You got cure magic for first time when you defeat Clayton at Deep Jungle.
The second time it's when you defeat Hook at Neverland.

How many seconds will be stopped an enemy when you use Stop magi?
I use magi a lot of times. Specially I use Magnet and then Thunder ( it always damage to many enemies, and lets you breath if the battle is going wrong).
Of course I also use Cure.
I only use Ice when I have to defeat Lion ( I use it as final attac).
My favourite one is the Keyblade that you earn when you defeat the Ice Titan in KH: Final Mix... I don't remmember the name in English:p It gives you strength (11) and MP (3 up). It's the best
