This week on the KH-Vids Podcast @Misty, @libregkd, and @Calxiyn are joined by @Princess ♥ to discuss the corporate structure of the video game industry! Inspired by the release of Metal Gear Solid V, we cover the drama surrounding its release and the Konami/Hideo Kojima breakup, and how gamers can choose not to support certain business practices by not purchasing games. We extend the conversation to anti-consumer DLC and preorder practices within the video game industry, and the break that indie games offer from that system.

As per usual, we answer user-submitted questions! @Graxe taunts @Misty with a Final Fantasy XIII themed question and
@Kingdom Hearts530 wants to know about our favorite anime and manga. For our Table Topics, everyone's inner murderer comes to light and we appreciate our worldly possessions.

It's Tuesday (in some parts of the world...) and that means it's time for a new episode of the KH-Vids Podcast!

This week @Misty, @libregkd, and @Calxiyn cover the launch of YouTube Gaming, Google's new competitor to the popular and unchallenged Twitch. We mention the basics of the service, discuss the advantages of YouTube Gaming over Twitch, critique its user interface, and address whether streamers and viewers will make the jump from one service to the other.

Afterwards we launch, as always, into user-submitted questions! @. : tale : . asks what games we haven't been able to get into, @Graxe has us react to Mister Monkey, and Table Topics leave us to speculate, once again, our ebbing mortality (okay, maybe just Misty).

It's becoming that time of year again where summer vacations end and school begins. This week @Misty, @libregkd, and @Calxiyn are joined by staff guest @Krowley another round about school! This is a subject we tackled last year around this time but we revisit memories, how to transition to college from high school, offer tips to students, how our current schooling has been going, and what lies beyond.

For user submitted questions, @Graxe asks us about whaling while @Nobodyslight has us ponder about free-to-play phone games. In addition to these question @Calxiyn treats us to a question from her own stash by asking us about our fondest family vacation memory.

A fashionably late podcast for you all this week.

It's time for the KH-Vids Podcast!

This week, @Misty reclaims her hosting chair along with @libregkd, @Calxiyn, and member guest @Glen to cover the news that broke out at the D23 Expo in Anahiem, CA. We start with covering the big news that Big Hero 6 will have a world featured in Kingdom Hearts III and that Disney Infinity will finally start to feature Kingdom Hearts! After the KH news we move onto Disney's plans to expand both Disneyland and Disney World to accommodate new Star Wars sections to the two theme parks as well as Disney's movie plans for the foreseeable future.

Our user-submitted questions this week has us answering what lies at the Darkness Beyond Time (courtesy of @Graxe) and @Scarred Nobody tasks us with a movie quote that only one person recognized. Table Topics are here again this week and makes us question what gives are lives any meaning. Finally with Community News; how podcast guests are handled is going to see some changes in the future, we plug the on-going User Awards, and we talk about a little mishap that happened on the site over the weekend.

Hello everyone, it's time for the KH-Vids Podcast!

This week podcast hosts @libregkd and @Calxiyn, along with staff guest @Plums cover the happenings at the Gamescom expo that happening in Germany. We go through the companies that had a major presence at this year's Gamescom (Microsoft, EA, and Square Enix) before going into any other titles that were shown off that happened to pique our interests.

Our user-submitted questions this week has us answering what a dinner date between two comic book icons would look like (courtesy of @Graxe) and @Nobodyslight allows us to speculate more about what could happen in Kingdom Hearts 3. We then turn to another thrilling edition of Table Topics where we think about our morality and global politics. Finally, for Community News, Cycle 3 of the User Awards has started so be sure to vote!
