Synchros were made for everyone to use. They're fast and strong, so of course they'll be able to kill one another.
That doesn't necessarily mean you have very low chances with any other card though. Super Poly+E-Heroes, Verz Rabbit has Verz Ophion, Oppression when it comes back, etc can all do it.

Thousand-Eyes Restrict is entirely different from Hyper Librarian.
One is a Draw Engine.
The other is broken on a ******ed level.

Interesting thing is that Competitive TGs rely more on Phantom Horn instead of Synchro Strategy. I vastly prefer Synchro Summoning myself.

Plus, Librarian is stupid broken.
And Tuningware is so exploitable, it makes no sense. Limiting Avarice helped a bit.
