does the reaction mod work correctly because some people say it does and others say it doesn't

here's what i wrote about the code in notepad
"NOTE: this mode will make the game a one hit kill for everything meaning anyone can kill any boss/enemy in 1 hit but something as simple as a shadow can kill you in 1 hit. you do not need finishers to kill boss's. also boss battles such as the beast and riku will cause the game to freeze once you kill them since they are never suppose to be defeated

when you hit a enemy there HP flashes red. but on heaven or hell mode everything is a 1-hit kill so the whole bar flashed red

alot of codes do save with the game. stuff like increased stats, have all abilities etc. those codes save to the file. stuff like walk through walls and infinite MP/HP they are not saveable.

but the ultimate codes for enemies might be savable since they only effect there stats

you need a special version of the UCM mod in order to joker it
