I know that pixelated overlay effect seems to be your thing, but it is just mega distracting - and takes away from the transitions. The vertical clips are a nice touch, but it doesn't work so well with the individual clip in the center overlaying another - at 1:07 - 1:11 it works so well against the black. There's a few stray frames around that need to be cleaned up.
The ending was really well done, definitely a well-tied together AMV.
