DChiuch, who is apparently this site's 358/2 Days video provider from KH13 (based on Mike's post), is doing a second playthrough of the game in English . Go subscribe to him or at least watch his videos because doing a complete playthrough on this game is extremely difficult and tedious. Doing it a second time, even if you know what you're doing, takes a lot of time.
I'd venture to guess that 'hypnotism' is some kind of psychological thing. I think you say or do something that taps something in a person's mind and they tick.
