As someone who is openly gay to all of the people who meet me, I've never ran into any problems with homophobia or anything (which is weird because I was raised in a very religious family).
I think as a whole the younger generation is much more open and accepting compared to their predecessors.
All in all, totally for it. Let people love whoever they want.
I was completely into the story of the first game. And it didn't seem to take a long period of time to get to the good story. As soon as I started playing the game I was interested in the characters and how they interacted with each other. I liked the idea of an RPG game that was more than just a standard command menu system, I found it to be extremely satisfying.
I worked at a GameStop before, we were SUPPOSED to check the games, cover and manuals. However, a lot of times the we got lazy and didn't really check them.
I would assume that is probably what happened here.
