Fair enough, but in the UK the driving age is 17, and drinking is 18. I don't think it takes 6 years for people to realise that drink driving is bad. Heck, I knew that before I even started learning to drive. Most people are responible drivers anyway, and know they shouldn't do that.
The age is fine as it is in most countries, it works with the culture of that country. Though the only one I have a slight issue with is in the US. You can do most things at the age of 18, so why is drinking alone so high? You have to wait until you are probably out of college until you can even officially buy and drink it. With a high age limit it will just promot underage drinking, it's like a forbidden apple. Heck you can drive at 15 in some states which to me is way to young to be on the road. If a person is responible enough to have a car and drive anywhere then why not drink. The age is Japan is 20. But that works with everything else since you can do most things when you get to 20.

Those in England have probably all heard about the Earthquake that hit Lincolnshire and well 5 other counties. Not an extremely powerful one it was 5.4 on the richter scale, but it's a big one for England. XD Apparently people say they felt it here in Liverpool a good 165 miles away from the epicentre. One of my flatmates said they were scared as they didn't know what it was. I for one never felt the bloody thing. It happened at 1am, so I was online at the time., didn't feel a thing. I doubt the fact it even could be felt here. Well we blame the earthquake for our broken toaster. RIP Toaster.

This is good, it's not that the PSN is bad or anything, it's just well like you said, not the best to navigate at times.
I do, and probably so do most of the gaming population who have played it. =P I'm not a big fan of shooters, but this one I really like, it's something different and original.
Oh god I will talk about the jack***'s upstairs. God the time you really want to go to sleep you can't because some ****ing acidheads decided to start World War 3. First of all at 2am (3 hours ago) the ****ing fire alarm went off so we all had to go outside in the god damn rain until the ****ing loud fire alarm turned off. Then as soon as I got back and tried to get to bed guess what...the acidheads got louder and totally trashed their flat. I mean big time, smashing glass everywhere, banging all over the place no-one in our flat could get to sleep, though ****ing ****heads. Seriously the drugs have messed with their minds big time and they trashed there place over some god damn **** cigarettes. We had one of our flat mates go up to find out what the hell was going no (he knew them) so he told us. And they are still going on now 3 ****ing hours later. So now I've given up trying to go to sleep. And now just be tired for my god damn test. Sorry for the outburst. <>
