You click that "user CP" button up there and then scroll down until you see your reputation. Everytime a certain amount of reputation comes your way you get a rep gem, which is those little green boxes.

See, that's only for premium members. To become a premium member you need to have at least 1,000 posts and 300 reputation points.

Nothing much. Oh, just so you know, if you want to reply to these messages, then you've gotta click on the little "view conversation" button and post it there. That way they know you sent them a message.
