Yes, sometimes there are some really weird names of people/places/etc. in books and the first few times I read it I always skim over the name, still knowing who they are referring too. It's usually by the middle of the book for me when I start to actually pronounce the way the name is actually said as I read. It's always been a habit for me.

My favorite would have to be the second one because the scarf/ribbon really stands out. You contrasted the stock images well and chose good high-quality images. Maybe with your next batch add some effects to your avatars and they'll look really good. :3
Love the Lightning one, the orb she's holding just pops since it's the color red. The Birth by Sleep one and the lighting effect you used for it. All of them are really well done, the last four rows I loved when I saw on your livejournal. (:

Sephiroth was not an essential character to the story. You didn't even need to beat him since he was optional. I think Square-Enix just put him in there because he is so iconic to the franchise and he would get a lot of facial recognition from fans.

Donald would either heal me too early, or heal me too late. Sometimes even he would he me when I don't need curaga and then he doesn't do so when I need it.
During the time you play as Roxas, when Axel comes up to you and time freezes I usually just stand there and zoom in on Axel's face a lot. Because he's just that awesome. :3
