specifically for all of you! I'm the leader of KHV_Ursus! @Fearless over here is the leader of KHV_Vulpeus, @KHGrl15's heading up KHV_Unicornis, @Explode's got KHV_Anguis, and @Scarred Nobody has KHV_Leopardos! To find us, head on over to your Party Menu (it's under Other in the Menu), and go to Join Party! From there, you should be able to sort through all the Party listings until you see the KHV Party for your Union. Just ask to join, your Party leader will accept you, and voilà! You're in! The Parties are all set to Core difficulty--not too easy, but not too hard. Oh, and be sure to tell us your Player ID number in here, so we know to look out for you! EDIT: Since concerns have come up about scrolling through all the Party listings or otherwise being unable to find the Parties, please instead simply post your Player ID numbers and in-game usernames so that the Party leaders can add you manually from their menus! If you decide to change your Union, that's fine! Just let us know in here if you change Unions so that you can be added to the proper party and so that we have a record of which Union you're in. A week from now, once you've gotten used to how things work around here and in your Parties, we've got some more Party fun and some glam planned for you... So keep an eye out, y'hear?

UNCHAINED X WHEN, PLAY STORE?
I HAVE NEVER HAD A CHARACTER'S PERSONALITY AND HISTORY GIVE ME SO MUCH TROUBLE BEFORE BUT FINALLY HERE WE GO Name: Karin Valpuri Age/Appearance: 21 Background/Personality: Karin was born into a blue-blood Cruxian family and grew up in the lap of luxury. She idolized her sister Reina, eleven years older and a successful RDB agent. When Ander defected, Reina was killed in the explosion at the RDB base, and Karin was devastated. She put her art studies on hold indefinitely in order to join the RDB, wanting to honor her sister’s legacy and also to protect a multiverse that was now more vulnerable than ever, thanks to Access. Karin tends to feel before she thinks, and strives to keep an optimistic outlook on life (which recently has been hard for her). She has a love for history (especially pertaining to art) and has a hard time restraining herself on the subject when prompted. When things don't come easily or quickly to her she gets frustrated, being used to what her family's privilege has afforded her in the past. She's quite personable and warm, but holds back from getting close, as her sister was her confidant for so long. Crossover Medals: Mirror, Mirror [Weiss Schnee, RWBY] - Karin gains the ability to summon magical runes with varying powers--gravitational effects (attraction, repulsion, slingshooting, yanking, and wall-running), cryokinesis, altering an individual's speed, and even summoning the spirits of slain enemies to fight by her side. She also gains a rapier with a revolving chamber built into the hilt, each chamber containing a different magical power that can be channeled through the blade--pyrokinesis, cryokinesis, barriers, wind, and energy blasts. Use of her glyphs and her rapier's magic will each tire her out. She also gains Aura, an invisible field coating her body and shielding her from harm; combat will wear it down, and when it's depleted, she has only human durability. It replenishes naturally over time. Gungnir [Hibiki Tachibana, Senki Zesshou Symphogear] Karin dons magical robotic armor. With it, she can perform mechanically-assisted punches and leaps, as well as speak telepathically and even breathe in space, inexplicably. In dire circumstances, she can sing a Swan Song, channeling more energy than she can safely control into one attack. Understandably, Swan Songs are usually regarded as last-resort suicide attacks. This armored state can only be maintained through singing. [NOTE: This iteration of Gungnir is based on Hibiki's season 1 abilities.] Peace and Love (On Planet Earth) [Steven Universe, Steven Universe] A rose quartz gemstone appears on Karin's belly. From it she can summon a pink arm shield of variable size; when struck, its vibrations may disrupt nearby magical constructs. She can also create a durable bubble-like shield, which she can maintain with little active effort so long as she has energy. Similar bubbles can be created around small objects and teleported away for storage. She also gains the ability to heal other sentient beings through her...saliva. Eww. She also has increased physical strength and limited phytokinetic and shapeshifting abilities. I really wanted to name this one “AND STEVEN!” curse you rule against names in medal titles Other: Reina really is dead. No surprise faked death to work for Access.
Don't forget to vote, everyone! The game launches tomorrow!
New trailer coming tomorrow morning! Stay tuned! And while I'm here, here's a cast picture from D23 last year: Cast: Felicity Jones (The Theory of Everything, Northanger Abbey) Diego Luna (Elysium, Milk) Riz Ahmed (Nightcrawler, Jason Bourne) Ben Mendelsohn (The Dark Knight Rises, Animal Kingdom) Donnie Yen (Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny, Ip Man) Jiang Wen (Red Sorghum, Hibiscus Town) Forest Whitaker (The Butler, The Last King of Scotland) Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal, Casino Royale) Alan Tudyk (Firefly, Dollhouse) Neil Breen (Double Down, I Am Here Now) Jonathan Aris (Sherlock, The Martian) Eunice Olumide (Middleman, World War Z) Now that I'm looking around at more trusted sources, Vader's presence in the film is only rumored at the moment. EDIT: Here's the trailer!
I think there's a Bayonetta anime out there somewhere.
Unchained X is a mobile port (alternate version?) of browser game X [chi], which takes place prior to and looks to be leading up to the Keyblade War. Back Cover is an hour-long cinematic that follows the Foretellers, five Keyblade Masters from X [chi]; the two won't have much overlap, as the Foretellers rarely appear in X [chi].
Hey, all! With Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ launching for iOS and Android in North America in a couple of days, we've got some fun stuff in the works! But in order to facilitate that, we want to know: Which Union do you plan to join? Clockwise from the top of the circle, we've got Unicornis, Anguis, Leopardos, Vulpeus, and Ursus. Five Keyblade Masters known as the Foretellers received a dire portent of things to come in their Book of Prophecies: "On that land shall darkness prevail and light expire." To prevent this future from coming to pass, they created the five Unions to gather Keyblade wielders to fight against the darkness. So, tell me...
There's analyzing things critically, and then there's digging for things that aren't there, ignoring anything contrary to one's preconceived beliefs.

Moar returning characters HOORAY Trucy Wright, Ema Skye, AND Robert Downey, Jr. are all in the game! Ema has finally achieved her dream of working in forensic science, and not a moment too soon, as Trucy has been arrested for a fatal accident in one of her stage shows. RDJ (Kanenari Shinoyama) is a producer related to the case.
