It was quite lucky for Ryou that he didn't have to wait long for someone to notice him, for out of the corner of his eye he noticed the girl take a picture of him. With a small smile he ended his bow and turned to face the girl, but before he spoke he moved his eyepatch to his right eye and revealed a blue colored contact. The switching of eye for his eyepatch was something he did before he performed or talked to someone.

With that taken care he, he actually spoke to the girl. "I see you took yourself a little souvenir, your welcome to take another one if you wish." It was pretty clear as to why someone who willingly did a flip off a table wouldn't mind having his picture taken. However before anyone else could say anything, a familiar laugh pierced through the air.

    "Upupuuuuuu!"

Now for a bear, he certainly made quite the entrance. Was he trying to one-up his entrance? Nah, no way Ryou would let a bear upstage him. While he was in an internal conflict, Monokuma had suddenly made his way to the other side of the cafeteria. After a long winded explanation on how he was the headmaster and they were the students, he ended with allowing them to ask questions.

"Are there going to be classes, this is a school after all." The one who said this was Haken Akatsuki. He had been leaning against a wall in silence up until now.

She watched as the bear made his entrance. He was... quite the personality. That only made him a more interesting figure in her eyes. Trying to capture all of his quirks in a single sketch would be hard, but at least his face wasn't still like a stuffed animal. His black eye moved as he addressed them, and his fall did nearly put a smile on her face. That is, until he reappeared behind her. She turned, looking past the girl who still sat beside her, and listened as he told them a bit about their situation.

He opened up the promised Q&A quickly and someone already posed their question. She killed time, waiting for someone else to speak up, but by the time she'd finished her sketch of the bear, no one did. She sighed, trying her hardest to build up some semblance of courage, and moved closer to the bear. She avoided touching people, and ended up going the long way around as a result. Despite the piercing stares of her classmates on her, she clutched her notebook and pushed forward. Maybe it was because he was a bear and not a person, but she felt that it was a bit easier to confront their "headmaster" than any of her peers. Once she was in front of him, she spoke softly.
"Um... M-Monokuma? D-do you think I could g-get another pencil?"

She showed him the dull thing and felt her legs start to shake beneath her. So much for courage.
    "I... I wouldn't mind d-drawing you a p-p-portrait."

She hoped the prospect of indulgence would earn her some points. After all, this was a school for those with special talents. There had to be some kind of art studio somewhere.

Mai noticed a girl taking pictures. Normally, she would ask for one, but she felt it wasn't the right time. They all probably hater her for her glamorous entrance-- No, they were jealous of it. Yes, that was it. She took a seat, merely awaiting for someone to come and speak to her.

    "Upupuuuuuu!"

Ugh, that voice again. Mai looked up to see that Monocreep was there, live and in person. He was creepy as all hell.
"Fich..." she cursed quietly, standing up. Monokuma just slipped and continued.

"Um..." Mai stared at the bear as he took his place. He was opening the floor to any questions and inquiries. She was about to speak, when someone else spoke.

"Questions are a simple matter and there is a few I think we all my beautiful fellow students have on their minds: just who are you and what is our real purpose here? I'm sure someone who is so "beary" excited about this school year, you'd be willing to answer those few questions?"

Mai opened her mouth once more, and was again interrupted.

"Um... M-Monokuma? D-do you think I could g-get another pencil?"

    Whoa, who was this?

    "I... I wouldn't mind d-drawing you a p-p-portrait."

She seemed to be trying to fall into Monokuma's good side. Mai knew the look Monokuma had, and it wasn't one that would spare those that fell into his good side. Mai took her pencil she had behind her ear and held it in her hand. She used this to make notes on scripts, and this girl would for sure waste it all. But at the same time, she probably wouldn't need it anymore. Mai sighed and walked over to the girl, shaking quite nervously. The comfort had disappeared when Monokuma came. His creepiness was just unsettling.
"H-here, use this one." Mai gestured to it. If anything, this would probably allow the obviously anxious girl relax a bit, at least around herself.

"W-well? Go on. T-t-take it if you want."

This person was obviously an attention seeker. As he spoke Renshou wasn't exactly sure what to think of him, but smiled nonetheless. She was about to respond when a voice interrupted their meeting.

    "Upupuuuuuu!"

It was that weird bear again. He finally decided to show up, she almost beginning to wonder what would happen if she ran out of interesting people to take pictures of. And by the looks of things, there weren't that many. There was one more person that did seem to catch her eye. The first person to speak to the bear. He seemed to try a little too hard, though. Next, was someone who asked for a pencil, but was offered one by a girl Renshou had passed over earlier. Just her luck to be placed with such an awkward group. But she could manage with the people she found. They were awfully intriguing.

Eden stared at the spot in front of her after the person net to her put their sketch pad away. She had noted how he/she, she really needed to figure that out, messed with her pencil after noticing Eden watching. Her eyes focused more an the spot in front of her when hearing Monokuma appeared in the cafeteria. She listened without lifting her gaze, hoping to gather what was being said better. The scratching of pencil on paper was heard next to her as the sketch book was taken out again.

Eden straightened her sitting posture from a slouch when she noticed the one drawing next to her had gotten up and approached the fascinating bear. Her hood slipped off her head and exposed curious looks in her eyes. She examined the bear closely and wondered if it could see out of it's awkwardly shaped red eye. It didn't seem very likely though. When there were questions directed at Monokuma Eden didn't hear them from staring in awe at the bear. Still, she couldn't figure out how it could talk. But the more she wondered how the bear worked, she remembered that there was still the rest of the school they hadn't seen yet. Eden fidgeted in her seat, becoming restless with the intent to go explore the unknown areas. Quietly she whispered to herself,
    "Can we go now?"

ooc: terribly sorry for the huge delay. ive been preoccupied.

He sat in front of the group, tapping his paw impatiently as a few of them asked boring, straightforward questions. This was less fun than he'd wanted it to be. "Aww, you guys are no fun!"

He jumped, stuffing his face into his paws as if he was sad. "This was supposed to be a BEAR-y exciting Q&A, not a snooze-a-palooza!" He walked through the crowd, pointing out the one who'd asked him the first question. Suddenly though, he spun in place and pulled out... a rose? And he looked like he was blushing. "BEAR-y well, handsome." He twirled a bit and tossed the rose into the boy's lap and put his paws on his cheeks. "You should really pay more attention in class. After all, hotties aren't gonna be on your finals!"

He tiptoed over to another boy, almost mockingly, and spun again, this time appearing in a martial arts belt - half black and half white. He started to punch the air, huffing and puffing as if he were breaking a sweat. "Maaaaaybe. And who knows, you might get your own dojo if you keep your grades up."

He jumped in the air, letting the belt fall onto the floor in front of the boy and spun towards the last... erm, boy? Girl? Eh, he really didn't care at this point. He was suddenly wearing a red beret and holding a canvas and paintbrush. "I'm BEAR-y sorry, but..." He turned the canvas towards the group, letting them all see the painting of him. It was mediocre at best, but he still felt like it was the next Mona Lisa. "Self-portraits are the only way to go! Upupu!" He saw the girl offer up a pencil and quickly smacked it away with his brush. "Hey! You could poke someone's eye out with that."

Then the last person. "No one leaves during an announcement! That's just BEAR-y rude."

He threw the hat and supplies off to the side and turned back around. "As headmaster, I'd hate for anything to happen to my superb little student body... yet."

As Haken watch Monokuma make his rounds to the ones who'd ask question, he took his little acting as nothing more that him goofing off. Still the answer that he was given wasn't the most satisfactory one that he could've gotten, that was for certain. In fact, there wasn't much in that answer that truly answered his question. Dealing with this bear was going to be troublesome, that much was already clear.

Whatever hope Lucas had of getting some answered to his confusion were quickly dashed. "Are there going to be any other teachers or staff here?" Thinking back to the state of the room that he woke up and and more importantly the security measures set up in said room there said to be other people aside from them and the strange bear.

It was reasonable to assume this, since who traps kids in a school with a two toned bear. The thought floated in his head for a few more seconds before he realized that he might not want to know the answer to that question. Especially considering all the weird things people are into now a days. Didn't help that the last thing Monokuma said didn't sit right with him either.
