After finishing her attack sequence and walked away Karina couldn't bring herself to look at Beuce so instead she stared in the direction of Stratos as he went to fight. Something was off about him however he didn't seem as calm as before. Maybe he had finally snapped. Maybe her attitude had pushed him to far and he finally snapped but instead of taking it out on her like the rest he was taking it out on the behemoth. However this was even more reckless than taking it out on her. Sire when some one was mad at Karina she fought back full force and wasn't afraid to threaten to or go through with hurting someone but she would never go far enough to kill them or injure them to the point they couldn't do anything at all. These behemoths wouldn't give him the same option. If they where given the chance they would end his life. Her fault or not Karina now had herself convinced it was. She aimed her keyblade in his direction. "Cure." She said softly as a type of green magic shot from the end of it at Stratos. With that over now she could help with the fight.

Helping with fighting was a nice idea but it could wait a little longer, there was one other person that she had matters that needed dealt with, and that person was Beuce who was now on his feet. As he walked up behind her and began to speak Karina looked down at the ground. She didn't want to see him in such a rough beat up state because he was saving her. In her mind it was unfair. As much as she didn't like Beuce he had started by kind of leading the fight and seemed like people actually trusted him, meanwhile she was there as the bipolar glass canon. But if she wasn't there they still had Kel so it wasn't a huge loss. It was as she was thinking this that Beuce started to tell her his reason for why. He said the answer was simple but Karina couldn't see it, so she kept listening not really looking up at him as he spoke. "Because we're the same. I can see it in your eyes." When he had said those words Karina looked up and searched his eyes looking for understanding of what he had just said but came out empty handed. Beuce then raced away before she could actually ask him what he meant though she wanted to. At this point more than anything she wanted to know what he meant. Her racing mind kept her still for a moment, that was until the second behemoth showed up.

With two behemoths now attacking the team seemed to be dividing and concerning and Karina had to chose who she would help. It was either the one that saved her life, or the one that was maintaining it this entire time. The one that she caused to seemingly break down. Karina owed Beuce her life but at this point she felt like she owed Stratos at least that much or more, besides they where a team after all, he had said so himself, they had to stick together. Karina ran up beside Stratos before going past him and attacking the behemoth. Her attacks where focused and quick. She did her best to draw the aggro away from Stratos. If she could keep the behemoth from attacking Stratos too much it would be good he was in rough shape as well. Karina for the most part was only dealing with exhaust over injuries.

So Stratos had begun flying around even more to evade and not get shot down by all of the shots directed at him. Lucda the Purimoth seemed pretty intent on bringing him down already. Walking around on both of its behemoth sized legs, he soon did a short dash at him, and started firing two little pulses of light energy at him. Stratos was able to strafe around these shots, but was then taken by surprise by the giant sickle chain that came at him from behind the gunslinger heartless. The sickle narrowly missed him, and while he was glad that he didn't' get stabbed, he realized that this was probably one of the most dangerous situations he had put himself in yet. There was absolutely no way he could deal with fighting two behemoths, especially special ones, at a time. Granted, given all the behemoths he had fought thus far, he was starting to wonder if being special was just the norm among these creatures. Regardless, he had to continue evading around and make sure he didn't get completely flayed or culled by either of these creatures. Why these two adjectives specifically? Like the metaphor made in another person's post, the world may never know.

It was then that Thrisle got his ass handed into him by Karina. Though he was happy to see his teammate try and help him deal with this behemoth, it was at that moment that he noticed something. She seemed way calmer than before. The attacks she let out weren't some sort of brutal flailing about or some sort of wild beastial attack style. While she was far from perfect zen master, it was good to see that she had regained her composure. And so the duo basically had to focus down Thrisle now, as he was the one that Karina was laying into. Perhaps Kel and Beuce would be able to take on Lucda the Purimoth themselves for the time being then. Alright, so with that out of the way, he watched as Thrisle looked over to Karina and started to basically let out this sort of maniacal laugh. The thing seemed to enjoy the pressure that it was recieving and so Stratos had to go in and help her...as soon as he caught his breath. Well that was bad. Turned out he was still pretty damn exhausted, but it wasn't something that could keep him down permanently.

Getting his composure back, Stratos jet off towards Thrisle and started to try and focus him down as well. Throwing his keyglider like a weapon, as he done so many times prior in this fight, and got the attention of good old Thrisle away from her. He then proceeded to start pounding into the ghastly spectral behemoth's horn by summoning his keyblade to his hand and starting to completely lay into it. Letting loose an air combo that he followed with a vorpal blitz, he seemed to be damaging it, until the behemoth seemed to give no cares about this and start spinning his chain sickle around. The chain sickle then went forward towards Stratos who, luckily, managed to guard against it in the nick of time. The attack still hurt, and he was still sent flying through the air, but it wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been. He then summoned his keyglider underneath his feet and started to try and fly away from the creature, only for it to try and spike the chained sickle at him with great force and speed. Still avoiding the attack, Stratos managed to draw the aggro back to him allowing Karina to lay into it.

Kross gasped for breath as Ananta caught him in her arms. They both slid down together and he looked up, his honey brown eyes blinking twice as he processed what had just happened. Ananta saved him from a fall that could have possibly killed him, and he was so very thankful for that. He then realized something else too, she was still holding on to him, so the two quickly let go and Kross nodded twice, his eyes still locked on her."N..No, I'll be fine. I was just a little winded from being caught off guard, I'll be okay."He said with a tiny smile, and it was true, being stopped so suddenly did knock some of the wind out of Kross, but his sails were not deflated yet. Kross put a hand on her shoulder to help grab her attention and he turned his head to the Behemoth."We got some unfinished business."He told her. He let a tiny grin grace his lips and he stood up, using his keyblade to help give himself a boost up."So let's do this."He said, gripping his keyblade. "All right, new battle strategy. I got to try not to get so close."His body glowed blue, beginning to grip his keyblade tight, he began to spin once, brandishing his keyblade up and then pointed it at the monstrous Heartless."Freeze!" He exclaimed, sending spell after spell of large ice shards at the behemoth. He would thank ANanta for saving him later, for right now, they had to get that mirror working so they could get out of there.

Before Kel could deal any more damage to the Lucda, the heartless seemed to have turned its attention away form the wielder in front of it towards something else. Moments later Lucda along with the other behemoth started to run after Stratos. Poor ******* was making himself live bait against two heartless that both had some range behind their attacks. Things certainly would get hairy for him if no one went to assist him. Karina was the first one to strike the sickle heartless, which momentarily changed the target of who it would face. While Karina was more than capable of handling a single behemoth, Thirstle soon found itself caught between who to attack. For Stratos had once again grabbed the attention of the heartless.

That still left Lucda who was free to attack either Stratos or Karina while they were busy dealing with the other behemoth. So Kel then did something that until recently he'd forgotten that he could do. He'd turned his keyblade into a glider and took off towards the gun wielding heartless. It hadn't noticed Kel up until right when the wielder had leapt off of his keyblade glider and punched the heartless in the face. Naturally the heartless was caught off guard and them was sent crashing into the ground. Before Kel could land on the ground, his glider had moved under his feet for him to land. Yet another reason as to why Kel should've been using this back when he was fighting Free Wily Cat. Meanwhile Lucda, like many other behemoth before him that Kel had faced, wasn't all that happy with what he just did. So the first thing that the heartless did was to aim its gun right at the blue haired warrior and fire off a bullet. If the gun had a silencer on it then, Kel might've been screwed since he wasn't looking in the direction of the heartless. Fortunately he heart it and thus was able to dodge the bullet. The glider also made it easier for him to dodge in mid air so dodging the next bullet was also fairly easy to do. Now that the heartless was in the two bullet shot opening that Kel had discovered, he went in for another attack. Going in for tan aerial assault this time, Kel dove in from high above the heartless and leapt off of his glider. His glider shifted back into its keyblade form and appeared in Kel's hand. A quick summersault was done as Kel (blaze) struck the heartless on the head once more. Maybe these special behemoths could get brain damage, if so then maybe he could beat it in the head hard enough so that it forgets everything. Then it could be their mindless puppet. Despite how unlikely that is, it still would be awesome to control your own heartless into battle. On second thought, maybe that wouldn't be such a good idea, considering the seer diversity of most of them keybladers that are still around, some of them might use their heartless to screw over their team when their either angers, in a mood or just cause they lose control. Least they wouldn't have to worry about Karina every doing that. Commanding things didn't seemed to be something that she would -Whoosh- Kel was half expecting to see the ghost of Shac as he heard the choosing sound fly past his face. He saw no ghost heartless, instead he saw that Lucda had fire a shot at him and had just barely grazed his cheek. Considering how bad that could've have been, Kel got off pretty lucky. Least Kel had successfully gotten the attention of the gun wielding heartless. Now if he could just not get got at all, things would be even better.

Calmer, that wasn't the word that could be used to describe Karina at the moment. Her moves where more... fluent then before but saying she was calm was a slight overstatement. Karina was in fact not calm in the slightest, she just wasn't an angry wreck at this particular time. Her mind however had so many questions and concerns. One of the biggest being what Beuce meant, but she was also full of guilt at the same time. She felt as though she made Stratos snap and if anything where to happen to him it would have been all her fault. That was why she was working her butt off right now in this fight to kill the behemoth. It was certainly not because she was calm, not at all. Calm would imply a soundness of mind, and with that definition Karina was never calm there was always something negative in her mind, whether it was anger, anxiety, or depression, it didn't matter none lead to the definition of her being calm.

Karina sped up her attempt at fleeing as the behemoth that was chasing her began to laugh a maniacal laugh. There was something that this behemoth seemed to find entertaining, like chasing her down was some sort of game. Karina glanced over at Stratos who seemed to be far to exhausted for his own good, that wasn't to say she wasn't as well but she wasn't going to let it stop her. Her tiredness was just a hurtle that she had to get over and continue fighting. Even though they had taken a break not long before, she didn't have time for another one. They had to finish this battle now. There was no time to put it off any longer because the longer this battle went on the more Karina feared a complete and utter break down. To some people they would think she already had it. She had lost the will to fight more than once but still could force herself to move when it came down to it. Karina knew that there was something worse waiting for her however if her emotions where pushed to far. It had only happened a couple times before but when Karina had a complete and utter breakdown she would start to shake and sob literally not able to do a single thing. It was almost like her body completely shut down and it wasn't easy to calm her down from that or bring her back to reality. Usually she had to get to that point herself and it would take a couple hours at least. Karina couldn't afford that at this time... or really at any time while here with these people. She didn't think she would get the privacy she would need to have a breakdown like that and not completely hate herself for it afterwords.

Stratos soon drew aggro back on himself giving Karina a chance to attack. She knew she had to be quick in order to give Stratos a break. In his shape she didn't want to make him stress himself too much with that thing seeming to be having fun chasing them, playing with them. Karina started on her combination of attacks in order to do damage and get the aggro back on herself. Once the aggro was on her she turned to Stratos. "Take a break I can handle this. Don't worry for me. I can handle this fight... I owe you at least this much." Karina told Stratos as she continued to flee from Thrisle the Wardmoth as it continued to chase and laugh as he did so.

Stratos was now continuing to evade the attacks of this god damn spectral behemoth. Flying around on his keyglider, the maniacal behemoth that was Thirsle the Wardmoth. On the bright side, Kel had managed to take away the aggro of Lucda, so the two only had to deal with Thrisle. Be that as it may, Thrisle was still an interesting heartless to be dealing with. He wasn't quite like the troll that Shac the Clownmoth was, no. This one, Thrisle, seemed to get a jolly out of their struggle and suffering. He was quite the sadist when it came to the keyblade wielders. Swinging his sickle around, he started to try and flay the young keyblade wielder, only for him to completely avoid the attack altogether by boosting to the side. However, the sickle then came towards him again and tried to latch onto him again. Again, his keyglider was hooked, and started to be pulled back towards him. However, he was not going to let this, really good at skill shotting, behemoth get the better of him. Jumping off of the glider, Stratos managed to avoid the eminent doom that would have followed, what with the behemoth pulling himself towards the glider and crashing into it.

It was then that Karina came in to attack the heartless with more of her attacks. She then shouted to him that he should take a break and that she could totally handle Thrisle the Wardmoth herself. While she started to tell him that she owed him at least that much, he wasn't entirely sure how to take it. Well, more like he didn't know how to take the sitting out part. It was true, Stratos felt more exhausted and fatigued than he had ever felt in his life. It was also true that this was clearly visible as his body was covered in sweat, and his breathing was heavy. And while he knew that Karina was a capable fighter, and he knew that he was more suited to a support role, he didn't want to just sit on the sidelines doing nothing. However, he wasn't having much of a choice at this moment as he realized that he struggled to just keep his balance on the ground. It was like his legs were telling him that he needed to start resting soon, or else he wouldn't have legs to use. Even still, he'd persevere through this fight. Regardless he still cast Aero on his teammate in order to keep her in the fight longer, and not get completely killed if a single attack managed to hit her.

Casting cure on himself, he used as a temporary fatigue counter. It was true that it wasn't completely the best, or even the healthiest option, but still, it was better than nothing. Being able to regain his balance, Stratos quickly threw his keyblade into the air, and created his keyglider, jumping on it and starting to get ready to fly off and help his teammate out. Boosting forward, he shot out towards the heartless warden with a sickle and threw his keyglider out towards the behemoth. Thrisle's attention was then refocused onto Stratos, with a sinister smile on its face. The sickle then retracted back into his spectral flame, and its hand poofed a glaive (again, the pole arm kind.) Thrisle the Wardmoth then took off towards Stratos running at crazy fast speeds and swinging his glaive around in a perfect circle wherever he went. When he got close, the heartless then attacked by jumping at him, and axing down at him. Stratos was able to jump off his keyglider just in time, and managed to avoid the hit just in time. Well that was good reflexes right there. Warping his keyglider under his feet, Stratos managed to fly away and draw away Thrisle once more.

"Yeah but, I mean, are you really sure that you're okay Kr-" she started to see, averting her eyes from him, until he placed a hand on her shoulder. Blinking from the sudden hand on her shoulder, she looked at Kross. She watched as he turned his head. Ananta followed his gaze to the Behemoth on a rampage, trying to smash the barrier that Steel had placed. She watched Steel deal some immense damage to his Behemoth, feeling a little scared. The noises from the Behemoth were quite loud and always caused Ananta to cover her ears. Right now, she closed her eyes and covered her ears as a loud, resounding roar escaped from the barrier and traveled far enough that Ananta and Kross could hear it. Steel had suddenly gotten so strong and that certainly scared Ananta. How could he get so strong by just changing his clothes? Ananta changed jackets and she was still pretty weak as far as she could tell...so why was he so different? The roar weakened and faded away, allowing Ananta to slide her hands off her ears and for her to raise her head up again. She turned to Kross and saw his lips spread as a smile graced across his face.

Kross seemed to have a little trouble standing up, which caused Ananta to offer a hand. She retracted her hand once she saw that Kross was able to stand up on his own. Not wanting to let him go without at least a little healing, Ananta quickly flung a Cure spell at Kross, giving him enough energy to fight again. Ducking under his little spin as he began to assault the Behemoth with Blizzard spells, Ananta chuckled at that little spin. "Alright, twinkle toes, no need to get all fancy now." she teased him, giggling at the way he spun around. Kross certainly had a way with moving around so gracefully. Ananta was jealous of that, seeing as she mostly moved about quickly and efficiently. She was taught to move as efficiently as she could, depending on the situation. She was never one for looking pretty at the same time. Ananta could just tell Kross had been taught well. The way Kross moved was rather mesmerizing, at least, which always made Ananta curious as to how he learned to be so graceful. Some day, she was going to ask him. Today was not the day, however, as she tried to stand up but found her knees stuck.

Her hands rubbed her legs quickly as she let out little bits of Cure magic to try and coerce her legs into working again. Her little plan worked as she stood up moments later, kicking her legs to make sure they were fine. "I'll remember not to fall down after hitting a wall so hard again...ugh." she complained, turning towards their Behemoth friend. It looked like Kross had managed to knock the Behemoth out, which caused Ananta to grin. "Good job Kross, now all we have to do is beat it up a few more times and we'll be good." she said, patting his back and running off towards the knocked out Behemoth. She jumped up and stepped onto one of the Behemoth's teeth before using her momentum to jump up once more and land on the head of the Behemoth. She grabbed her keyblade with both arms and began to swing it at the Behemoth's horn. Her keyblade struck multiple times, cracking the horn in many places before she stopped to catch her breath. She stood up and raised a fast in the air, signifying for Kross to come and deal some good damage while he still had a chance.

Seeing that the others were still adequately holding their own, Steel turned to the recently fallen Screamarch and started slashing at its horn. He quickly finished his two three-hit combos, leaping backwards for brief intermission in preparation for the next attack. This time however, he performed a paradigm shift and changed his role to ravager. True, he had no magical capabilities in this form. However, he did still have access to certain elemental special attacks. Pulling a small glass trinket from out of his jean pocket, he looked down at the ATB gauge to see that it was halfway charged. He quickly took the object, a large glass die, and crushed it in his palm. A crunching sound was heard as he continued to squeeze the object until it was not much more than dust. He opened his palm to look at the small shining grains that had taken the cubes place. He cast them into the air in front of him. He held out his umbrella and dashed into the glittering dust while it was still airborne. As he ran into the cloud, the tiny pieces of dust magically gathered around him into an orb. A bright light emanated from the glass quite suddenly, causing the surrounding area to glow with the same radiance.

As he reached the horn, Steel pushed outward from inside the cloud, causing the energy to be expelled from around him and creating a small explosion of force. The fact that they were glass shards made the move a bit more damaging. Steel smiled to himself as he jumped backwards and changed back to a commando; he had finally come up with some more unique interpretations of his favorite combat moves. The first of which was, obviously, Barrier Surge. He continued to hack and slash both gracefully and brutally and the target that was the Behemoths' horn. Since his opponent was down however, he cautiously took this time to also observe his comrades progress more thoroughly... while still doing damage of course. Kross and Ananta were making decent progress against their own Behemoth. They were also supporting each other very effectively; Ananta having saved Kross from a particularly nasty fall. That was good, it meant they could manage without a third member... seeing as how Rain was moving even less often than him. He didn't blame her however; people could be really busy. Especially during the beginning of the school year. As long as she didn't have plans to abandon them, he wouldn't make any judgments just yet.

As he performed the last slash to another of his attack combos, the Screamarch suddenly rose from the ground and sent out several bolts of lightning that fell upon him from the sky. While he was mostly paralyzed from the thunderbolts, the Behemoth, having recovered its sight, took the opportunity to send a blast of sound towards him, sending him tumbling halfway across the makeshift arena. He dug his claws into the ground as he pushed himself up. "Dang it!" he hissed in slight fury. Ananta and Kross had heavily damaged their first opponent by now; if he couldn't step it up a bit, than they might defeat both of the other Heartless before he could land the final blow to this one. He picked himself up off of the ground and readied his stance once more. The screamarch was a tough opponent to take on by himself, but he had expected as much when he started this. He could, and would defeat this monstrosity on his own; he just had to. So he charged towards the Screamarch once more.

Karina was running in circles away from the behemoth only every now and then turning around to hit the Behemoth. If she was to solo it and keep it away from Stratos she more needed to take her time to get the health down and focus on not getting herself hurt. Or at least that was the theory that she had in mind. The behemoth was strong and if she challenged it to a fight to see who died first, she would most definitely lose that one. After all this wasn't the first behemoth or heartless she fought this battle. There had to at least been a few hundred heartless before it, building up her exhaustion and injuries. Cure magic could only do so much, a rest could do a whole lot more than that. She wished more than anything that her aching muscles could have a rest, but she knew that wasn't going to happen. She knew that she had to keep fighting and protect those who had been protecting her this entire time. Not only Stratos and Beuce, but people like Hikaru who had supported her in battles in the past. She would not be there if it wasn't for them and she owed them everything. She had to keep going, keep fighting, and keep running before the behemoth caught up to her because of internal monologue. Damn heartless and their need to interrupt it. A lantern had almost hit Karina and dragged her back towards the behemoth, but lucky for her she narrowly avoided it out of nothing more than sheer luck.

As Karina continued to run for her life a gust of wind surrounded her once more, this time she had no time to look epic while the spell was cast on her. Karina shook her head knowing where it was coming from. Damn kid didn't know when it was time to take a break and step back. He needed it, not to say she didn't but at least she could keep her balance right now. It he wasn't going to stop Karina would at least help him keep going. Quickly dodging away from another lantern then blocking some shots fired at her from the other behemoth Karina pointed her keyblade at Stratos and cast the oh so famous green magic, cure, on him. With that done she continued running and dodging the shots of now two behemoths. Of course now they decided to work together. That was just great. She was screwed now. It was hard enough keeping away and attacking one behemoth and now she had to deal with two. This battle was starting to look more and more likely that it would be the end of her. That was until Stratos stepped in and took the aggro for her. As much as Karina knew he could use a break and not deal with this, she was more than grateful for his help. She needed the breather, well sort of. She was still dodging one behemoth but at least it was better than two.

Now with Thrisle the Wardmoth away from her she could attack him from behind. Lucda the purimoth was still shooting at her but she could dodge most and arrow did absorb a lot of the damage for her in any case so she should be safe for a little while. Karina ran after Stratos and the Wardmoth. As she got close enough she used high jump to jump on it's back and start her assault from there. She ran up its back dragging her keyblade along the way damaging it. As she got closer to the head she lifted her keyblade off it's back and jumped bringing it down on the horn. From there she began a combo that should have been what it would take in order to take the thing out. Karina delivered the last blow before jumping back and doing a back flip off the top of it's head. As she landed she wasn't as solid as she thought she was. one of her knees buckled under her and she was forced to drop it to the ground, planting her fist on the ground as well to keep her steady. Karina was tired but at least the behemoth was dead... wait what it was? The damn thing had survived her hits, just barely but it survived and Karina was having a hard time finding the strength to stand once again much less fight. Before Karina could realize what had just happened she was suddenly dragged to right in front of the Wardmoth. He didn't do anything however. With Karina on the ground in an almost vulnerable position Lucda decided to take advantage of that and shoot at her a couple more times. As the last one hit Karina could start to really feel the pain of the attacks even through aero. It had shot at her a few time through the battle with Thrisle and Aero didn't block everything. Karina could really feel it now. A shot scream escaped Karina's lips as she sat holding her side and trying to catch her breath on the ground. On their own these behemoths could be scary but when they worked together it was so much worse, more than she could handle.

Originally, the plan was that he and Kel would be handling the dark skinned gunner behemoth while Karina and Stratos. However, it didn't seem to be working out that way. These two behemoths were cooperating and working together. So far, Karina and Stratos had been getting by with a whole "Hit and run" strategy. Ordinarily, that would work. However, it doesn't when there are two of them. Then, that plan ends up backfiring and getting them separated. They were doing a great job of supporting each other, more than he ever would have done were he in either of their place, but that would only get them so far. If the two behemoths were smart enough to watch the other's back, then the keyblade wielders were in a bad position. Sure enough, that's exactly what they did. Karina had an aero spell cast around her to protect her, but she was still taking quite the beating. She had used her cure spell on Stratos, but the two were laying into her. Shots were breaking through the wind barrier, even causing her to let out a cry of pain. She was getting torn up in that fight. He had to do something.

As a spectral hook flew toward Karina from the wardmoth, Beuce sprung into action. Cherry blossoms crackling with the red energy of his soldier aura fell from nowhere as Beuce vanished from sight. Appearing in just the nick of time, he extended his hand and caught the hook. "Karina, I've got a deal for you." He began, speaking to her while staring down the behemoths. "Make it through this fight. Stay alive, until the very end and beyond it, and I'll tell you what i meant when i said we were the same." Beuce finished. As he did, he groaned with effort as he gave a mighty heave, tugging on the chain of the wardmoth. Unable to withstand the power of a Soldier's strength, the behemoth was flung toward them. It threw out the lantern toward Lucda, who was intent on grabbing it and coming to Thrisle's aid. However, it never reached its intended place. Beuce was fast enough that he could intercept the lantern, stopping it mid flight. With a push downward, Beuce crushed the lantern under heel, turning it to dust.

Thrisle had a shocked look on his ghostly face. However, it didn't last long. The behemoth wouldn't be around to keep it up. Beuce leaped into the air and brought his blade down into the creature's chest. For a moment, it seemed that was all he did, but that thought was soon perished. The behemoth's body began to break as cracks spilling out red energy burst forth. a brave shot from within the monster's own body was the end of its life, as it faded away into darkness. This had definitely succeeded in drawing the attention of the purimoth, as an intense fast paced spree of shots began flying at Beuce. Without thinking, light enveloped him and faded away, taking with it his soldier form. Immediately waving his keyblade, a slow spell was cast over the behemoth, dampening its speed. Rolling and strafing between the now hindered shots, he made his way to the heartless. Finally, he reached it and leaped into the air, striking the horn with an ice covered blade via vorpal blitz. As he was in the air, he rolled down onto the behemoth's back, giving himself a strategically advantageous position. "Stratos! Go make sure Karina is alright! I'll keep it busy while you do!" He yelled out before firing off an offensive spell at the horn.

Stratos was now attracting the attention of Thrisle the Wardmoth. The sadistic behemoth didn't seem to mind that it was getting aggroed all over the place between the two of them. In fact, it seemed to enjoy their struggle in trying to get its attention. Almost as if it was just sort of having a jolly good time switching who it could maim and flay with its ghastly chain sickle. Stratos knew though, that with the two of their efforts combined, both he and Karina would be able to stop this Wardmoth without that much trouble. As the aggro had been drawn onto him, he watched as the behemoth started to swing his scythe around without a care in the world. Eventually, he gripped the grip of the sickle blade itself, and threw it straight a Stratos. This time, the attack seemed telegraphed enough that he wasn't going to get caught off guard from it. Stratos swerved to the side, causing the sickle to completely miss, only fro him to then see a lantern fly right at him. Though the lantern came crashing down right at him...it did no damage. Well that was certainly a weird lantern.

As nothing really happened in regards to the lantern, Thrisle the Wardmoth was then ambushed by Karina. She seemed to give him a good sort of pounding, breaking him down and just generally kicking his ass. It was then that after taking a large chunk out of his health, she had been pushed back. While he thought that the attack was probably going to be good enough to kill Thrisle, as did Karina, it showed no signs of deterring in the slightest. In fact, now Lucda the Purimoth was on the scene as well. It started to shooting at Karina with no intent of letting up any time soon. It was horrifying to watch in fact. Karina was unable to move, most likely due to her own fatigue, and Lucda was firing his guns out straight at her. The shots were deterred by the aero barrier he had cast earlier, but that wasn't enough to keep the sustained burst of damage that was coming at her. It was a terrible feeling to be completely powerless and watch as one of his comrades was getting injured, right in front of him. No matter how fast he got to her aid, there would be nothing he could do to actually save her from the onslaught of attacks she was getting hit by.

It was then that Thrisle the Wardmoth let out a large cackling laugh, almost as if it was enjoying the spectacle far more than anything should have. It seemed to be having a hoot and holler at not only Karina's pain, but also Stratos's internal suffering. Almost as if this was some sort of grand comedy show he was watching, and that the punchline on a joke with far too much buildup on it had hit. As it continued to bare that sinister malovelant smile on its face, it started to spin its sickle chain around, and turned to face Karina. He seemed to want to finish the young lady off while she was down on the ground and couldn't do much to it. Stratos wanted to go in and help her, but there was absolutely nothing he could do. He was at an angle in which no matter where he cut the thing using zantetsuken, it would still fly by and impale Karina. Powerless to stop anything in this fight, he looked onward in just sheer absolute horror.

It was then that the white haired man himself stepped in and stopped the blade. Using Zantetsuken, Beuce had managed to cleave the sickle away and save Karina himself. It was then that Lucda and Thrisle's tag team operation was coming to an end. Despite their combined efforts to fight against him, Beuce had eventually managed to close the distance between him and the other two heartless and had completely put an end to all of their teamwork shenanigans. Killing Thrisle the Wardmoth with a brave shot, their issues of dealing with two behemoths was gone. It was then that Beuce had positioned himself in a pretty good position and yelled out to Stratos to go assist Karina. Getting out of his daze of just being a spectator at that point, Stratos quickly rushed over to the injured Karina's position. He felt an overwhelming sense of guilt for this really, like he had completely failed at being some sort of support. This was problematic actually. He was starting to feel overwhelming guilt for just about everything bad that happened to everyone now. With this kind of mindset he'd probably end up becoming too distracted to fight and just get even more people hurt, not to mention this was still probably his fault anyway.

Regardless he had to think of something to do here. "Sorry for not getting the behemoth finished fast enough," he let out a half hearted chuckle and said, "guess neither of us are really good at feeling good about ourselves right now." He used the MP he had just recovered from his last barrage against Thrilse to cure Karina, but he knew it was not going to be enough to get her back on her feet anytime soon. So instead he finished off by going to extreme measures and actually using a potion on her. This kind of happened solely by way of Stratos just throwing it into the air, but it still magically created a healing aura around her anyway. Items were weird. After that he said, "alright, just take a short breather before getting back into the action so that your body doesn't feel weird going into combat after being healed just like that. " After he made sure she was okay, Stratos went in and directed the attention of Lucda, the Purimoth. While Beuce may have been pestering it, the fact that Stratos was targetable made it all the more favorable to start targeting him instead, allowing Beuce to do whatever he felt like in terms of damage.

Sitting on the ground in pain Karina couldn't help but think that this might be the end, there was no hope left. This beating she was taking wasn't because she wanted to die, it wasn't because she was having an emotional break done, it was none of that for once. This time it was just because she couldn't handle it. Simple as that. The two behemoths working together where more than the one girl could handle, and their moves where so in sync, so planned that even her team mate had a hard time preparing for it. There was no way for anyone to stop this on slaughter. Karina was in so much pain, blood leaking out of her body forming a couple small pools near her. Karina started to find it hard to focus for much longer so she rested her eyes. At this point she was just waiting for death to greet her. Anything was better than the pain she was in at the time. Relief was something that she longed for, both physical and emotional. Tears flowed from her eyes as she knelt on the ground, fist planted on the ground trying to keep her upright.

As she waited for what seemed forever, nothing came but instead a familiar voice. Beuce's voice echoed through her mind and for once it came as a sense of relief instead of a sense of annoyance. He spoke of a deal, but that deal was conditional on her living, which at this point Karina was not so confident that she could do. She could feel the life slipping from her body as the blood flowed out of it. Surely she would never know what he meant, but did that matter in death? Karina wondered what it would be like when she did die. Would there at last be a sense of peace? Karina couldn't help but wonder. She looked up to Beuce before he left. All she could do was let out a faint laugh before she spoke. "No promises." She told him as she gripped her side tighter as pain shot through it once more, not from the behemoths however, it was just pain... no different than the lingering pain that littered her entire body now.

Beuce had instructed Stratos to make sure she was alright, and sure enough within a matter of seconds he was by her side. The first thing the boy did was apologize for not killing the heartless fast enough. Karina simply shook her head. "It's not your fault... It's no ones fault but my own for trying to take them on myself. Don't blame yourself... boy" Karina stated as she looked into Stratos's eyes and only saw guilt. She felt bad for him, he was blaming himself for her fate, but this just seemed to be what destiny had in store for her. Not to say she hadn't escaped destiny before, but at one point or another it was bound to catch up to her and it looked like that point was today. She could feel the warmth of healing magic fill her body, but she wasn't feeling any better just the life felt like it was fading from her body less fast than before. It seemed like the only thing that the cure actually did was give her the strength to prevent her arms from collapsing and Karina completely falling to the ground. Karina could hardly think what to do now so she just stayed there until another warmth filled her. This one slightly different than the first. Karina couldn't put her finger on what about it was different but something. Looking up slightly she saw the lid to a bottle fall from Stratos's hand. He had actually used a potion on her, one of his items, something he couldn't just get back through time. Karina felt bad for making him use it, but at the same time she knew if he didn't he would fail at saving the one person he had been trying to save the entire time and as much as Karina seemed to not care for people she didn't want him to have to go through it. Somewhere deep down Karina did actually have a heart and she understood why he would go to such measures to make sure she lived.

Karina got to her feet her knees shaking. She still wasn't at full health again but she couldn't keep sitting on the ground like she was. She had to do something to help. She needed to be back in the battle sooner or later and if Karina had it her way it would be sooner. That was if she could find the strength to move. Karina could think how but she then remembered how she found the strength to move after the Aux had beat them to the ground. Aux... it came back to him. Just the thought of him and having to defeat him made Karina's legs move. The fact was as long as he was around people would keep getting hurt. Innocent girls would keep getting kidnapped, and Karina would keep getting tormented by him. She knew it. But before Karina could get to him she had to get through these damn behemoths.

Step by step Karina found the strength to keep moving forward. She summoned her keyblade to her side as she walked. Karina couldn't find the strength to run but she eventually closed the distance. Karina looked away from the two that had help her so much back their. She felt like she was almost throwing their kindness away by coming back to battle so soon before she was properly rested, but she couldn't sit back and not do anything and the only thing she was good at was fighting. Karina took a moment to prepare herself before she could push herself off the ground to start beating the behemoth senseless. Karina took only a single bullet before she realized she had to push through the pain and sluggishness that she was still feeling if she wanted to be useful. Her attack speed picked up and her power increased. She would land from one set of attacks, dodge a couple bullets and be right back in it for another set. This could only last so long however. It was only a short amount of time before Karina couldn't do anymore, she was tired and needed a slight break, but at least she could be of some help between breaks.

Well due to the stubbornness of Lucda and Thrisle, their plan had pretty much fallen apart. Despite getting punched in the face and momentarily decided to open fire on the blue haired wielder, the heartless pretty much ditched him to got back after Stratos and Karina. Kel sighed, figures that the pair of heartless that work together would case the most trouble for them. That much wasn't surprising, but they could at least stay agro for more that a couple of seconds after getting punched in the back on the head. Eh, complaining wouldn't change anything. So Kel shifted his keyblade into its glider form and ok off towards the heartless duo. As Kel approached the behemoths, he could see that Stratos and Karina were gradually getting worn out from the battle, so fighting two behemoths that worked together wouldn't be the most helpful thing that could happen. Despite the fact that Karina had cast Aero, her magic was not the best, not that he was anyone to be talking, so it would only last so long. Once again when Kel got within range of being able to attack, Lucda was the first one who noticed him. So the behemoth turned its attention towards the wilder and fired off a bullet, this time aimed at his glider.

The bullet had made contact, which threw Kel off of his glider and caused him to land face first, even skidding a bit to til he came to a stop. Not the most graceful of entrance but least he was there now. He then re summoned his keyblade and turned towards Lucda, who was getting ready to fire off another shot. So Kel used this as a chance to quickly charge at the behemoth, successfully grabbing its attention for the moment, but who knew how long that would last. The next bullet was shot and Kel ducked under it which had worked in avoiding the attack, saved for a few strands of blue hair the were cut off. A few locks of hair was the least of his concerned as he got within combo range of Lucda, who seemed to be preparing for another attack. There wasn't enough time to shift his keyblade into its glider form, nor would he be able to dodge if the bullet was range. At thins point it was up to lady luck, who didn't really favor Kel nor Moksha, to decide whose attack would connect first.

Lady luck, and the fact that Gabi had decided to post while Mok was working on his post, had decided to smile upon Kel and his attack, for not only did Karina successfully cause Lucda to waste away some of its bullets trying and failing to hit her, his attack had made contact with the behemoths head. Getting hit by Karina would definitely cause some damage along, throw Kel into the mix and there definitely would be some pain if not death on whatever was attacked. That was only proven true when Lucda started to fade into black mist, signaling that it had been defeated. As the heartless vanished completely, Kel landed back on the ground where he belonged. Now there were only two behemoths left to defeat and who knows what kind of Bs they would pull on them. That said, Kel also had the deal with the soreness that had suddenly hit him the moment he'd landed on the ground. Again good thing that the heartless was defeated now or the fact that he was now holding his arm, despite that not being the only place that was sore, with a pained expression on his face could and probably would leave him wide open. Kel took advantage of this brief moment of rest by casting cure on himself. While it didn't completely take away the soreness, it relieved most of it to the point where he could easily hide it.

The fight was drawing to a close against Lucda the Purimoth. While he was a rather formidable foe, it could be seen that without the support of Thrilse the Wardmoth, he'd go down fairly easily. Despite this, Stratos had to keep dodging all the attacks that were being sent at him, and couldn't afford to make any mistakes or slip ups. If he did, then he'd be shot down for sure and that would be completely terrible. Not just from the bullets, but from the fall as well, he'd most likely not make it out alive from that kind of thing. Keeping the aggro on him, he quickly swerved around as the behemoth let out a light shot that created a giant cross shaped pulse. Despite dodging the brunt of the attack, he still got shaken up by the shockwave of it. The behemoth then fired two shots straight at him, only for Stratos to put up his keyglider to block the shots. Again, while the brunt was avoided, the shock from the hit caused him to get tossed around a bit from the attack. After doing another short dash at him, the thing fired two more shots at him. Stratos's keyglider got hit again, and the young keyblade wielder was having trouble keeping his balance. If he took a few more shots, not even to himself, then he would probably fall and that would be all kinds of bad.

It was then that Karina came back into the fray to fight the thing. Stratos thought that she was probably moving around far too much after taking such a beating, but then again that's exactly what he had been doing this entire time. In fact, Stratos still wasn't entirely sure how he was still fighting against this gigantic onslaught of heartless himself. Regardless, Karina was not one to stop just because someone told her to rest, so he wasn't entirely expecting anything different from her. She then let loose a good deal of attacks against it, and seemed to put the Purimoth right on the brink of death. The problem now was finding a way to attack it without getting hit himself. With Karina tired and just executing her move, Beuce not in the most favorable attacking position and Stratos himself basically being unable to, the trio was not in the greatest position to attack the thing. It was a good thing they were actually a quartet.

With Kel coming in to attack the thing, Lucda could no longer keep up the pressure on anyone at all. When his attacks failed on just about everyone, Kel was able to bring down the final bit of life that the Purimoth seemed to have. With Lucda gone, the group seemed to have been in the clear. However, everyone here knew that this momentary respite wouldn't last forever. Stratos flew down to ground level, only to sort of fall off of his keyglider. While he seemed to have mastered flying and fighting on his keyglider, landing was something foreign to him thus far. Picking himself up after that, he then said, "alright, I think it would benefit us all if we just took a good breather for a bit, because I don't know about you guys, but I am kind of exhausted." Stratos then sat down to catch his breath, hoping that everyone else would follow suit. Really, with Karina's injury, his abuse of Zantetsuken, the both of them clearing one side and working just as hard on another side, and Beuce's injury, Kel seemed to be the only to really be in any sort of tip top shape to fight.

After getting as much rest as the heartless had allowed him he looked up to see his next foe. Stratos, wondering what could possibly be thrown at them after all this random themes that seemed to be followed, looked to the behemoth encroaching on their position. The thing was, as all of them are now, bipedal. Walking in on two legs Stratos noticed that this thing's body was like an amalgamation of things more than anything else. The right leg that it stood up on seemed to be completely covered in ice. No, more like it was made out of ice. The left leg seemed to be made out of some sort rocky earthy material. Its right arm was made entirely out of water, though somehow seemed to keep a form of an arm rather than just flowing everywhere. It's left arm seemed to be some sort of red demon like arm with cracks going through it, erupting flames from all openings.

The torso of the behemoth seemed to be made out of a writhing darkness sort of thing, with wind seemingly creating ruptures in the behemoth, flowing out all over the place. The head and mouth of the behemoth seemed to be following a somewhat steam punk theme. With pistons on the side of its face, gears seemingly in random place, and then entire thing seemed to resemble the inner workings of a clock. Steam punk in a nutshell really. The tusks that erupted from the clockwork head seemed to be covered in lightning, coursing all over the place, arcing back and forth between the tusks as well. The final piece of this behemoth's appearance was its horn. It seemed to be a bright white color, radiating with light. However, something else seemed weird about the behemoth. Almost as if the air around it was heavier than normal. Weird. Stratos knew that they had to go take this thing out as fast as possible, otherwise it would totally win over them in a sustained and drawn out fight. Granted, there were still more heartless across all of the sides, including more god damn behemoths, and seeing as it only took two sides to tire them out, Stratos wasn't entirely sure how they'd deal with things after this behemoth. Ah well, they'd cross that bridge when they got there. However, there was final thing about the behemoth that Stratos noticed. Something that was different across all other behemoths. No other one, thus far seemed to share this trait. "Is it it just me, or does that guy seem...bigger, than the other behemoths."

Karina had to attack again, she had to finish this behemoth off, she had to keep fighting. She kept telling herself this as she desperately tried to catch her breath after the last set of attacks. She had pushed herself far more than she should have with those attacks and now it was time to attack again. She had to. The behemoth had to die, Stratos was not strong enough to finish it and Beuce was kind of a wild card when he was able to do anything or not. He seemed to have the best timing when it came to helping her out but when it came to the rest of the fighting he didn't always do much. Karina took one last deep breath and hoped that was good enough to do her over as she stepped forward to attack once again. It was hard to will herself to move when all she wanted to do was collapse, but she was doing it. Not quick enough however. As she slowly walked towards the behemoth once again someone else stepped in, another wild card sort of fighter. Kel had come in to finish off the behemoth, this was good. Karina's legs shook, her body ached and as much as she tried she was still struggling a bit to catch her breath and breathe like a normal person would.

As Karina took one step back she kind of let her legs shake and start to collapse under her. She lowered herself to the ground so she could sit once more and catch her breath. Karina kept to herself now, knowing she had been pushing herself far to hard and didn't want a lecture from anyone. They where all pushing themselves hard, especially Stratos but she didn't know if they would see her and going over the top when it came to pushing herself. After all she had almost died. She had taken far more of a beating than any normal person should be able to survive. Even with healing she was still weak and sore, and even yet she decided to push herself to keep fighting the behemoth. Stratos had told her to take a breather and instead of doing that she pushed herself to the point she couldn't breath. Why? Because she couldn't sit back and watch others fight and not be a part of it. Her reasoning was almost childlike really, it was almost funny. Her stubbornness could get her killed for real. She didn't know but either way it wasn't like her just to sit and watch.

Karina was still just trying to catch her breath and let some of the pain subside when the next behemoth approached. It certainly looked interesting, but more than that it had a more powerful aura to it. This was not your everyday run of the mill behemoth, although it was hard to say any of them where. But when it came down to it they where all about the same strength and endurance, this one however... This one was different. It was far more powerful. As much as Karina wasn't ready to get back up and fight again she had no chose. She had to help bring this thing down. Using her keyblade as support Karina pushed herself to her feet and got ready for the fight ahead. With Karina's first attack she didn't have the focus to aim so she just leaped at the behemoth and swung. This tactic hit but it didn't do anything. The keyblade went right through the watery arm of the behemoth. He then shot a jet of water out at her, sending her flying and landing on her back when she hit the ground. Rusted metal creaked as the behemoth opened it's mouth and let out a laugh. The longer they fought the heartless the more sadistic they seemed to be. Karina groaned as she picked herself back up. The next thing that happened was a similar move to what she had seen before. Bright white lasers started to rain down from the sky. Karina was finding it increasingly hard in her condition to dodge them all but she dodged most and the rest where scrapes, nothing major. Closing the gap once more she attacked the behemoths head since it was actually a solid object. Ha;f way through her attacks she stopped, she couldn't move. She couldn't do anything. The behemoth lifted his fiery hand and knocked her out of the sky once again. As she hit the ground she could indeed move once again but Karina was struggling to do so. That didn't stop her from trying, she had to get back up and keep fighting. Due to her current condition however paired with the strength of this behemoth it was seeming to be impossible to pick herself back up and keep fighting. The possibility of defeating this heartless seemed bleak.

This was quite the pickle they were all in.The four of them, while they had rested, were still extremely tired from all the past fighting and injuries they had sustained. Now they were facing down a super behemoth who had strength completely incomparable to the others thus far. Despite the generic theme of just using all the elements, that genericness actually made it extremely strong. After all, mastery over ten different kind of attack types was something to be feared no matter what the circumstances. Karina was the first up to attack this monstrous behemoth, though, the attack was basically a failure. He and the others couldn't do anything as she was smacked around by the behemoth with seemingly no effort at all. It was then that Stratos decided that it was his turn to attack. After all, he didn't have the MP to heal up Karina at all right now, and he only had one other item that could have been used to heal her up. Hopping on his keyglider Stratos took off to attack the thing. Flying towards it, he figured that he could get high enough to attack the horn, and then bring down the hurt on it and get out alright.

There was a problem with this plan, however. As soon as he started to ascend, he felt this pulse go over him. After a large black sphere covered him, he felt instantly heavier, and was sent downward, unable to hold his weight in the air anymore. The glider hit the ground first, but Stratos still felt the shock of it go through his legs, as the glider connected. Being unable to keep his legs up anymore, they buckled underneath him, and he started to fall. However, Spectrum the Elemoth was not quite done yet. Taking its earthy rock foot, it stomped on the ground, creating large chunks of earth that just shot out of the ground. One such chunk formed underneath his glider, and Stratos was sent into the air, where the behemoth had another attack ready. With its fire arm, it seemed to be charging up something comparable to a miniature sun in its palm. It then thrust its palm forward in an attempt to obliterate Stratos, however, when the attack connected, Stratos was on the other side of the behemoth now. He had managed to summon his keyblade in his hand just in the nick of time and Zantetsukened through the behemoth.

However, the problem was that Stratos was still in mid air, and the behemoth seemed to like it when he was there. Stretching back its water arm behind it, it grabbed Stratos and engulfed him in it. He couldn't breathe while he was in the water, and could feel his conciousness somewhat fading in there. However, Stratos still could fight back within it. So, using his keyblade, he started up a vorpal blitz attack. While normally the keyblade would do next to nothing against this arm, the fact that his blade was imbued with ice made all the difference. The water around him was starting to freeze, and the behemoth didn't seem to like this in the slightest. Instead, it stretched its arm back and then snapped it forward, launching Stratos out of it. He collided with the ground, hard, and when he looked back up he was seeing stars everywhere. Trying to bring his senses back, he looked around and saw the totally beaten up Karina. Using the MP he had just generated from hitting the behemoth, he cast cure on her, doing what litttle bit of support he could. He then looked to Beuce and Kel and yelled, "we can't fight this thing like we have been the others. If we're going to beat this thing, we've got to work together."

Kross finished out his chain of attacks and took a moment to catch his breath. He still felt a little woozy after that Behemoth threw him and Ananta had caught him thankfully, but he wouldn't let that affect his judgment. He breathed out a blast of cool air, originating from his own magic. He managed to straighten his posture in time to feel a hand on his shoulder. He turned and heard Ananta speak. He nodded once, he had caught his breath at this point and his muscles relieved of the burning feeling. He sighed out and stood straight, feeling that familiar curing warmth. It also occured to him that Ananta had healed him prior to her charging into the fray. He watched in silent admiration as Ananta landed some heavy hits on the Behemoth's horn. He was honestly impressed, she was very efficient and fast in her strikes and she was tough, which was also a plus. Ananta raised her fist in the air and he breathed in, no time to slack off and admire the scenery. He had something to prove, and that something was that he was strong enough to stand on his own two feet. The Behemoth was knocked out, and so close to its death that he could literally smell the life fading away from the hulking monster, it was disgusting. He nodded back to Ananta and his legs burned as he began his charge, first leaping on the monster's arms, then its protruding lower jaw and finally on his head. It was a quick one-motion sequence and Kross was very nimble on his feet. Kross looked at the horn and smiled at Ananta."You might want to stand back."He warned teasingly. Suddenly the air would get eletrified and he raised his keyblade in the air and closed his eyes, his body glowing yellow as he twirled around, multiple thunder attacks began to rain on the horn of the heartless. The hulking heartless began to roar in agony but didn't give much else a reaction. He bent his legs jumped away, throwing himself so he could backflip and slid along the ground on his feet, looking up and nodded to Ananta."Finish it off!"He called out, waving his keyblade from side to side. They could take this one down and there was one more outside of the barrier they could take as soon as they finished this one, they were making solid progress and he couldn't wait to finish this.

Karina was still struggling to even stand. She put pressure on her keyblade her arms shook as she tried to get to her feet just from the pressure that it took to lift her to her feet. Her body shook but she couldn't stop now, no matter how much pain she was in. Karina looked up only to see Stratos beat to the ground by the same behemoth who had done that to her. She assumed that it was only because of her weak state that it seemed so powerful and was able to beat her to the ground so easily. It wouldn't be the first time that Karina's mind had tricked her with how strong she was. When she was tired what she imagine sometimes seemed a little to real to her. It was a little difficult for her to focus enough to differentiate when she was over tired which was indeed the case now. Karina was barely standing but if she could get to her feet and she could fight. Karina would fight until the very end and she would do her best to keep her end of the bargain with Beuce, she would live, that was if she could. Looking upon Stratos in the shape he was in Karina fully expected him to heal himself, she wouldn't blame him for doing so, after all ones own life was more important than some manic depressive hopeless girl that happened to be fighting along side him. However this was not what happened, what had happened was that he healed her, helped her get at least a little of her strength back. She was no where near as shaky as before but she wouldn't say she was strong by any means. She probably wouldn't return to her former glory until after the battle and she had time for a long rest and some good healing.

Karina gave a short nod of gratitude to Stratos before pushing herself forward to attack. Karina was still huffing for breath as she tried to race forward. She had only gotten a few feet forward before the thing turned into a dragon slayer of some crap like that. I used Roar of the fire lightning dragon to send a ball of mixed elements at her. Karina narrowly dodge as she dove to the side, the heat and static made goose bumps appear up her legs where it was just above her leg, though now on the ground she was in no position to dodge the next attack, this one same idea but with wind. Karina put her hands above her head to protect her. Before it hit her a screech was heard just slightly above her as a large eagle had taken the hit for her. Karina got back to her feet soon after as Marahute flew high into the sky once again to look after them.

Finally Karina would admit to needing some more help than just support, she wasn't in a good shape to be fighting. She looked over at her team mate, neither was he but she trusted him more than the others to fight at her side. Karina summoned her keyblade glider. Hoping on she flew to Stratos. "Get on!" She ordered. Once he was on she flew up to the level of the head of the behemoth. "Use any ranged commands you have. I will worry about keeping us in the air and avoiding the attacks... my muscles can't take much more physical fighting and I suck at magic, so it is up to you." Karina let out a weak laugh as she started to fly around. She had to dodge numerous balls of different elements and combinations of elements that was ridiculous, like its fire thunder spells and its light dark ones. How did that even work? They where opposites they shouldn't be able to work together in as powerful of an attack as it did. Karina was barely able to dodge the attack. Her glider shook but she was able to keep it steady enough that Stratos shouldn't fall off unless he had really bad balance. "Now!" She ordered seeing an opening.

I guess you can use Karina as well for team stuff. But she isn't happy about it

Stratos was probably not fit for combat anymore. After all, that last attack had ended up doing a good deal of damage and wasn't feeling too hot on the idea of having to stand again. However, he couldn't just lie down and give up here. No. That'd be really bad. Not to mention with his help the thing would probably be easier to take down than with just the other three. It was then that Karina had come up and told him to get on her keyglider. He decided to comply with that, and she told him her plan. It's true, having him attack while she avoided would make things much easier, not to mention he realized something here. Karina was asking for him to attack and admitting that she most likely couldn't take this behemoth on by herself. Which meant that all the talk of teamwork that had been getting spoken to her during this entire fight was finally starting to sink in. After the behemoth had let out a rain of attacks of all different and varrying elements, Stratos then realized there was a bit of a problem in her plan for him to attack from afar.

Scratching the back of his head, he said, " well, you do know that my only ranged attacks are magic spells right? And um, I've kind of been spending about all the mp I can at almost every given juncture in this fight. So I'm basically running on empty right now." He then assumed that she gave him a look that told him he was the dumbest person in the world, only for him to start pondering onto just what he could do. Sure, he didn't know any skill commands and, while thinking about it, he hadn't even seen any ranged non-magical commands other than strike raid, so he probably wouldn't even have that much anyway even if he did have those commands. Anyway, he was also out of MP, and the only real reliable way to get that back was via beating things up with his keyblade. But that wasn't really an option at the moment, seeing as this thing would tear them apart the second they got close enough to it. So, how was he supposed to attack this thing and still gain MP back from it? It was then that he had a brilliant idea, that was about to look really stupid.

Summoning his keyblade to his hands, he the quickly turned it into his keyglider jet board thing. "Alright, I've got a ranged attack now. Also, if any sort of attacks comes towards us, I'll be able to block against it." Igniting the thrust on his keyglider, Stratos flung the makeshift weapon at the behemoth, which sped along like a high speed javelin. Spectrum the Elemoth didn't really see this attack coming at him, and so he was blindsided and smacked in the horn with a keyglider. Karina then had her work cut out for her as she then had to dodge the attacks coming at them in response. Raising its water arm to the air, he saw some sort of spell coming out of the water. What it was was...a giant circus balloon. Well that was anti-climatic. The behemoth then split the balloon into eight other balloons that all homed in on them. Stratos didn't know why, but he felt oddly threatened by them. Summoning his keygldier back to his hand, he threw it at a balloon to pop it, only to see the force of that one balloon popping sent his keyglider flying...into the behemoth. Well that was convenient. However, Karina had to fly around and make sure to not get hit by the balloons. After she did for awhile, they all popped and had to get another shot at taking on this behemoth.

Ananta watched Kross closely. He was obviously getting tired. Ananta almost mentioned that maybe he should take a rest...to try and gather his energy. However, she was cut short by him running forward and quickly landing on top of the Behemoth. "Kross." she started, almost mentioning how she noticed his lack of energy. Well, that was cut short by the fact he was able to cast such an immense lightning strike at the Behemoth. Ananta raised her arms to shield her eyes from the bright light from the magic spell. Opening her eyes once again, Ananta saw Kross had jumped off the Behemoth by now and waved his keyblade at her. "You're crazy!" she called out to him, turning towards the horn of the Behemoth. Ananta slid down the Behemoth's back, stopping before she reached the other end, and turned around. Holding her keyblade, she ran up it's back. "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" she yelled out, jumping forward and using her keyblade to break the Behemoth's horn off. She landed on the ground in front of where the Behemoth had been laying and turned to see hearts explode from it, all floating upwards and disappearing. "Glad we were able to let them go...hope they find a way to be reborn." she said, smiling sadly. Watching them float, reminded her of the heart that gave her strange memories. Shaking her head, Ananta walked back towards Kross.

Kneeling down, Ananta began to speak to Kross. "Kross, is it possible for...a heart to influence the memories of somebody else...?" she asked him, thinking back. "Earlier, I had saved a heart from a heartless and held it for a little bit. As I stood there, holding the warm heart, I couldn't help but feel as if those memories were not mine...but the memories of the heart's owner. I just...I just wish I understood what happened." she said, looking down at the crystal around her neck. "Maybe the fact the heart was so close to my crystal affected my own heart...." she mumbled. "Kross, promise me that...that if I ever...ever...start going down the wrong path or my thoughts get clouded by doubt...can you make sure you snap me out of it?" she asked Kross, looking at him sadly. "I'm scared of the darkness and what it does to people. I'd hate to become a heartless or something like those masked people." she said.

Something wet had wrapped itself around Ananta's torso and yanked her back. Ananta turned to see it was the tongue of a Behemoth that had pulled her back. "Ack, a Betonguemoth!" she yelled out, summoning her keyblade. As Ananta was pulled into the mouth of the Betonguemoth, she propped it's mouth open with her keyblade. Gripping the handle of the keyblade, she felt the tongue let go of her and try to knock her keyblade out of it's mouth. Jumping out, Ananta landed and turned to star at the Betonguemoth. Not only did it have a tongue like a frog, but it's eyes were bugged out like one too. Sticking her tongue out in disgust, Ananta jumped to the Betonguemoth's head and held her keyblade in her hand. She then began to slash her keyblade at this Betonguemoth's horn. Once she felt she did sufficient damage, Ananta jumped off it's head and scrambled for Kross. "Okay, just be careful about it's tongue. If you have to, cut the tongue out. Pretty sure it's gonna be like that other one earlier with the arms and how they grew back...so...be careful, okay?" she said, looking worried.
