    wow persona 4 story and mystery is so disappointing. i'm not done with the game but all that exposition in that 5 hour span of cutscenes towards the beginning of December was dumb. and it did that thing that destroyed any emotional investment i had. there's nothing it can do to make up for that. if it goes back on any of that stuff it will only be worse and the mystery is already so stupidly simple for how convoluted it was set up as that it cant do anything to make it better.

    p3 > p4 all. day.

    p4 has a better characters and setting while p3 has the better story and gameplay

    I was showing my roommate a scene from KH because she didn't know that Billy Zane was Ansem, despite me having played through the game in front of her.
    At the end, on broken Destiny Islands or whatever where Riku-Ansem looks like Riku, but sounds like Ansem and then turns around into Ansem while giving that speech that Nova loves, my mind was blown.
    He talks about Destiny Islands being a prison surrounded by sea and "this boy" wanting to escape it and cross over into worlds and opened his heart to darkness and then it hit me
    HE WASN'T TALKING ABOUT RIKU
    HE WAS TALKING ABOUT HIMSELF AS XEHANORT.


    ....well, maybe.
