Or for longer than a day, who would you be and why?
I would like to be Sora for a day. Gaining his athleticism, and getting to use a keyblade would be fun. I could glide from high places to where ever. Also I would like to know what it's like to be on the light side. -
I think girls are more mature because of how they handle their emotions. Girls learn to be more open with their emotions. To them, it isn't sooo bad to be wrong or to be vulnerable. They learn how to deal with their emotions.
Pride doesn't stop them from doing whats important or accepting the truth. Also they learn to put themselves in other peoples shoes and value their feelings, so they can see beyond their own concerns. -

I think you guys might benefit from this book: Thoughts and Feelings Third Edition Also If any other person with some personal problems is reading this post, please read this book as well.
This book helped me manage my painful thoughts and feelings and understand where the pain comes from. Another plus is that it's easy to understand.
I don't actually own the book myself, I borrowed it. From what I remember, the book describes 8 thinking patterns that cause a lot of painful emotions:
Filtering
When you look at only certain aspects of a problem. I do this often, look at the bad side of situations and ignore the good side. This caused me to feel many horrible feelings. When I looked at the good side of side of situation a bit more and focused on opportunities I had to make my life better, I felt less depressed, more in control, and somewhat relaxed. Life didn't seem as bad then.
Polarized Thinking
Black and white thinking. This can be very harmful. If you aren't perfect you may percieve yourself as worthless. Or if you aren't a genius you may think of yourself as being very dumb. One way to counter polarized thinking is to think in percentages. Example: 30% of the time I act like an idiot, 10% of the time I mean to people, 60% of the time I'm an alright guy. That way you avoid thinking of yourself as worthless.
Personaliztion
When you assume other people's reaction's are always related to you and when you compare yourself to others. When I assumed other's people's negative reactions were always caused by me, I became self-conscious and thought something was wrong with me. But there was no reason to assume this. I didn't actually know what they were reacting to. It could of been me or it could of been something or someone completely unrelated to me. The only way I could know is to ask, otherwise all i'm making is assumptions. I compared my weaknesses to other people strengths. If I was weak in one area I thought of someone who was strong in that area. This made me feel bad by comparision. But, everybody has different strengths and weaknesses. While that person may me be more accomplished in one area, they have weaknesses like me too. I may even have a strength in a area where their weak.

overgeneralization
Magnifying
This is what I learned:
1.Your thoughts can make the mental state your in stronger.
EX: Anger - Anger influenced thoughts - more Anger.
Angry thoughts direct your mind towards things that excite your anger.
2. You can develop beneficial mental qualities by keeping your thoughts in a certain direction.
EX: If you think patient thoughts most of the time, you can become more patient. Your mental state which is influenced by your thoughts, directs yours thoughts towards things that makes that mental state stronger.
3. You can change your view by changing how you look at things.
EX: If your pessimestic, you look for the bad in things. By making a strong effort you can change this view. If you constantly focus your mind on the good in things you can change your overall view of life. Since your looking for the good in things, you'll tend to notice that more. And because your focusing more on the good in things than usual, you'll focus less on the bad side of things, so you'll tend to notice that less.

Very Serious Issue
Warning: Look at the gas pump handle BEFORE you pump your gas. Please read and forward to anyone you know who drives a car. My name is Captain Abraham Sands of the Jacksonville , Florida , Police Department. I have been asked by state and local authorities to write this email in order to get the word out to car drivers of a very dangerous prank that is occurring in numerous states. Some person or persons have been affixing hypodermic needles to the underside of gas pump handles! These needles appear to be infected with HIV positive blood. In the Jacksonville area alone, there have been 17 cases of people being stuck by these needles over the past five (5) months. We have verified reports of at least 12 others in various states around the country . It is believed that these may be copycat incidents due to someone reading about the crimes or seeing them reported on television. At this point no one has been arrested and catching the perpetrator 's) has become our top priority. Shockingly, of the 17 people who where stuck, 8 have tested HIV positive and because of the nature of the disease, the others could test positive in a couple years. Evidently the consumers go to fill their car with gas, and when picking up the pump handle get stuck with the infected needle. IT IS IMPERATIVE TO CAREFULLY CHECK THE HANDLE of the gas pump each time you use one. LOOK AT EVERY SURFACE YOUR HAND MAY TOUCH, INCLUDING UNDER THE HANDLE! If you do find a needle affixed to one, immediately contact your local police department so they can collect the evidence. Why didn't organization 13 go after Mickey?

I think the one Xemnas was reffering to was Aqua. If Xehanort and Terra share the same body then the one he was reffering to was probably either Ven or Aqua. Also, Aqua's armor was the one in front of him, so it most likely Aqua he was referring to.
I wonder how complete Xemnas memory is...Xenmas said a couple of things that stood out.
Xenmas: Hearts quivering with hatred...
Xenmas: Hearts burning with rage...
Xenmas: Hearts scarred by envy... That fool Ansem said the heart's true nature
was beyond his understanding. But it's not beyond mine! Hearts are the source
of all power!"
Then after his defeat by Sora, Xemnas said:
Xenmas: I need...more rage.. I need more...hearts...
Sora: Xemnas. There's more to a heart than just anger or hate. It's full of all
kinds of feelings. Don't you remember?
Xenmas: Unfortunately...I don't.
Why is it that the only emotion Xemnas remembers is hatred? I believe this is because hatred was the strongest emotion Terra had before he lost his memories. Terra had a strong hatred of Master Xenahort. -
Maybe it's not reincarnation, but something to do with Terra's, Ven's, and Aqua's hearts and their connection to Sora, Riku, and Kairi.

I believe that the keyblade is a manifestation of a strong heart or someone's memories. I think the reason the keyblade can lock the hearts of the world are because they themselves are hearts.
Like the Artificial Keyblade made by Xehanort's heartless. That keyblade was made from the strong hearts of the seven Princesses of Heart. It was capable on unlocking Kairi's heart within Sora.
Here's something from Nomura's Interview:
VI - Could you please give an explanation for the new keyblade "Way to the Dawn" that Riku obtained and the keyblade Kairi has as well as what the conditions for using a keyblade are?
"There isn't necessarily one keyblade for the dark side and one for the light side, just as many as there exist people with qualified hearts. Concerning the conditions to wield one, at this stage, "Those with strong hearts" is the only obvious one. However, less obvious conditions still exist and there are still plans for an opportunity to reveal those. Riku's "Way to the Dawn" and Kairi's keyblade are naturally the same type of keyblade as Sora's. However there is no particular explanation for the Soul Eater's transfer and occurrence, as well as Riku's handing it to Kairi. When there isn't a normal process of acquisition, I think its ok to think there is some deeper meaning there."
I think the reason SoulEater upgraded to "Way of the Dawn" is because Riku conquered Xehanort and the dark side of his heart. His heart got stronger and became capable of using the powers of Light and Darkness. The "Way to the Dawn" represents Riku's strong Heart and the path he's chosen
Something else from Nomura:
VII - In KH, at the same time Sora became a heartless Roxas was born and entered the Organization. So if that's the case, at that point in time at Castle Oblivion Sora used a keyblade while at the same time Roxas would have been using a keyblade. Was this Sora's keyblade? Within the organization I think we particularly saw Roxas using a keyblade. And similar to Roxas, Sora served as another Keyblade Master conveniently gathering hearts. So why was the Organization defeated?
"The keyblade that Roxas used and the thing that Sora once lost in Castle Oblivion are the same thing. Furthermore, these two both used the keyblade at the same time. This is can be explained by the relationship between Roxas and Sora. Thus, that both can wield two keyblades in fact has an important meaning. This is also related to Xehanort's memories, but this point can't be touched on just yet."
"Furthermore, from the time that the two were both using the keyblade at the same time, the Organization itself was using Sora for their ultimate goal. Soon enough, each of the Organization's expectations differed. By changing Sora and Roxas's movements, eventually they became unable to use Sora for their true meaning. As a result, Sora became an obstacle to the movements of the organization itself and he had to be defeated. But even if Sora were to be defeated, you could say there are other things to think about in making that sacrifice. "
It seems like Nomura is hinting at Roxas's keyblades, as being 2 peoples memories: Sora and an unknown person (probably Ven). That Roxas can use two keyblades means he has two peoples memories.
