Just as people find ways to catch us we'll find other ways to hide and continue. If a junkie wants drugs or alcohol they will always find a way to get them. It'll be the same thing.

I learned the general difference between men and women along with maturational development starting in grade one. And learned about intercourse when I was about 9 or ten-- so around the fourth or fifth grade. I don't think there's anything really wrong with it seeing as at that time kids have the introspective thoughts about where they came from. It's better to be forearmed and forewarned as opposed to learning from ridiculous rumours and misconceptions in the school yard. And hey, if taught right like any other fundamental in elementary school there's application in the long run to developing choices and being consciously aware of some of the later hazards in life.

Correct me if I'm wrong but anything along the lines of a touch screen would require additional hardware aside from just that pen.

Perhaps the real issue isn't whether or not there's something incomplete with our world or that something outside or inside of ourselves is at fault. It's just that our general thoughts on this question themselves are flawed. As of now we live in the best possible world imaginable. It's not that we can't imagine better things for ourselves, it's that we're unable to imagine something far worse than what we have. For any other greater good that you could possibly imagine there is an implication that something much far worse than war or famine could exist with it. Sure we could live in a world free of hunger and united peace, but who's to say that in that very same universe there aren't a vicious species of man eating cupcakes that plague us--ridiculous, but nonetheless possible.

I'm not saying that we shouldn't take action and simply go about a passive existence, because proactivity, compassion, and other acts go a long way. We should do what we can, but keep in mind that we're part of a much bigger picture than the "big picture" we've thought ourselves to be a part of. Think of it as placing a shroud over Van Gogh's Starry Night hiding ever single paint stroke save for a tiny black dot in the night sky. Alone, like anything wrong with this world it appears out place and perhaps even wrong. But if you pull away the curtain it fits perfectly into something much larger to marvel at.

It shouldn't necessarily be about what the meaning of life is, because we derive one's duties, goals, aspirations, etc in life from our own; in essence no one can explain to another the meaning of life. Even something as simple as "to live" holds a unique obscurity to it. The question should really be concerned with what the bigger picture is. Only when we understand that can we understand the world.

Granted I may have used an over zealous figure of speech. Now that I look back it's harshness was obviously up for little interpretation. But if we're going to get on the topic of ignorance neither of us is really fit to stand on a soap box regarding the matter. You yourself de-repped me with homosexually derogative slur. So there, neither us of really has gained anything.

Wrong. The statement dates back all the way to ancient Egypt where carpenters used their thumb to approximate what some people would call an inch today.

Seriously people need to learn how to hide their guns, unless they're deliberately trying to let their kids have an "accident"....say was that gun in the cookie jar? Also he should've tried to punch the bullet in it's nose. My friend DJ who lives next door was once on the set of Eraser with Arnold Schwarzenegger and saw Arnold watching a family movie of his 3 month old nephew punching away the bullets from a drive by intended for his uncle who consequently happened to be a snitch for the mob and was currently under the witness protection program...I think his fake name is Jimmy Vandamusprime...I hope the mob isn't watching this.

We spent centuries developing such things believing that they would make us better. It'll at least take twice as long to be done away with them.
