You are doomed. And I already planned to go to California...in fact, I may be even watching you now.... *plays Halloween theme again* And since you have a partner, I guess I'll bring street-wise Andrea to the mix. OOC: I should, shouldn't I? xD.
"A hour, at best, at the rate is going. The one we can hope is for two hours, however," Zexion answered to Phisoxa grimly, being as he was closer to her than the rest, and heard her question. He could see by the expression on Axel's face on hearing him that he didn't like the information, but it was there, and it was true. They had about one or two hours to make it out of here. The water level was rising, he could smell the salt, and the only way to escape out of this is through that elevator shaft. He wouldn't mind climbing its walls if it comes down to it. Not that he will enjoy it, of course. He wasn't exactly the physical fighter as most were, yet he had his strength. "We don't have any rope. And even then, a rope is still unsafe. It could loosen, especially with all the weight of the people." They had to climb, he knew elevator shafts had some dents in its walls to hold unto. "We don't all have to go into the empty tunnel shaft in one blow, Naminé. We can get in one by one in a single line to climb at the top. It can fit us all that way," Roxas replied tenderly to the blonde female in front of him, finally able to stare at her thoroughly without looking too obsessive. As his vision rested on her though, his lips slightly frowned as he now eyed sharply the dress she was wearing...and she'll be climbing. He wasn't exactly fond at the fact that another male could dare peek, and he'll be the one that went inside the shaft after her, if need be. He'll make sure of that. Or a girl. Raising a eyebrow at the blonde, he pointed at her outift, thinking that she should know of her situation first, "That is, if you can. You're not exactly dressed for it..." It was there he heard Zexion's words, and his insides churned again. They had no time to waste if that was the reality that they were in. It didn't matter if they have to go to the elevator shaft, they just had to, period. There was no need for a agreement. Excusing himself from Naminé, he stepped over Demyx, and headed to the open entryway where a elevator should be, but instead, there was none. Ignoring Phisoxa, he poked his head in the vacant space. His blue eyes first glanced up, knowing that the path of the elevator didn't reach that far into the bottom of the ship (now the top), so they had to walk again. But at least it was progress. His sight then going down, he peeked at the long bottom carefully, finding it clear of any water signs, though as he squinted, he did notice a slight bit of it pouring, and he tensed. It was time to scram. Now. Before the only exit is their death. "We're...in a hall," Axel said soothingly to the small girl as she inquired where they were, not lying, considering they are in...a hall. Feeling concerned and dismal at the fact that they hadn't much time to get outside, he watched as Roxas, after finishing up explaining to Naminé, went over to check the elevator shaft for further study. Something that he had wanted to do himself, yet with Shigiku in his arms, it was impossible. That was another thing. He didn't know how well Shigiku will do in this climb...unless, she could hold on around his neck as he carried her in his back. She was tiny, and the shaft was wide enough for them. Apprehensive, he went to stare at the small girl, inquisitive, shining soft eyes glimmering at her, before he asked, "Do you think you can hang on tight to my back, Shi-chan?" His attention was taken away though. "AXEL! We need to really move out of here if we are going to do this," Roxas half- exclaimed in a hurry, staying rooted to the spot close to the shaft, except now his head was safe in the hall. He was obviously anxious at the situation, they can all be in danger, and as his eyes circled everyone, lingering on Naminé slightly, he also added in warning, "There's already bits of water coming, and if we don't start, it might be too late." By this point, it wasn't even a decision. They were forced with no other alternative, and quite quickly, his gaze went to Demyx, who was busy backing away from Larxy. His tone turned a bit angry when he spoke to him, but he wanted to know this foremost before heading in, "Dem, you think if it comes down to it, that you can hold back the water enough to get out?" He knew the guy could only manipulate water through his music, and...it was his water, not the ocean, sink, or normal water that he can control. That was a problem already. But as they were the same liquid, and share the same H20, Demyx might be able to do something. Turning to the rest, he informed outloud, "We also need to see who will go first. Tiff, you will, since you have all the suitcases. Get it out of the way." He stared at the girl in question, who was looking at him oddly. Not thinking about something trivial right now, and of her at all, he announced, "Then I will go, due to Shigiku here. Or whoever might carrry her, not that I trust any you with the kid. Anyone third?" He smirked. "Or maybe, ladies first?" Roxas threw him a glare there.
......o.O I lied. I actually live in Michigan... Yeah. >.>....
OOC: *sigh* If only Nymph would come back to grace us (Deathsight doesn't prowl anymore since most of the plan our characters are doing focus on Sexii Zexion), this thread can get back on track somehow. Get new people even. I want to contribute xP, but is hard. What happens after eating pizza? >.> Another digestion problem?
KH-Vids used to be more of a vide archive, there was no forum then, I think, and I knew about it around the beginning of its creation (man, I was like what? 14/15?). I was on another popular forum at that time to quench my thirst, and most of them had found cutscene videos in KH-Vids.Net, and it was floundering around YouTube as well, so since I got interested in making videos myself, I downloaded from the site. It really got popular. I didn't join the forum right away either when it came, until, perhaps, 1 or two years later.
OOC: You know, this RP is makng me squee over Roxiné again xD. I loved them tons before, but the obsession kind of lowered as time passed, until now. "You know, Demyx..." Axel began creepily serene, nonchalantly, only glancing a second at Phisoxa, before setting his eyes on the culprit for this whole sh*t of a vacation as he hoisted Shigiku more comfortably. The only good thing that came out of it was his meeting with the little girl he had in his arms. "I really, really, really want to utterly make you suffer to the point where water is all you be breathing for the rest of your nonexistence. This cruise was your idea, your mess-up, don't you forget, and if it wasn't for my daughter to bare witness, I would mercilessly strangle you." The last part was muttered darkly, close to a growl, yet Axel had a eerie, innocent smile on his face, his tone more lighthearted suddenly. "Just make sure I don't put this girl down. Then again, if others get to you before me...they better save a piece." He was leisurely getting into a bad mood, especially as the count just went up two, so they now had to travel with ten people in a drowning ship to make their way out. He was stressed enough already, as he hadn't gotten any rest ever since they had fixed Shigiku's memory until now. So more wasn't truly needed. Roxas didn't know what the animosity was to Demyx, mostly because he didn't have that much of a bad time in this cruise as the rest, perhaps. Other than what was happening now, he had enjoyed it for what it was, and while he did feel angry that this whole idea was Demyx's fault in the first place, it wasn't so strong as to want to kill him. He was sure Axel wouldn't, anyway, no matter what he said. Just beat him up at best. Demyx, to them both, was the only one other than each other that they had bonded strongly with in the Organization (excluding Naminé, who wasn't really one of them), so the water wielder had nothing to worry about. "Chill out, Axel. While getting into this cruise was Demyx's doing, what occurred here isn't. This is a vacation spot, so it isn't like the same bad luck can happen elsewhere..." Only to them, apparently. He felt the heated gaze of his best friend on him now, yet he concentrated instead at where Phisoxa and Demyx popped out from as he vanquished his keyblade. Glancing over his shoulder at Naminé to see if she was fine, sending her a smile, he went to study the elevator shaft cryptically again...almost as if in clarity and realization. Thinking this over in his mind, he turned his vision on Axel naturally, as he appeared to be team leader somehow, "Hey, Axel...if we're stuck at a dead end here, what do you think..." He pointed at it. Directing his green eyes at Roxas's objective after frowning at him, biting his tongue not to say something back to him, he eyed the elevator shaft where the other two came from, climbed up from probabl--hold up. Now processing what his buddy was trying to say, his eyes widened a little, muttering unsurely, "You've got to be kidding me..." With the bunch they had? Then again, there was no other choice in the matter, there were no exits, and this might move them. Sighing, he leaned his body on one side with his leg, saying in a sarcastic cheer, "Alright, then. Who's up for some exercise in a elevator shaft?!" Tiffany was in another state of shock while this was happening, her breath uneven, being witness to the...sword that this Roxas made appear out of thin air. This blade reminded her sorely of a highly decorated key, and while she watched this blankly, not certain what to make of it, another one with the same black cloak, now conscious, was with them. She had accepted that they can portal, and maybe have something else to add, but if the boy just showed that he can be armed, then so will be the rest of this gang...or was it a mafia? Leaning against the wall now, keeping herself at bay, she had to focus on her own power to levitate the baggage, yet she was finding it hard to with this new revelation. No more. She now wanted to know who this people really were or their origin. There's no way this was normal. At least they were well known physics out the that can speak or see the dead and have senses, a prophet too, but this...this was different, she knew. And Zexion, from what she kept hearing, can "smell". The only thing that broke through her head was that they were now contemplating about climbing the elevator shaft. What she just saw overshadowed it, however, and her eyes turned to Axel intently, pondering if he had any other gifts as well that he was hiding. Now, it was the young man, Demyx, as they dubbed him, Larxene, the pink haired homosexual, Marluxia, then Zexion, Roxas, and Axel himself. Just how many more? But what surprised her then, as she now figured out as she recalled the members in order: they all had a "X" in their names. All. Of. Them. So this was...some kind of cult, truly. Who had extreme powers. Confused more than ever, she remained silent, not knowing what to think at the moment...
OOC: Don't be xP. Is Larxene in a jealous fit there. She stills thinks you're a fangirl, as nobody corrected her on that. The thing is, with writing long posts, is basically all the events that is on your mind that you want your character to do. For example, if I have in my head that I want Larxene to do this, then that, thoughts, and then go over, explain it all in a post, then it will be long xD. If I can't think of anything, then my posts will be short, cause I have no idea what to do, so I make up a bunch of stuff to say something ^^;. Is like the same way you talk as well, If you know the topic, you will blabber on and on about what you know. If you don't, then you're not really into the conversation.... ...I just hope I made some type of sense >.>. Larxene had to smile slightly as she felt Axel's slim, but strong arms wrap around her waist securely, pulling her into him and his body, something she didn't mind at all as she closely lost herself for a moment. Her face resting on his shoulder comfortably, the aroma wafting by her nose more stronger than ever as she breathed him, she fluttered her eyes shut in serenity. Her lungs hitched sharply soon, nonetheless, when she found his mouth touching her soft skin just slightly as his face dug into her neck. The warm and hot perspiration that burned her when he whispered with his lips that he was fine, made something pleasurably shiver in her spine, giving her goosebumps as her stomach passed through that weird, distant tickle...butterflies, they called it. Yet, she preferred moths, less corny. It reminded her of the feeling when a roller coaster drops down or when you fall from great heights, how your insides churn...only more softer. It went back to what Zexion said to her long before in the beginning, that while they can't really feel, no matter how far away, faint, or tiny it is inside, if the emotion is there, it exists somehow. As a remaining remnant, perhaps. Even without the heart...its presence was within them. And she took it gladly. Seeing as he wasn't moving even after he was done speaking, Larxene took the time on the hold all too eagerly as well. This was the type of thing...this was where she actually felt loved, for once, every time she was with him. The toll on her body after what she committed recently was now putting its weight on her, and she rested on him as the aches in her muscles and bones returned, making her not want to move one limb at all and just stay in the hug for a long while. She knew she shouldn't have done that, go ahead and use her abilities while she was still recovering, but it was like a force pushed through her. When she heard that Axel was in trouble...hurt, it was like she had forgotten the pain and what she couldn't do, and went flying as the power came out of nowhere. It was the motivation, she concluded. At least it broke out her lightning more faster, as she noted back on how she was slowly having the strength to exploit it, back in her room and with the clock radio. Honestly, what she did to Xaldin was as much as she could handle in this point, and it did the job. That @sshole. Made her angry just thinking about it. Larxene snapped out of her thoughts though when she finally felt Axel moving away, and she found herself not needing to let go as he drifted. She was going to keep him there, but the reminder that he was wounded made her reluctant to stop his movements. In the end, he got out of her arms, much to her disappointment, saying that he was fine again, and that he was alright enough to maneuver himself. She snorted. If you could call his bloodied and battered body "fine", then whatever. His male pride and ego went as far to where he shakily made his way to stand up, and Larxene let him, finding amusement out of what he was trying to prove and his next words. Oh, yeah, she got that memorized. But hey, he was on his feet, stable and without much trouble, so credit did have to be given. She didn't think any less of him just because he got pounded on by Xaldin, considering the difference in power. Anybody could lose to that guy. Following him in his steps to stand, missing the warmth he brought just a second ago, her eyes narrowed again into slits when he heard him mutter that name with so much care as his green eyes were centered at that fangirl. Why...why in the worlds was he concerned for this stupid chick? Okay fine, she's hurt and all, but why so damned...argh. Crossing her arms as that feeling of heated, hot wax appeared once more as it dripped from her chest and down, leaving a bitter taste in its trail, she somehow found her glaring daggers at the unconscious female. What connection did Axel have with her? Was it...something she needed to deal with about having somebody else? Not that he was exactly hers, yet he did admit he loved her... Eerily quiet and low, she mumbled tightly, "She'll be fine." Zexion did not even blink when he had caught Xaldin's heated and despicable glare thrown at him before he was gone. There was no threat simply because the Whirlwind Lancer couldn't really do anything, as he was obviously about to kill one of their members all because he had a hissy fit, and considering the work and need to find more Nobodies to expand the Organization, he was going to regress them. Xaldin should be more worried about the Superior once this gets reported. Being one of the six, he should know better. Zexion just did his job in halting it from going further. If he was to have a grudge, then let him be. Looking around at the mess left behind, he saw in interest at Larxene and Axel in a embrace as he stepped out from behind the tree, and made his way over to the fallen human girl first. He was going to have to clean up, and unfortunately, he had no power over memories to make this girl forget what she had seen. They had inadvertently shown themselves in every way possible, and he didn't know how to remedy that. The worse that can happen, however, is someone to die in this, and thus, he bent down over the female, studying her. Glancing back, he now noticed that Axel and Larxene were standing, hug broken, and Roxas beside them. The situation at point blank, was how were they going to explain this to the paramedics? The wounds that she had were in no way a accident, and there weren't any thorns around here that she would've fallen over; he was sure the blood in the snow will get anyone's attention. That was another thing to be bothered with. The blood, How were they ever going to clean up? It was impossible. And the girl needed medical help. Now. Damn it, Xaldin. They had no choice, but to heal her themselves. The blood, however, he had yet to think of something. The best he could do is make a illusion to cover it until that gets solved. Roxas's eyes grew a little when he saw Xaldin summon a portal from under him, and he watched silently as the man disappeared into it, knowing he was perhaps hurt gravely from Larxene's abuse, or whatever Axel managed to do to him to survive this long. Once he was sure the menace wasn't going to come back, his Oblivion vanished, knowing that he could have perhaps used the Kingdom Key for this, but he felt more of a connection with the light and dark keyblades ever since he figured out how to use two in battle. Letting out a breath as things calmed, he saw the many stains of crimson sweeping the otherwise pale and pure snow, and he couldn't help, but think that someone will figure something out as they find this. Rubbing his eyes tiredly, his body desiring the chocolate he never got again, his gaze went to Axel...with Larxene, and while he went slowly up to them, he felt a bit flustered as they were having their own moment, something he didn't want to interrupt. So he paused his steps, wanting to wait until they finished with their cuddling. Roxas was more surprised at the intimacy of it, more than anything, however. You can hug anyone, but Axel was taking a liberty by putting his face in her neck, showing intense amount of affection, while Larxene didn't mind and drank all of it. Usually, it would take a lot for these two to even have a conversation, so he could only guess that something happened between them that kept going til' now, where they are this comfortable in expressing what they feel for each other. It was...odd, to say the least. He was kind of used to them bantering, throwing snarky and witty remarks...but this...this was "Aw" worthy. It kind of made him think as to whether he had someone. But he doubted it. Larxene was the only girl in the Organization. Axel and Larxene...were they...together, then? Officially? And he was also beginning to think Larxene was bi-polar, more than usual anyway. One moment she was smirking cruelly as she gave Xaldin agony, enjoying every bit of it as a drug, and the next few seconds she was being all nurturing and soft, holding Axel tenderly. His best friend definitely must've had dug deep to get that kind of personality out of her only for him. Taming the Savage Nymph. That deserved a gold medal. It could do Larxene some good, though, make her more understanding and actually care a small amount for others. Maybe all she really needed was some TLC. When he saw Axel break away and stand up, he took that as a cue to finish making his path to them, and he did so fairly quickly as he caught up at the same time Larxene stood. In the corner of his eyes, and he could see this caught the attention of the rest, he spotted Zexion heading to the wounded girl, which he surmised to be human, and checked over her. Even though the Cloaked Schemer was hard to read, he could tell that under his bangs, his eyes shifted to the marks of blood and the girl, and his expression was that of a serious investigator. Not that he blamed him. Anyone who walked pass here would think someone was murdered, as a animal wouldn't spurt so much blood, even when injured and walking. Scratching his head, he wanted to ask a question to the two next to him, but held his tongue as he felt Larxene's dark vibes and this dangerous, heated aura around her. He saw her eyebrows furrowed, her lips curled, and her cheeks slightly puffing out, and while this was suppose to be a show of anger, it instead appeared like a cute, childish pout. Her antennae hair didn't help to add to that vision either as they moved slightly adorably in their buoyancy. He knew not to underestimate her because of the expression, yet he hesitantly opened his mouth, to Axel mostly, "Should we...go over there? To that girl? I mean, you seem to know her, Axel..." Indeed, Larxene moved at what he said, but not to give a slap to somebody. Actually, seemingly upset, she turned the other way, about to march, or rather, stomp out of the scenery and back to the resort, it seemed. Roxas's eyebrows raised. What was that about?
"F**k your chocolate, moron. This is about Axel," she told him increduously, predicting that if she just said his best friend's name, he would finally silence. Didn't expect the chocolate comment from him, however. She slowed her steps immensely as they got nearer, until she could see some figures in the short distance. She spotted Zexion over in a tree, hidden, and she wondered why he wasn't doing anything. Not that he should. Maybe he just wanted to be a spectator, as he never really got his hands dirty. Stopping entirely as she let out a long breath, freeing Roxas out of her grip as the boy wheezed, her concentration was on the situation. Her blue eyes scurried to Axel right off, in time to see some lances slashing and ripping his skin as he tried to dodge, and while running to a girl. Her eyes narrowed dangerously as she recognized her, something burning furiously like hot wax inside. It was that fangirl. What the hell was Axel basically risking his life for that little b- "Are you just going to stay here or do something?" Roxas asked from beside her, recovered enough to speak, and be aware of what is happening to his best friend, teeth gritted as he saw him get beaten and pummeled, in which Xaldin was the culprit. Not to mention, he did appear pretty weak by this point. This was the first time he's seen the redhead in ages, and the guilty thought of his avoidance was still on his mind. Nevertheless, he wasn't just going to sit around here and do nothing. Rubbing his neck, he glanced to Larxene, communicating with her silently, and she nodded, signaling. Good enough. He would've questioned on why the care for Axel, though in the end, he honestly knew the answer. It was bound to happen sooner or later. He was curious about the bandage on her head more. After a few seconds, they were off. Knowing that Larxene was admittingly faster than him, hence, she will remain pretty invisble, she would focus on Xaldin, while he went to stop the hurried lances heading straight for his best friend. He couldn't believe it. Had Xaldin lost it? If Larxene hadn't dragged him here, or if she wouldn't have come, Axel would be dying in dark wisps. His breathing quick and sharp as he tried to get there in time, with his cloak swishing behind him, he halted in front of the redhead, glaring at the incoming weapons. Calling out Oathkeeper, just as they were about to hit him, he spun his Keyblade expertly and smoothly around his hand in helicopter speed, light beaming, blocking and flinging away the spears in a rush of gust as they shot all over the place but them, loud clinking noises able to be heard. In one flick, the Oathkeeper paused shortly, done protecting its master. Looking at Axel over his shoulder now, quite out of breath, he gave a slight smirk in greeting, before his expression turned serious, "I would chat and ask if you're okay, but Xaldin still needs to be taken care of. I'll be right back." With that, and knowing his friend had enough Will to make it through, he headed towards his superior, just in case Larxene will need help. Larxene knew she was going to get there before Roxas did, and while she had become suspicious at Axel's guard for that useless girl, Xaldin was not going to get away from harming her man, to the brink where he was bleeding so strongly. Sure, Xaldin was one of the strongest members that should not be crossed, but she'll be damned if she was not going to get a little payback for that. Her insides wretched nauseously as she saw Axel now on the ground in critical condition. She became worried in a bout of fear, as well as unfathomable fury dwelling within her, about to burst all over that insufferable wind elemental. Right now, she seriously hated Xaldin. He's in her list. Which meant, she was going to kick hi a** so painfully he won't be able to move. Not minding the freezing coolness that was outside for once, she knew her quick feet were making her unseen, and she took the initiative to gracefully deliver a high kick to Xaldin's jaw mercilessly as he stood over the girl, something cracking, making sure her heel hit the right spot on that b@astard. And hard. It wasn't even half a second before she stopped him from falling by going behind him in a flash, clawing his braided locks of hair and pulling them painfully down hard. Not letting go, her other hand had one pointy and sharp kunai aimed at his throat, the end slightly touching his skin. Her wrathful expression stared down at him, Roxas appearing before them simply pointing one of his Keyblades, this time the Oblivion, straight at his stomach, ready to hit if anything. Larxene had a hold on him...for now. Smiling venomously sweet at the Whirlwind Lancer, she leaned down on his ear, whispering huskily, "If you don't calm yourself, you know I won't hesitate to slash your esophagus off and exploit it for the world to see. Or better, your manhood will be cut off for display. Is all fine and dandy to me whichever, though I prefer amounts of blood." Also, the fact that they just gave themselves away to a human now came into her head. That was something Xemnas told them not to do. Not that she ever listened. It was all on Xalidn, anyway. "Xemnas won't be happy once he hears what his third member had done." However, she had a more pressing cloud over her head, and she couldn't help her eyes drift over to the broken Axel. While she would've preferably wanted to skin Xaldin, she felt a need to go to him. It wasn't until Roxas gave her a understanding stare, that she slowly let go of the man, knowing Roxas could handle him easily. Either way, the kunai she had on his throat went to be stabbed deep into his empty chest out of nowhere, in a fit of rage, a light scrape sound heard as it dug in. And Larxene twisted the weapon around in the wound for added agony, her lips smirking pleasurably in eerie blood lust as she saw the suffering she was creating, sending tingles up and down her spine. As he heard his whining cry in turn, seeing blood drip down oh so deliciously, it was there she pounded electricity into him through the metal kunai, making his body convulse and shake violently from the electrocution, and she wasn't stopping until she saw that bits of smoke were starting to rise. Not black, as when they faded, but rather, normal smoke, as he was sizzling. Soon, it will get to his brain, and she didn't want to handicap or kill him. Xemnas was still there, and members weren't to be killed. Satisfied with that, Larxene threw the piece of trash away from her and into Roxas, who while shocked at her actions, was all ready to add to the pain. Xaldin sure didn't care of the affliction he was bringing to the rest, so neither did they. She didn't waste any time going over in a run to where Axel was kneeling, crouching herself into the snow to his level as she reached him. She glomped him into her arms as they wrapped around his neck tightly, yet carefully, conscious of his wounds, her head leaning against his softly all in one blow. She ignored the blood around him, and paid no heed to the metallic smell that now added into the scent she dearly liked, wondering if he was going to be okay, or needed medical attention right away. Madly whispering in his ear as their cheeks touched, she asked, "Are you alright?" OOC: Axel's favorite blonds to the rescue, I guess xD. Ouch for Xaldin. And a look at sadistic Lar-Lar too. Lesson learned: Don't ever mess with Axel, or his woman might go ape/banshee on you.
OOC: Yeah, I knew, I just thought you would be taking care of the Axel case. And now that I think about it, it slipped my mind that I only saw Donald without a weapon as he was the one that talked (I thought if he did, why not the others?). Either way, I'll make Janexna rectify it, is only questioning, and is Sora's job to say something. There's nothing much to argue there since it doesn't count anyway. And speaking of what doesn't count, coming to the Nobodies situation, we can't say that Demyx did order them or did not, unlike the Phil scene (due to that, I won't ask Demyx about it, because we really do not know, and whichever answer, it might be false. There are many possibilities, especially since Demyx seemed not aware where Sora was exactly and did not expect him to appear) So like in typical court, unless you guys get sure evidence that he did to convict him, then the charge is considered moot to bring out by law. Or charges, depending if it goes with the Hollow Bastion investigation. If we're so adamant about it, then we can just leave it to Amber to choose that answer for us. In conclusion, do we really need Demyx's testimony? The two charges of theft and assault of Phil and Sora, is quite obvious. We got what we need. Then again...it wouldn't be fair.
Why isn't there a "None" choice? Either way, none. They were both irritating in the different ways they were in the two games.
OOC: So, the new judge will start the next case? xP This is, my friends, a total of, four judges. Is Erkz ever going to come back though? "Don't worry, is only minor questions," Janexna comforted as the judge gave her a look, and really, Power just asked most of what she was anyway, so her list turned shorter. Standing up as she scratched her arm, she merely looked at Sora, knowing it was her turn to question his testimony. Janexna decided to track this first, as the rest was just summary of what they all know, and the Phil situation can be answered when Demyx was up, because all Sora gave was the one side. Basically, most of what he said can be questioned at Demyx, not him. So she didn't have much to say, unless Xelax did. "What I'm surprised is, that you keep saying he had 'acted' and had changes in personality, but from what you explained, he was quite the eccentric guy already. Are you sure his tone was 'accusing' as you placed it?" "Was it a weird changing of personality before?" Janexna asked curiously, not really seeing it, and all in his view because he was using a "accusing" tone. He almost acted the same way with Phil, and most of the time he's appeared and has his own scene in the novels, it was always the same persona. And there were no thoughts on acting or pretending to be afraid in writing then. "If Demyx kept being bizarre and a kook, all the time, wasn't he acting or would not that be the same range of personality as when you first met him?" "What were you saying to garner or get him to that point of 'mad'?" Janexna simply questioned, as she was sure it couldn't come out from nowhere, as Demyx wasn't really doing anything before then. "And when you were merely 'talking' to him, no weapons, civil, at that point, didn't you have a chance to walk away or have another conversation? Again, this would go for the first question, what were you saying instead of anything else?" Janexna knew he had said this before, but it was nice to repeat for good measure. She really thought Sora was pushing this whole confusion thing to another level. You would think everyone would get the clue by now. That was all she kept hearing as if he was trying to make a point. Obviously, yeah, he thought Demyx was weird, but if he replied to what the Organization member said, he wasn't that lost, because he obviously understood enough to respond the second time. And so did Donald and Goofy. Janexna shook her head. There was something missing there. "What were you saying, before Demyx said that 'you shouldn't judge anyone by appearance'? If this was self-defense at that time, why then, did you make your weapons disappear after you've gotten a reaction from him? Wouldn't common sense say to keep at guard if you think you were being threatened as before?" "Continuing from this here, which qualifies the same thing, did he beat you up by order the first go, though? Did you get hurt? Did you get hit? Did the water clones do anything but stand there and move while you destroyed them?" Then her eyebrows raised, wondering how Sora knew about the game play. This was already unsure debated topic, ever since Larxene's case popped up with the mention of Sora and the game over. "And what's this time you're talking about? Are you saying that Demyx had the power of time like Luxord and if it's up, you lose? Did Demyx say anything about having to take them out in time or there would be a consequence in defeat?" "How were you sure that he was trying to kill you? After all, didn't his orders said to use 'aggression', rather than to kill?" she inquired shortly, knowing very well that Demyx wouldn't have gotten another order, especially because still at that time, the Organization were using Sora. Demyx just took "aggression" to a real level that time to a man to man fight. People needed to learn here that just because you are placed in combat, doesn't mean instantanous death all the time. Or Sora would've been dead the moment he fought Leon back in KH1. Tch. Go figure.
OOC: Well, Xaldin is said by Nomura to be third strongest xP (Xemnas and Roxas being the other two). But ZOMG, so glad you're here =3. "It doesn't," Larxene muttered to Zexion's last answer, as she was never into the fancy dresses, and make-up, and looking all pretty. Not that she was a tomboy or anything, if she was, she wouldn't be such a flirt and have high-heeled boots, but she wasn't in those festivities. Having to get all beautifed for a ball where all you do is dance and sweat it off anyway? She'll pass. Then again, she didn't know if they'll be club music, as it was so refine. Hmm. Getting bored, she was closely getting ready to go and end what would probably be the last session with Zexion about this. He could do well as a psychiatrist. Looking over at him, she blinked when she spotted that he was eyeing through the front doors in a thoughtful expression, and her vision shifted to that as well, but saw nothing...except a walking Roxas. Ah. The runt decided to appear out of his hole. Yet, that wasn't what Zexion was focusing on. Instinct telling her that she should ask, she interrupted in a mocking of his words, "Care to share anything?" Zexion just smoothly traced his own eyes to her, wondering if he should inform her of the situation Axel was facing right now. Truthfully, he had noted that Axel was with Xaldin, and a human girl, but something in the air had tensed, and he knew there was a problem out there. He could mostly smell Axel and Xaldin close to each other than the rest, but having no friendly talk, he was sure. He did conclude, that it was time to interfere. Getting up and tucking his book under his arm, he simply stated, "Axel is getting royally beaten by Xaldin. I 'smell' blood. Around outside of the resort." Something in Larxene's emtpy chest jumped, alert. "What?" She studied Zexion to see if he was fibbing, but she was positive he wouldn't lie for something as trivial as this. Her blood suddenly running rapidly in her veins, she quickly went on her feet anxiously, only watching as Zexion portalled out without any consent, disappearing in mists of black. She knew why he didn't bother, though: she was heading there, no questions asked. She would've portalled as well, but thinking of seeing Roxas, she found herself jogging fiercely to the boy, who was unaware of the incoming lightning bolt headed for him. She didn't even bother with explanations as she just grasped him tight by his collar, and dragged him, her strength making him fling in the air as he grunted. Larxene figured they'll get there faster with her speed, and they were already, as she was out the glass doors of the resort in a few seconds flat, the warm wind now biting in the cold, especially from the force of her acceleration. "What the hell are you doing?!" Roxas gasped out loudly, halfway choked by the hold on his coat, all the while his body was flying in the air as he was being taken by this madwoman. His eyes saw nothing but streaks of colors at the speed they were going, the breeze slapping him in the face bitterly. Was the girl nuts? What did she want? What did he do? He struggled to get out, something he knew was futile with the predicament. "You'll see soon. Now shut up and let me lead you," Larxene answered back, her eyes shifting sharply as she gazed at her surroundings, tracing where she was going, as Zexion didn't specifically say where Axel and Xaldin were. It didn't take long, though, as her ears picked up yelling...other than Roxas's whine. "But my chocolate!"
The show of votes reminds me just how many fangirls rule these forums. Notice how all the cute guys got a lot of picks. I always go for girl power, though.
Yep. There might be some minor translation errors (after all, they are translated by fans that just know the Japanese language), but the rest are on-point ( http://turkish-delight.livejournal.com/308078.html ) <-- I feel the poster above me with the Roxas and Axel will be squealing inside. I know >.>. Keep in mind that is not complete yet, though. There are Three books, and some other scenes are missing from the others, I think. But yeah, I agree. Is like they don't like the fact that their members are dying or have to die for certain reasons, like if they somehow care for a moment, and yet they don't. In the novels, there was a scene where the Org. talks about getting rid of Roxas (what was assigned to Axel), due to him being a traitor, and everyone just has a awkward and tense silence after it's mentioned. Once more, like they don't really want it to happen, yet is not like they can feel it. I forgot who breaks the atmosphere, I think it was Xemnas... Mind you, these are mostly based on what I learned in the novels, so... Axel: :D Luxord: I'm guessing they were mere acquaintances, though I'm positive the members knew each other at some level (even Roxas asks Axel, when he comes from Castle Oblivion, about Malruxia and the others). Luxord seems to be the type that is formal to everyone, but I don't think the two were that well recognized to the other. I just think Roxas was kind of considered like the kid brother or something, you know? Demyx: I personally think, that Demyx knew Roxas at some deeper level, maybe even Axel. Not so deep, but more that they knew each other as a type of friendship, yet not really at the same time. He surely seems to care for both of them and appears concern when Axel and Roxas left. I'm guessing that other than Axel, Demyx was like a sort of bud to Roxas. We'll find out. - I would love that, though =3. Seriously. Axel, Roxas, and Demyx as friends? Just think of the hijinks...oh well, that happens in fanfiction. Still, the three together brings a nice scene. I think it would be cool. Xigbar: Out of the Org. members in KH2, or maybe all other than Demyx, I think Xigbar is the one who shows some type of bondage with the younger ones. He seems to know Demyx very well, and sometimes appears to not agree with some of Xemnas's jurisdictions from his fierce expressions (I think he's slowly becoming one of my favorites xP). In other words, he's kind of like a figure. He seems "rad" enough, anyway. I definitely think he spoke to Roxas from time to time. Not be friends with him, but like all outgoing people, just talked and interacted. Get what I'm saying? Saïx: ......x.X. I think the only one he sucked up bothered to appreciate is Xemnas for obvious reasons. In the scans, though, it shows him teaching Roxas the ropes, so they at least have some form of talk. Only when needed. Otherwise, he'll be cold and aloof as always, I'm predicting. Xaldin: I just doubt he gave a damn, period. Maybe like one time exchange of words, if anything. I would put the Castle Oblivion members, but there's not enough of a reaction. Rather, none at all. The only one that even hinted at Roxas's existence was Larxene, and other than perhaps suspecting the bond him and Axel were creating (friendship...>.<), as she just smirked at the recognition when speaking, the rest is blank (for some reason, I see her picking on Roxas, though. If she is insecure in her character as I think she is, then she will no doubt boss around the number below her. We can guess she won't like XIV either. That's a given). Though I do think Marluxia falls between Xaldin and Saïx. Zexion, I'm sure they had spoken at some point, otherwise, he remains to himself. Vexen, probably being a old git, per usual, Roxas will be no different. Lexaeus barely talks. Basically, any friendship solely falls on Demyx. The rest is the type of relation you would find in a gang or a mafia. You know them, yet you don't invest yourself to them for the obvious situation.
Axel had come out of the portal and into a random, dark hall, the smell of seawater now very rampant, probably beause of the fact that they were halfway into the ocean in this ship. It was rather cool as well. He stood by the side of a wall as the rest filtered in, and while they were gathering, he took the time to explore where they were, and he found it was a type of dead end. One side was covered and secured with a metallic, heavy circular door that is usually found in ships, planted under what resembled the steering wheel of a pirate ship as a lock. It could be turned and the door can open, though by only a male's strength it was going to have a extreme amount of difficulty. These type of doors were like trying to pry a metal pole out of the ground, though more flexible and not as hard. Not only that, they didn't even know what was on the other side. Then, the other end, was a elevator shaft...the elevator itself, well, obviously, not there, probably drowned already. The upside-down sliding doors were opened as if allowing passengers in, but he knew it would only lead to their deaths. Then he thought that if they could only portal short distances each time, they can keep going up...or to the bottom, whatever the case, to the propellers. After they reached them, they can break through, and get pass the opening and outside. From there...he didn't know, but they'll be away from the utmost danger, at least. Going with the plan, he summoned a portal, and he waited patiently as he saw the black mark form in the air, only for it to disappear. He frowned. Trying a second time, it was met with the same result, and he blinked, surprised. "What's wrong?" Tiffany asked breathlessly, coming in with the suitcases floating, kind of anxious and slightly nervous with the whole thing, yet he saw the startled expression on Axel's face when he couldn't make those portals appear. After experiencing it twice, the power didn't come as a surprise anymore, and she took it casually. However, she was quite shocked that another person could make this dark vortex as well, and she slowly began to connect. The people in black trench coats, everyone, didn't appear surprise as she was in all this...could that mean they all are capable of the ability? And the blonde girl and child...they weren't dressed as the rest, but they knew them well. Just who were they? He shook his head, unbelieving, not spotting the confused look of Tiff's eyes. "My...portal doesn't work." He tried the third time, but no luck, and to no avail. The only thing that distracted him from this new pressing problem, was the feeling of a tight hold on his cloak, and looking to his side curiously, he saw Shigiku awake, her head propped on top of his shoulder comfortably just as when he last saw her face. How long had she been....? With the child not in slumber now, he massaged her back gently, sending her a uneasy small smile, hoping she didn't understand what was happening now. "Shi, you're awake. You should've told me. How are you feeling?" Despite the situation, he couldn't help a concern tone fill his voice, reminding his own self that she was sick. Roxas, having heard this and already standing beside his best friend with Naminé still on his hold, gave it a chance himself, while Axel was busy with Shigiku. While he was curious about how the girl was feeling as well, they needed to clear this up, or else they'll be experiencing a possible slight doom. He went to open a portal quickly, the same way he always did, but like Axel's, it almost appeared, only to fizzle out and die. A second time too, and no difference, and inside, he was starting to become apprehensive. What was going on? They portalled into safety in here, so why wasn't it working now? "I knew this would happen." The blond just centered a tight glare at Zexion, as if ordering him to explain himself instead of leaving it with a small enigmatic statement. The Cloaked Schemer simply sighed, then revealed calmly in his soft and quiet voice, "It is well known that we can't portal under water, yet we can portal on land surrounded by water. The problem is, a ship is not land. We are basically in the middle of the ocean in a metal hull, and that affects the Corridor Of Darkness, which is why we are only able to portal short distances from here, and not jump from world to world as per usual. And this world itself also holds us in by something in the atmosphere. Remember, that we first came to this vacation by stepping on land, then we got into the cruise along with every other passenger normally. Apparently, now that the ship is halfway sinking into the sea, it will start getting in the way of portalling more than before, and thus, is what we are facing now. The portal I made was in a calculated spot where it wasn't severely affected by my senses, yet, I assume other areas are beginning to block, including this one. And quite rapidly." Along with Roxas, Axel gritted his teeth, his eyes shifting from Shigiku for a second, yet he was the one that growled, "And you decided to inform us of this now?!" "Who else knew?!" Roxas demanded, his blue eyes narrowing. It took them this long to know the explanation of why they couldn't portal properly? "Only myself, not the other higher ups, if that's what you think. I hinted this at Vexen, however," Zexion responded nonchalantly, not fazed by the hostility. "It was merely a hypothesis, and I wasn't sure, so I kept it to myself for further investigation. But, now that it makes perfect sense..." Roxas dragged his free hand down his face, knowing that now they were going to find their way to safe haven by foot. They had no other choice, and with a kid with the group, and many others....this was going to be difficult than preceded. The hall they were in didn't even have a proper exit, so what were they suppose to do to get out of this? Nevertheless, when he heard a loud thud, he jumped, as he felt something pass by his feet where he was close to Larxene, and in instinct as he heard other noises coming, he summoned Oathkeeper into his hand in a white flash, and directed the end at where he noticed the sound, putting Naminé behind him. However, what he found made him raise a eyebrow in befuddement. "Demyx?" Behind the unsconcious fellow member, coming from the elevator shaft, was Xemnas's sister. OOC: Leave it to genius Zexion to give a proper reason on why they can't portal xP. Now, it won't seem as random :D. Quite long, but I had to make up for my lack of posting.
OOC: http://turkish-delight.livejournal.com/308078.html Different Translator: http://linnen.livejournal.com/640432.html http://linnen.livejournal.com/641608.html http://linnen.livejournal.com/642784.html http://linnen.livejournal.com/638369.html http://linnen.livejournal.com/638472.html Is good to compare, though there are not much differences except for the way is worded, or translated at times. The only thing I love is Riku's thoughts on the matter xD, it just makes him so much, ugh, emo adorable. I could've sworn you read these bit and pieces of the novel, though.
OOC: But it wouldn't make sense then because if Phil said he was trying to get Demyx to replace Herc, this is perhaps the only time and conversation that took place, as it connects precisely. Demyx began to run off and Phil chased him as it's been said by Phil himself. There's no other second time where it would've happened in the same format. Phil simply said next thing he knows was that he was seeing stars all of a sudden after he had chased him. We could assume he might've actually avoided the Nobodies as he kept running after Demyx until the point where he was found near the entrance as they got him and Demyx disappeared inside the Underworld, perhaps getting the stone along the way. "Turned on me" doesn't always exactly mean that he suddenly got attacked, Demyx did run, after agreeing that he will fight, but then suddenly changed his mind as he figured out his mistake (in both translations Phil did not make it clear what exactly these games or tournaments were). I don't think is into that much conflict since we don't know what happens when Demyx starts to run away after that scene ends, or simply because Phil didn't go into detail in a conversation which is taken much more seriously than it should be. In my opinion, in all he says, Phil doesn't explain things well. Tell me. Where is the Underworld located? That, and you have to think that the novels are directly translated from Japanese, and the English version can be used to change more into their slang or replace words to fit the mouth's movements (for example, when Sora got up from his knees after Saïx refused him of Kairi, he didn't say "Why you-!" as in the English, he basically said, "I'll kill you!"). I'm sure the Japanese don't say, "I'm seeing stars". Nomura had placed scenes from the novels in the FM+, so the novels must have some accuracy in the actual canon and game, especially as it explains very much the background characters. Deals with the Org., which could not be just free liberty, in my opinion. Riku as well. And is been reported that Nomura checks all the author's writings, unlike the manga, where it is definitely liberty. Another Report (that came with the game), where Roxas wakes up and the whole Malificent thing occurs, is also written by the same man. At least, I'm guessing. It might be just translation problems in itself, even. After all, one out of the two translations says that Demyx was in the Coliseum already where he met Phil and ran from the building, not into. In FM+, even Demyx goes to explain about the Absent Silhouettes after the first battle or around that time, which is completely new. Sora mentioning Naminé to Riku and how he couldn't say thank you just before the armored Xemnas fight. Changes were obviously made. Oh, and it was Axel that attacked Saïx first, not the other way around.
