Well yeah that's true that luck is a part of life because not everything always goes your way in life and you can't always get what you want. Still I just don't think it's fair for a bad player to win against a superior player because of one lucky draw. And turning the game around with one card has been something that Konami is trying to avoid. That's why things like Change of Heart, Brain Control and Raigeki etc. are Banned.

Well at least you apologized...I forgive you. I hope you'll reconsider someday...

But I don't know if you understand what's so unfair about the real game...I mean how would you feel if you put your heart and soul into a deck based on skill? Not luck, But pure strategy and skill. You utilize your skill until suddenly, you're about to beat your opponent, But then your opponent who has no skill at all draws Dark Hole and ends up winning...It just isn't fair. You can be extremely skilled at dueling and know what cards to play at the right time but even in tournaments those little kids could that think they're so smart just because they beat someone only because of a lucky draw...how is that fair? It's like a gambling...betting that you will have a good hand or the cards you need and win...Are you going to say that life is a gamble? Choices you make are, But if life was a gamble then that means we wouldn't have a choice and the future would always be the same and it's hopeless for us to even try...If thats true then why do we even take the time to fight off viruses and diseases? We could all just die right now if what we do all depends on luck...it depends on the will to live...and if someone loses a duel without a speck of hope or even a fighting chance because of a dead hand or whatever then how is that fair? >_>

And I might as well say this too: We evolved from having the max age of 40 to being able to live for 120 years. But if everything is about chance then we wouldn't have gotten this far. We advance in the fields of science and technology every day because we actually have a choice, but random draw doesnt give us a choice and that makes us unable to do anything about it. life is very different from a random draw card game, you actually have a choice in life but not in a random draw duel you don't...

Soooooo does that mean you'll stay? It's a shame to see you go...I mean you just got back...

Yeah I guess so but the theme rule isn't as strict as it used to be. All it means now is don't just use random cards. For example imagine how unfair it would be if every deck were to run the Heralds of Light. That's a pretty good reason to have that rule right? Staple cards are still allowed. And besides using certain cards in certain decks wouldn't work in real life anyway. Therefore it shouldn't be allowed to use them that way in the arena just cuz you can make them work there.

But...Why?

And why the hell does everyone prefer random draw dueling? The real game is broken and unfair...Am I the only one who sees that?
