I know exactly what you're going through. I experience the same symptoms on a regular basics, but I don't have asthma. Instead I feel heavy pressure on my chest constantly, have shortness of breath when I do phyisical excerise or talk a lot. Mine was caused through smoke inhalation through a fire at my job with not having protection for many hours due to their fault and Post Trautmatic Stress Disorder. For natural methods you should get some chest rub that is all natural and rub it on your chest and throat and slowly inhale. Steam also helps, but only do it for 5-10 minutes otherwise you could get dizzy and pass out. Breathing excersies help, and drinking plenty of water does wonders. Stay away from to many milk products which could create phelm. Yoga and mediatation also help along with breathing through your diaphram rather than just your lungs. Make sure your stomach extends out and in rather than your chest. I recommend having a doctor a pulmonolgist to be more percise test you by having a methocoline test, which is simply inhaling 5 vials of methocoline with different dilutions and if this triggers a spasm in your lungs or the tissue chest wall then chances are you could have it. Another test is a breathing test called a flow meter. This measures the amount of oxygen exhale into a tube. Asthma does not come out of the blue and is usually triggered by something. You could have serious allergies and not know it and if you smoke then stop right away. This could lead to COPD which is horrible lung disorder caused from years of smoking. My advice to you is to find out as soon as possible otherwise it could get worst. The last thing you want is oxygen and I know from experience since I was on it for several months as the doctors tried to find out what I had. Another recommemdation is to see a chiropractor for maybe your spine is out of alignment which triggeres your nerves and causes your organs to react in a different surpressed manner. All in all don't ignore the problem and let your mom know for if it is asthma it can be easily treatable. Do not be afraid to let her know what is going on. It is not in your head. Your brain is telling you that is something is wrong otherwise you wouln't be feeling that way. See a doctor or a nurse at least and they will give you options. Refer to the options I set for you since I have had all of them and I'm slowly getting better. Hopefully I helped you to some degree. ^_^
I went with light saber for a person wouldn't ever have to worry about it running out of particles that causes the blast of a blaster. With a light saber there are more uses such as deflecting and it's a more sensiable approach with the fact that if a person wielding a light saber would also have to know the "force" where that has many advantages of its own.
That's so true for no one has seen her power yet if she has any and maybe that's why the organization kept it's name to be XIII rather than XIV because they didn't consider to be a member due to not having any elemental power or a ability that would consider to be useful in the organization.
