I don't think it's a problem of staff wanting to customize or not. You see, VBulletin disabled the profile customization feature in 4.0; meaning that it's not possible to do this yet.

In the future, there may be a way to do so, but until then, I don't think it's possible.

This is gorgeous. You're really good at this. The smudging is amazing, and this style of yours is pretty cool. I see you like to employ the clipping masks. I'd say you should start working with adjustments a bit more, and do stuff like sharpening and blurring, dodging and burning, for depth.

As for text, I'll be honest...your choices in text aren't amazing. It's something that comes with practice. I think your main problem with it is the font choice. And sometimes the blending.
