    Act 1: Confusion and Acceptance
The region of Ginhona, a luscious place full of life and the creatures we know as Pokemon! Pokemon are like any other living creature; they live, they play, they love, they fight. Within this world there is like anything else. Their is snow, volcanoes, mountains, grass fields, cities: all of these are full with Pokemon.

These Pokemon all live together and mingle like any other. They have many legends too! There are beings known as Legendary Pokemon that are very rare to see. They are one of a kind and very powerful. These Pokemon govern the world and balance nature. Without them, we may not be here at all.

Within this world, fun things have come up recently. These are known as Pokemon Gyms and Pokemon Contests. Pokemon will fight to show who is the strongest in the world or show off their cool, tough, beauty, smart, and even cute appearances. They level up and gain strength until they become the best that no one ever was.

Not everything is all love and peace however. Some Pokemon believe in wicked deeds and try their best to control the world. Some even try to upset the balance of the world by finding and taking control of these mythical Pokemon. They have organised teams that work together to achieve anything by disturbing other Pokemon wherever they go. Where there is evil there is also good. There are plenty of Pokemon ready to defend the peace and put an end to these Pokemon.

Speaking of evil doers, there are a group of Pokemon trying to discover the Origins of Pokemon. They will do anything it takes to try and uncover its secrets. It is believed by using the cells of the ancient Pokemon Mew that they can discover the secrets to creations and Pokemon in general. It's been a difficult road to acquire these genetic codes but it has been broken through and now there is a new threat going on across the region. The entire team that was organised to discover this was wiped out and the creation now roams across the land, destroying anything in its path. Whatever they were trying to created, it was a success, but it was a mistake.

Now Pokemon everywhere feel fear from the creation known only as Mewtwo. Some however have risen to the challenge to fight what has become known as the most powerful Pokemon ever to exist. But the question everyone was asking was what was he searching for?

"WATCH IT WITH THE FLAMETHROWER, WILL YOU?!?!" Evie had to duck her head to avoid a river of flame spewing from Flarabelle's mouth. Evie was just rising as the flames died down and were punctuated by a drunken, meek "urp... scuze me..." Evie sighed exasperatedly as she took the sake set up in hand, cleared the kitchen table of empty bottles, and wiped up spills. Luckily, they lived in an apartment where the walls were fire-proof---Evie was always glad she'd had that foresight---, but this was the third time in the month that she'd walked out from the hallway to almost be scorched by a blast of sake-fueled belching. Evie's brown eyes were pulsing with intense rage as she dumped the glass in the sink and the empty bottles in the recycling bin.

"Do...t... spucha spoill pert..." Flarabelle was ten sheets to the wind and barely conscious enough to speak before her pretty face splatted into the wooden table with a thunk and her red locks flopped around her clogged noggin. Evie moved closer ever so carefully, and was relieved when she heard the sound of impossibly loud snoring. She shook her own head and took her older, larger sister over her shoulder in a fireman's lift and adjusted for the extra weight before she made the usual journey from the kitchen table to Flarabelle's bedroom. The elder sister was draped onto her bed and tucked in with her head at an angle and tilted so that anything else that wasn't fire wouldn't almost asphyxiate her like it had once when Evie was younger. Taking care of her sibling, Evie rubbed her sore back and shoulders; Flarabelle was skinny, save for the rather obvious reserves in the spots Evie lacked, but she was harder to carry than she looked. "You sound like a sleeping Snorlax, you know that, right?" Evie took a jab at her sister's obtrusive noises that were, indeed, not too far off from a sleeping Snorlax's. Of course, Flarabelle couldn't hear her. The lights were out, and it was about time Evie would make her rounds at the shops to pick up the groceries they would need... maybe she'd play Caretaker and not buy anymore Sake, but... it was pointless.

Flarabelle would lose another audition somewhere eventually, and the process of the moment would repeat itself all over again one way or another. It not only pained her to see her that way, but it broke her heart and confused her too. Flarabelle had always been so talented---Self-centered, arrogant, and a diva to put all others to shame, but talented---, yet could number her jobs within the past year on one hand and mirror the sum on the other for how many times she'd been fired.

Evie took a solemn, reflective moment to look down at her pitiable sister. This proved to be disastrous however, as a sudden eruption of blame (burped flamed) caught her tail on fire and sent her running out of the house to douse the flame. Grumbling all the way back to the door, she locked the door for her sister's safety and own good before taking the road in town towards the grocery store.

She never saw the shadow from across the street descend upon the locked door and crush the handle to pull it out of the metal doorway with the lock attached. Evie never heard a thing as Tria broke into her home.

It was a calm morning within the city. The sky was beautiful and fresh. The Pokemon everywhere were beginning to wake with the Combusken letting out a waking cry everywhere. Selene awoke with her hair a mess and her clothes a bit wrinkled. A loud yawn escaped the girl's mouth. After a quick shower and other morning duties, the girl went over to the daily pokepaper. Within its contents were the latest on the new rampage of the Poekmon known as Mewtwo. The girl thought it sad to hear a Pokemon suffering. It wasn't its fault for being created in the first place. All it needed was some love from some others and it could realize this world wasn't all that bad.

Selene left her home to maybe try and escape the sorrows of the paper and its discrimination against the Pokemon. Sure it was creating chaos but it knew nothing but chaos. She figured maybe some Pokemon were like her and wanted to help out the Pokemon. Wherever this Mewtwo creature was, it had to have been suffering.

The Pokemon decided to stop by Evie and Flarabelle's home. Maybe they would be willing to assist in the location of this Pokemon. If nobody else was willing to go and help Mewtwo, Selene made sure she'd be one of the few. She knocked on the door to the Pokemon siblings. She was hoping for a quick reply.

"Flarabelle, Evie, its Selene. Are either of you home?" She called out waiting for a response.

    MEANWHILE

The Pokemon known as Mewtwo was heading straight for the City that most Pokemon inhabited which is also the home to those like Selene, Flarabelle, and Evie. The time it took was only dependent on its own actions.

Evie answered the door within a few moments of Selene knocking. She'd done her shopping the night before, and was starting on breakfast for both her and Flarabelle. Her sister was suffering a massive hangover, and Evie's own headache came from having to repair the door after finding the front door doorknob in Flarabelle's hands. She was terrified someone had broken in while she stepped out, but there was her sister in bed, clutching the whole of the device and snoring loudly. Even though Flara objected, Evie figured that her sibling had decided to keep the shiny object found during a drunk stupor the culprit wouldn't even remember. Nothing seemed to be missing, so it just had to definitely be that. The door was fixed, but at the cost of much of Evie's rest.

"We're both home, Selene. Would you like to come in? Please do." She tiredly, but happily welcomed the friend and fellow Eevee (Well, she was a Sylveon, which counted) into the humble abode.

    *MEANWHILE*

Tria soaked her tail in cold water for the millionth time since the previous evening. She'd broken into a nearby home to pilfer a bit for fun, and wound up with an ignited tail after the owner of the house must have sensed her presence. While upset she'd let herself be so careless, she was almost impressed the attacker knew she'd entered; stalking was just one of her many criminal expertise. Tria bailed and headed back to her lair, a top floor apartment in one of the classier hotels in town. She liked to live in luxury, and her present stay wasn't far away from it. She soaked herself in the artisian bathtub, surrounded by decor fit for visiting royalty. She'd only just closed her eyes to relax when her trance was broken by a knock on her front door. She could hear it through the bathroom door, and she glared towards her door as she waited for the knocking to cease. It didn't.

Grumbling, Tria grabbed a bathtowel, wrapped it around so as to momentarily be modest, and dripped heavily from her fur as she stormed to the front door. Biting back the urge to kill whoever was on the outside, she opened the door securing her towel and looking disturbed but open to inquisition.
