Eventually Karina got sick of waiting until someone finished Shac off before continuing fighting herself. She would have loved to not have to deal with that thing interrupting her internal monologues but what could she do. Stratos decided not to finish off the behemoth but instead start on another one. In the mean time Kel, Beuce and Aden where just standing there. Karina so badly wanted to jump in and kill the behemoth for them but once again she was drawn back to not doing it by the fact that she was had claimed- WHAM! "Damn it! you people really need to finish off that stupid behemoth or I will put an end to all of you! That thing is fricken annoying! What the hell do you think you are going to accomplish by just standing there? Do something damn it! You are all so useless!" Karina yelled out. Yep her anger was definitely back just as strong as ever, perhaps even stronger, which then might lead to trouble. That was something they had to watch out for. Karina was an angry reckless person yes, but she wasn't to the point that she would get herself killed without knowing that it was a possibility but now, that was questionable. Her entire mind seemed to be deteriorating. It would explain her mood swings and such. After all Karina although seemingly in a sound, just angry mind set when she got to sos really wasn't and nothing there had helped it. After losing the one place she was comfortable with, getting in a hug fight with Glen, and then this battle to top it all off she couldn't stop everything from going downhill. She couldn't hold one state of mind. Her mind was everywhere torturing her causing her a lot of pain that she refused to truly show anyone else. Even with the mood swings and depression no one knew what was really going on in her mind, how much her heart truly ached. How much she just needed a real friend.

Karina turned to the trick ghosts. They where what she would get her anger out on- WHAM! She is getting to the fighting geez! Anyways. Karina looked amongst the heartless not even taking a moment to think through her moves before charging in attacking the heartless. Throwing punches wildly hoping to hit something, not paying attention to what she hit, who she hit, and how she hit them. Never was a proper command or ability used, it was hard to say if she even used a combo, it didn't look like it if she did. Karina let out a scream as she continued going after everything in sight.

Warn out from her fit she had just thrown Karina looked around her at what she just hit. She hadn't managed to kill anything, just piss a bunch of stuff off.... oops. Trick ghosts and large bodies alike started to make their way towards her, surrounding her. All eleven trick ghosts where angered as well as five large bodies and the one that was already angry, at the time it wasn't angered at her, but now, now that changed. With one simple fit Karina might had just screwed herself over. She had to find a way to calm down again before she could even think of fighting all of this. She had a death wish apparently-WHAM! And as long as Shac was around she was never going to actually calm down. Each time the thing hit her she got more angry with it, and Karina never had been good at controlling her emotions. It was like it was taking advantage of her. Or mocking her. The second was more likely.

Stratos had been doing work against this behemoth. Metal Heart MOTH was absolutely no match for the keyblade wielder and his ability to gain an enormous amount of strength and speed out of literally nowhere. Reaction commands were definitely going to be the new meta. Regardless, he knew he couldn't get cocky and careless against this thing. After all, it was still equipped with a variety of weapons that could easily rip him to shreds in a matter of seconds. Well, there was only one shoulder mounted turret left, so that wasn't entirely too bad to deal with. Then there was the missiles that he wasn't entirely sure of how to approach, the giant fck everything in a general direction laser as well, then there was the giant arm blade that could split him in two, and finally the behemoth itself was no joke in terms of capabilities. Okay, so there was still a lot of work to be done on this thing- WHAM! And there was the clown behemoth who still wasn't dead to deal with. Stratos had to start thinking on the fly here, as to how he was going to bring this large metal titan down.

It was then that he heard a large fit of anger basically explode everywhere. She was yelling at them to finish off the clown behemoth that was Shac, which Stratos couldn't agree more with about it being annoying. The only reason that thing was still alive was because Beuce wanted to have the last hit, but who actually knew when that was going to happen. He then watched her explode into a feral rage which involved punching all the remaining heartless, and doing basically nothing to them. That's right, miss muscle over there just managed to annoy the heartless and nothing much more. Looking at the situation she had gotten herself into, Stratos felt the urge to help her get out of that alive, however there was still the Metal Heart MOTH that needed dealing with. He couldn't exactly help her by bringing a walking tank into the already huge mob she was fighting, so he decided to support her as best as he could from afar by casting cure and aero over her. He then turned to Metal Heart MOTH and said, "alright big guy, let's finish this as quickly as possible. I got a comrade who I got to assist, and you're the only thing standing in the way right now."

The behemoth let out its mechanized dinosaur roar, and started to jump at Stratos, blade arm at the ready. He was expecting this, and thus was able to react in time. He ignited the thruster on his keyglider, and fired off to the side avoiding the blade completely. It then opened up the missile salvo on its back and fired a large barrage at Stratos. The young keyblade wielder waited for the missiles, and simply shot fire to the side. Due to the missiles heat seeking nature, they were more inclined to follow after the ball of flame than the person, and exploded harmlessly in the air. Metal Heart MOTH let out another mechanized roar, and then leaped into the air with its blade once more, Stratos simply descended, avoiding this attack and getting to ground level. Stratos then boosted towards the landing creatures leg and warped his keyblade back to his hand. He then proceeded to let out a massive string of combos involving Vorpal Blitz and just air combo in general, when the prompt to cleave things came forth. Stratos jumped in the air and started rapidly slashing at the turret on the behemoth's shoulder, thus getting rid of those two annoyances.

While D'daer, and Cat were working on one of the behemoths, Glen well and truly had his hands full with the one he had chosen to attack. However, his attention was taken from the behemoth given to a loud explosion nearby. He turned to look at where it had come from, before shouting at D'daer. "Hey hey! Keep the friendly fire off!" he yelled out. He would have continued yelling at his teammate, I mean he had nearly been hit by an explosion, I don't know about you but I'd be pretty pissed about it too. Luckily for D'daer, he saw Unibertha readying to stand on him. Reacting swiftly, Glen dodge rolled to his right and out of the way of the attack, before turning to look at Unibertha.

The behemoth was certainly different to the average heartless. For one thing, it had a unibrow. A god damn unibrow. That alone set it aside from any other behemoths, hell even any other species, judging from how many females in the world had a unibrow. It was pretty stupid, to say the least. For another, it's current state was baffling. In the span of a couple of minutes, the unibrow had slowly been expanding. Getting bigger, getting thicker, it kept growing and widening until the point it looked less like a unibrow and more like the behemoth had a huge furry log just stuck on her face.

Now, you would think that would be bad enough (I mean he could suffocate in that thing) but no, Bertha was not done yet. The giant behemoth exercised control over her unibrow/beard/facial hair balaclava, to such an extent that just about every male that was proud of their facial hair would suddenly not be. Yes, it was that bad. The sides of the unibrow began to curl a little bit, and then uncurled, and then they shot forward at Glen. Instinctively, Glen leaped out of the way of the hairy assault. As he landed, Glen found himself in a state of extreme shock. He had just been attacked, not by a behemoth itself, but a behemoth's facial hair, as though it had come alive or something.

"Well, somebody's overdue for a haircut" Glen said, making a joke that wasn't really a joke that was actually so bad both him and his rper made a vow to never make again. Seriously, even i'm disappointed in that. But, moving on. Dashing back to his ward stick, Glen then made a short jump and landed right in front of Unibertha, prepared to attack. He could have simply dashed right there to begin with, but in his mind the movement looked cool, and style points were everything. With his alright speed stat, the boy moved swiftly from just in front of Unibertha to exactly underneath the horn of his foe.

This post had better end soon, I'm way too tired to keep making interesting and relevant things, but Glen sure as hell wasn't going to stop. He ducked down and prepared to utilize his legs to jump into the air like a complete and utter boss. In an instant, he performed his dolphin blow move, launching upwards with the force of...a jumping dolphin, I guess, and immediately he froze in mid air. Why that had happened was simple; he was a martial artist now, and going off plenty of action movies I know for a fact gravity means nothing to them, so it didn't to him either.

Once his little moment of gravity-defiance was over, Glen continued his upwards movement, his left fist repeatedly striking the behemoth's horn ten times, before he was swatted away by the manliest unibrow to ever exist on a female.

Seeing that Stratos ad Karina had now joined their side in the Northern battle front, Hikaru knew that he could use Dumbo this one last time before retiring him to fight back on the ground. "Okay little guy. This is your last attack so let's make it count. HE flew the elephant down away from the behemoth and towards the injured trick ghosts, courtesy of his fellow allies. "Splash em!" he yelled, as he flew down low and rushed passed the group of heartless. He couldn't get all of them, as their ghosting ability, teleported some of the injured ones out of harm's way. Still, he managed to disperse eight of them with the water from Dumbo's trunk. "Your almost done buddy." He grabbed him by the forehead and lifted him back up to circle round to the most damaged behemoth. "One last rapid fire!" Dumbo let loose the remaining pellets he had stored against the heartless' horn, and managed to get in the last few hits for it to take a knee, and burst into a large cloud of darkness, releasing it's heart.77

"Thank you friend." He patted Dumbo on the head as he landed and dismissed the baby elephant, allowing him to get some ground work done. Looking around the field, his eye caught some large bodies that could do with some down sizing. He brought out his keyblade and rushed towards them, ensuring to make his next hits count.

"That old dogface?" he asked, crudely nudging his head to where Pete and his guards departed. "He's just so hardheaded and insecure that he wants to be the only authority. See... these weird creatures started appearing outta no where and just started messing everything up. Only thing I did wrong was pick up their slack!" He looked off towards Disney Castle in the distance and sighed. "I don't see why my dad idolizes them so much. Since the King is always busy, he never sees that the guards are just abusing their power. I want to fight for his majesty and the princess, but I mean... come on. Who would want all that responsibility on top of serving that hog. I thought it would be way easier to just do things my own way. No rules or orders. Just standing out from the rest of the crowd, y'know?"

He looked around again in case more guards were catching wise to him. "It's probably not safe to talk here. I'll tell you all you want to know back at my hideout. I've got a few friends there who might even be able to trick out your little sword there." He pointed toward's her keyblade. "Jumping back on his skateboard and asjusting his helmet, he began rolling off at a quick pace. "Catch up if you can Kaida!"

Despite the talk of him going over to help Karina out of her predicament, he was only around halfway done with this Metal Heart MOTH. So it would still be a good bit of fighting before he good help her out, but he was going to blitz through this thing as fast as humanly possible, and make sure that it didn't pose a threat to anyone else. That is, unless someone, named Beuce, would kill Shac already, but he wasn't holding his breath on that. So it was up to him and his reaction commands being made up on the fly to get himself out of this. As things stood though, he was doing well. The two legs that had once been armor plated were now stripped clean of it, and the two extremely threatening shoulder mounted turrets that were once poised to shoot him apart, were now little tiny exploded bit on the ground. So all that was left was him fighting this being head on. In a one on one fight that may not be interesting, but it would get the job done. Though Stratos was second guessing himself now, as the only reason he had been doing so well thus far was due to reaction commands. Nevertheless, he'd be able to make up more things on the fly assured- WHAM! Right, that was still a thing.

As he looked up, he saw that his foe in question, who had been previously been looking as though it was trying to think of what to do next as well, was hit with a rubber ball. As they floated back to Shac, he had figured out just what this heartless was. It was a giant troll. It didn't matter whether it was friend or foe, keyblade wielder or behemoth, none was safe from its wrath. After all, not only had it tried to kill all the keyblade wielders, but it also ended up killing some of its own heartless just for ****'s and giggles. Then there was the fact that no matter who it was, it seemed to be punishing internal monologues as well, Metal Heart MOTH being a prime example of that. However, he just realized he was monologuing with no consequence. Well that was something else. He looked over to see that Hikaru, someone who he didn't know at all really, was riding Dumbo and killing heartless left and right on it Oh right, he kind of forgot that there were other people here on North Side originally.

He also noticed that he kind of just murdered most the trick ghosts, which was definitely going to end well. Regardless, he was thankful for the guy helping out the girl who was clearly going to get herself killed if things were left as was, and so he could turn back his full undivided attention to Metal Heart MOTH. It was then that he noticed it starting to undergo a transformation. A giant metal tail sprouted out of its behind, which looked ready to be used as a mace. Then, on its left shoulder blade a giant rotary cannon, on its right shoulder blade there seemed to be something that was akin to a rail gun (though he had no idea what a rail gun actually was,) the blade on its arm came out once more, and its other arm casually morphed into a large gatling missile launcher. Well that was just perfe- wait a second. More stuff on him meant more things to break. Which meant more reaction commands. Which meant that he wasn't just out of this fight yet. There would be metal risen at the end of this.

Karina gritted her teeth as she tried to think of the best way out of this predicament as well as calming the swelling anger. Anger was good, it was what drove her, but too much anger brought destruction not only of the things around her but to herself. She would both destroy herself mentally and because of this let herself come into physical harm. Karina wanted to take the mark of mastery, she said she would but if she died here or let herself come into serious harm then that would never happen. She had to prove she was worthy of taking the exam, prove she could do it before it began, and this destructive anger, it wasn't going to get her anywhere. How could it get her anywhere? If she did things without thinking hurting herself and possibly others there was no way to prove she was ready to be a master, show her father she was ready for the real world and war. How could she prove that she didn't need to be watched over all the time while doing simple medial things like the house work. With her destructive attitude and mood all she was doing is proving she should just be a house wife and she hated it. But that hate made the anger stronger instead of calming it. Karina felt like she was about to explode not knowing how else to handle things. Her entire body was shaking slightly, her eyes stern, she was about to break. She couldn't handle any of this anymore. She wanted to scream again but couldn't. This entire thing was too much for her.

Karina flinched expecting to be nailed by one of Shacs balls once again but surprisingly enough nothing. She looked around quickly to notice a certain blue haired ally riding on an elephant had taken it out. Way to go Hikaru. Karina finally felt threatened enough by the heartless closing in on her to do something, but before she could jets of water came out of the elephant at some trick ghosts killing most of the remaining. "Hey! Karina screamed out at Hikaru. "What do you not fricken get about these are mine to kill! I don't need anyone's help got it?! Just piss off!" In reality Karina did need the help but she had one goal in her mind and hated it being interrupted or taken by someone else whether it was needed or not. Karina was very single minded and in the end it could be one of many causes of death for her. The entire way she ran her life could lead her to death, yet she didn't care as horrible as it was.

Glaring at Hikaru Karina decided it was really time to fight and show him up for stealing some of her kills. Karina was stubborn like that and hated people taking what she claimed. Charging forward Karina grabbed one trick ghost and threw it into the other two. She then leaped up in the air and came down on all of them in a falcon dive. She then proceeded to rapidly punch all of them until they where dead. Karina soon jumped back into action again this time on the large bodies. She came up behind one of them and started with a dolphin blow, somehow taking the heartless out despite it meaning to be far more tanky. She then moved to the next one and did two combo's in a row. As Karina backed off you could almost see steam radiating from her out of her sheer anger at the moment. During this entire time there was a small voice in the back of her mind screaming for help but it was drowned out by reasons to hate others and most of all herself.

Okay, so this was something that was to be terrified of. The behemoth had basically turned into a walking fortress, complete with state of the art weaponry that made it practically insane. He had absolutely no idea how to approach this thing as it had coverage from all sorts of directions. First, it had the good old giant rotary gun on its back, that would dish out the pain, up close and from afar, and simply tear him to shreds. Next up was the giant rail cannon, which while it wasn't as fast firing as the rotary gun, it would essentially one shot kill the young keyblade wielder. While he had never seen the thing fired, and had no idea what a rail cannon actually was, Stratos still believed this to be true. Next was the tail. It was something that would sweep all over the place and basically bludgeon him from any direction were here to try and approach it. Then, there was the missile gatling arm thingy. He had no idea how to deal with any of these weapons, especially the final one, the giant blade arm. If Metal Heart MOTH got close to him, then he would surely use that and cleave the wielder in two. While he was in thought, he noticed an orange sphere charging up in the things mouth, and then realized it still had another weapon to be able to use as well.

While he was still in mid air on his keyglider, he quickly took evasive actions and fired the thrust on the keyglider, going away from the impending laser strike. The beam fired out of the heartless's mouth, and started sweeping across the entire area, which Stratos was able to outpace. After that was over with, he saw the beasty bring up its machine missile arm, and let loose a larger barrage than before of missiles. He quickly cast fire to direct the missiles towards the fireball, though this only partially worked. A large portion of the missiles weren't caught by this trick, and so Stratos was forced to start flying away from the creature again, and was then shaken up in the air by the explosions of the missiles. While they weren't directly hitting him, the shock still traveled through the air and still managed to trip up the young keyblade wielder. The behemoth then let down its arm and pointed its gun at him. The gun started revving up, and once in full ignition, it started to fire a hail of bullets. Thankfully, Stratos was able to summon his keyblade to his hand and guard, but this attack was way stronger than the previous turrets. It forced him back through the air, and while he was able to avoid most of the damage, he still ended up hitting the ground hard.

This was bad. With the behemoth getting a whole new arsenal of weapons it probably shouldn't have but just did, Stratos was in a bit of dire straights at the moment. All he had to do was keep evading and wait for his key opportunity to strike or, in a more unlikely instance, have an ally help him deal with this thing. Then there was Karina who was rapidly turning into nothing more than a feral beast, which was a pretty bad thing to behold. She was going to get herself killed at this rate, and so Stratos needed to at least try and cool her off as fast as he could. While he was still in his train of thought, Metal Heart MOTH had jumped at him, blade extended. Thankfully, Stratos was able to dodge roll out of the way, and got on his keyglider, thus escaping the blade of the mechanized behemoth.

Watching the others and wondering whether any of them would make an attempt at fighting the Behanzmoth, Ananta sighed. It sure looked like none of them wanted to help her. Every time she called out for them to attack, they all stood around and looked stupid while she was working her butt off to even put a dent in the heartless' numbers. All through this battle, she was busy fighting the countless heartless and defeating each and every single one of them on this side. She couldn't speak for the other sides, but she was sure Stratos and Karina were doing their best. From the few times she took a glance over at the other sides, Ananta noticed that those two were the ones that were moving around and fighting the most. It's as if every other person here was not quite there. As if whatever was pushing them to do their jobs was too busy or had no interest in pulling their strings. This worried Ananta. Not only because she liked everyone, but mostly because she was worried somebody would get injured or maybe even die and there was nothing she could do about it other than wonder what she could have done to prevent this. It had already happened before in the first world Ananta had gone to. The girl that sealed the keyhole disappeared, presumed to have been consumed by darkness. This was only what Ananta thought, however, she had no idea what the others thought.

A deep sigh escaped Ananta's lips as she walked over to the Behanzmoth. If none of the others were going to attack it some more, she sure as heck was going to. Besides, she wanted to stretch this jacket out some more and get it feeling less stiff. As it was, she was scared she'd rip it if she stretched her arms too wide or got the jacket snagged on something. Although there was the sound of fighting in other areas, Ananta could still make out the sounds of her own shoes as she walked across the floor. When she stopped, she looked down at her boots. They were scuffed a little and needed to to be wiped down with a wet cloth, but other than that her boots were fine. In fact, all of her clothes were fine, save the jacket she just disposed of, and she was happy at that.

Turning her head, Ananta stared at the Behanzmoth. Reaching forward, her hand pressed against the scaly flesh of the heartless. It was cold, almost frigid, and that surprised Ananta. "For beings that eat hearts, they sure aren't as warm as a heart." she 'hmphed'. Taking a few steps back, Ananta jumped upwards and landed on the Behanzmoth's head. The horn was chipped, just like the previous Behemoth's, and Ananta could tell this one would break in half if she struck it enough times. "That means the Behanzmoth's horn is it's power...break the horn and the Behanzmoth is defeated...right?" she questioned herself, looking over the heartless and thinking. A moment later, Ananta shrugged and lifted her keyblade with her hand. The keyblade struck at the Behanzmoth's horn and began to chip away at it. As her keyblade hit the horn, Ananta watched as nicked the horn, eventually leaving a large crack that almost reached across the horn from both sides. That made Ananta smirked. "A few more hits and this Behanzmoth should be taken care of, guys." she called out, pointing at the horn. The Behanzmoth had not even so much as stirred this entire time, completely out of it.

Now back on his keyglider, Stratos was sailing through the air, ready to evade just about anything that would come his way, in terms of attacks. This behemoth, Metal Heart MOTH, had become a sufficient war machine for the heartless, and so now Stratos was only able to fly around and dodge. Having to wait for the ideal time to attack, Stratos was practically helpless against this being. It was bad enough when the thing only had a few weapons, but apparently turning into an arms fort of some kind made it infinitely more threatening. Stratos didn't even have the ability to attack the thing, and for the past few exchanges they've have, he hadn't been. He had no idea how to deal with this behemoth, but he wasn't going to allow that to completely halt him. All he had to do was keep waiting it out and just be cautious. It's a shame Stratos didn't suffer from mania, but he would just have to find some other way to fill the time. As he kept flying through the air, he realized that he was going to have to deal with this beast alone at this point, and was fully ready to do so.

As he continued to fly around, the Metal Heart MOTH didn't seem all that willing to just let him continue on with whatever he felt like doing. And so, Metal Heart MOTH took aim at Stratos with one weapon it hadn't used yet. The giant rail cannon on its back seemed to lock on and track the young keyblade wielder as he was flying through the air. The inside of the gun started to spin, quite like the rotary gun, and started glow from the intense amount of heat produced from the movement. Stratos knew that if the thing hit, it would be bad, and knew that it would end up hitting if he continued to fly the same course. He quickly high jumped off of his glider as the behemoth fired the projectile from the rail cannon, hitting the keyglider and sending it soaring across the room. Wow that would have been bad if he had gotten hit by that. The rotary gun then started to spin as well, revving up to fire at him with all of those bullets that would rip him to shreds. Thankfully, the keyblade was a weapon that could just appear in its owner's hand at a moments notice.

Warping in his keyblade, he put the weapon up in a guarding stance, while falling. As the gun fired, Stratos continued to be lucky, in that all the bullets seemed to be aimed at his keyblade instead of any other part of him. Man guard was a weird skill. Once again, though, while he may have been able to block the bullets from striking him and turning him into confetti, it was not able to block the sheer impact of the bullets. He had been forced to hit the ground hard, again, and realized now that he had taken quite a bit of damage. He quickly cast cure on himself, feeling the healing light wash over him. It was then that he saw the behemoth aim its gatling machine gun arm at Stratos, and he knew he had to move. No longer having any MP to use fire to distract them, he started running and got on his keyglider as the behemoth let loose the large barrage of missiles. Flying as fast as he could, the missiles seemed to be catching up with him, though by staying low to the ground, they had managed to accidentally collide with it, and blew up. Now Stratos knew he was in some deep trouble, but the opening he had been waiting for would come soon.

The Behanzmoth was getting more and more sluggish, showing visible signs of fatigue. It just then stopped moving, seeming to sway slightly from the exhaustion and their constant attacking taking its toll. Kross would have pitied it, were he not so angry at them. He charged, poising his blade. Finally he could prove himself to these people, finally he could prove he didn't need to be babied. He was more than capable of taking care of himself. He leaped in the air, poising his blade slashed right down the middle, there was a momentary pause before the giant monster roared and split apart and the two halves fell, a heavy thud could be heard as the heartless faded out of existence. Kross landed to the ground and looked back to Ananta, grinning and gave her a thumbs up."Two down, two to go!"He said, turning to the remaining couple of Behemoths. he glared and gripped his keyblade and shuffled more beside Ananta."We can do this, we can take care of this section, you ready?"He asked her. He brandished his keyblade in the direction of the Behemoth."Let's do this!" He said, beginning to charge at one of the behemoths."Take this!" He shouted.

Karina didn't hesitate for one moment before rushing forward at the heartless once again. Anger was completely and utterly running her actions at this point there was no thought or logic behind how she was fighting or what she should do to you know protect herself. None of this crossed her mind, she just wanted to take them all out. Karina started to pound her fists against the large bodies chest but was not getting anywhere when it came to injuring it. She had been taking them out fine before though. Karina started pounding harder hoping that would work but it didn't. the creature rubbed the back of it's head before deciding to jump forward hitting her back with its stomach. Karina fell to the ground but before she could get back up another one started to charge at her. Karina was just barely able to dodge roll out of the way. Karina staggered to her feet and charged right back at the heartless trying to use dolphin blow on it once again... still nothing. Karina knew she had to have done something different the first time but what that was she could not figure out. Well it wasn't that she couldn't figure it out but more like her mind was not calm enough to think it through enough in order to realize the solution. Karina was getting more and more frusterated and more reckless, letting the two large bodies hit her while she tries to beat them down.

As one dived at her Karina was actually able to move out of the way. Turning around she started to punch it from behind and surely enough she did it. Although at first Karina did not realize this was the key. Karina simple thought that she had beat at the heartless enough that it died. Karina tried to beat the other one. She hit it over and over and over again not seeing any progress. The heartless charged at her knocking her to the ground once again but ended with it's back to her on the other side. Karina got up and attacked to successfully kill it. Something was working here. Then for a moment a small amount of logic leaked through the anger that clouded her mind. Perhaps it was because she was hitting them from behind that she was actually doing something. She had to test this. Karina went charging at a third large body. She dodge rolled behind it and started to beat on it but of course the large body decided to turn to her and charged her knocking her over once again. A low growl escaped Karina's lips as she found her way back behind the heartless to attack once again. Karina didn't have time to attack however as a heartless was trying to charge her from behind mean while the one she was trying to attack turned back around. Karina jumped into the air out of the way allowing the two to collide. Karina landed behind the one she was attacking and kill it soon after.

Karina stood tired, beaten and bruised but she was not ready to completely stop yet. She stared out of the enemies at hand. She would keep going, she would beat them, but not until she caught her breath first. She was utterly exhusted at this point but wouldn't let that stop her. She hated these heartless and wanted them all dead and she hated the thought of stepping back and letting other people steal her kills again. Hate was what was driving her, and at this point she almost missed being depressed, that was how strong the anger and hate inside of her was now. Worse then ever before.

Steel felt a small flash of annoyance towards Ananta and Kross; his empathetic nature picking up on a lot more than he would like to admit. Ananta acting like she pretty much pulled all their weight just because she could afford to act a bit more often, and Kross going about the fight like he had something to prove. Both of them happy, like they finally found someone who wanted to be their friend.

He had wanted to be their friend.

He had tried to open up to them, even if he wasn't positive about exactly how to do it, he had tried to show he cared, and he had tried to show how valuable life was to him. Maybe he just didn't go about it the right way. Maybe it was just them that didn't care. Whatever the case, he was determined to stop caring what they thought. He had chosen that path along time ago; intangibility to such matters had long been his path just as cheshire had said. So why did he always come craving the attentions of others? He hardly interacted with them in the first place. He shook his head, it was a problem that he simply could not decipher. Perhaps it was that he wanted it simply because he knew he couldn't have it? Such a thing was in a human's nature after all. He quickly dismissed that thought however: he was not human, and in hindsight, he never really had been.

He hadn't really spoken much since his transformation into a Ninja. The sound of Ananta's applause suddenly found it's way into his head. As if she had found some form of improvement in his actions. Of course she had, he had been fighting instead of talking, he had been focusing on the fight instead of the others. Why was he trying so hard to be seen by others? Why did he pretend he had a heart? He shook his head once more, casting away another shred of flawed logic as he dropped his keyblade and clutched his hand to his chest. He technically did have a heart. The fact remained however that it wasn't good to anyone anymore: it was useless. He felt the darkness around him thicken. He looked up to see that a Behemoth had come to tower over him. As Ananta and Kross had finished off the last Behemoth (No thanks to him obviously), they would be looking to attack a new target... if they hadn't found one already. It occurred to him that they might even be about to attack this one, and after a brief moment of thought realized that he did not want that to happen.

He took the other gauntlet from his arm to show that it was entirely symmetrical to his other one; bandages claws and all. He held the gauntlet by the middle and slowly squeezed. It began to make audible noise as steel slowly crushed its' center. As he did, the gauntlet began to glow with golden light. It began to deteriorate, and before long it was not but golden glowing dust. However, it stayed suspended in a glowing orb around his clawed, furry, and still clenched hand. He brought it up to his eye level, observing it for but a moment, as he had little time to do so. He wasn't in any danger: the Heartless that threatened him stood powerless as the glowing orb in Steel's hand paralyzed it's movements. The reason he had little time is because if his "friends" saw him facing down a heartless alone, they'd be clamoring to help; suddenly mindful of the boy they had all but ignored just minutes ago.

Steel raised his hand and the orb of light into the air. The Behemoth hissed in pain, wincing at the bright light. Upon consideration of this, it was a shame he couldn't just blast all of the remaining heartless right now and be done with the pitiable creatures. But alas; there were rules he had to follow. Without further delay, he sent the orb of light outwards, encompassing the area around him and the Behemoth within a bright light. Every drop of light then solidified into a impassable wall, that surrounded the two of them. The heartless, upon realizing that it could now move glanced about at the barrier that held it back from the others and vice-versa. It wasn't willing to go near that light anytime soon, but it need not worry; there was suitable prey right in here.

Steel's large opponent turned back towards him as he picked his keyblade back up and readied his stance. He didn't say a word to the others, for the force field spoke plainly enough: Until the other two Behemoths were beaten, this opponent would be his alone. The Behemoth stomped it's large foot against the ground, but Steel leaped backwards several yards, dodging both the foot and the shockwave it sent out. He ran around the back end of the Heartless and jumped up on to it's back. Seeing as how the Behemoth couldn't do much to him from his current position, Steel casually walked up to monster's head before he began whacking the horn with his keyblades. He paused however, when he realized that there was a less strenuous approach to his current situation.

With a shrug and little effort, he pointed both of his keyblades down and thrust them into the root of the Behemoths' horn. The monster began to roar in agony as dark wisps of smoke rose from the base of the horn. Steel left the keyblades sitting there, leaning against the horn casually (but with a tight grip), and contenting himself to letting the creature "bleed out" for a while. He couldn't wait too long of course; such strategies only worked for so long against monsters this big. He was surprised when the next roar the Behemoth let out visible sound-waves. He covered his ears as the sound rippled across the walled in area. It was rather impressive and it gave the Behemoth the right to its own name, but he would save that for the next post so he could extend his word count then. He had more than enough now.

Stratos was continuing his everlasting fight against the Metal Heart MOTH. While it seemed the two were not giving the other an inch, the fight was going clearly in Metal Heart MOTH's favor. There was just about nothing he could do against this thing, and was terrified that he was going to die to this thing for a few short seconds. However, that unfamiliar voice that had told him not to die before echoed in his head. While it was true, he was by no means the main front line attacker, he was still in this engagement. He had faith in everyone here to be able to do there part, and he knew that they wouldn't let him down at all. He needed to rely on his teammates, just as he knew he always had to. That's just how being a support worked. You had to let everyone do the fighting while you made sure that they ended up alright. However, every once in awhile, the support would have to fight for themselves. And so here Stratos was, having to fight against this Metal Heart MOTH. Though, he knew that he wasn't just fighting to win. He was fighting to make sure a comrade of his didn't get herself killed.

Metal Heart MOTH had looked towards the keyblade wielder, eyes glowing and ready to tear him apart. Stratos knew that he was nearing that point he had been waiting for. The singular point in which he would finally get his opening to kick this thing's ass in. It also had the feeling that it wanted to kill the keyblade wielder as fast as possible. It started to perceive Stratos as not just mere prey. After all, the boy who had minimal strength had managed to tear off its leg plating and completely destroy its shoulder turrets. It needed to kill this boy just as he needed to kill it, after all, there was no way either could handle the next if the current stood in their way. The Metal Heart MOTH seemed to be taking its time sizing him up, thinking about what he was going to do. Stratos, however, was simply standing there, on his keyglider. He was floating above in mid air, waiting for the behemoth to make its move, however, neither side seemed willing to take the first step, they both believed that that would lead to their folly.

However, the behemoth gave into its feral instincts and attacked first. Honestly, Stratos was actually just waiting there to completely psyche the behemoth out. There wasn't much he could do when the thing started attacking, other than dodge, and so he was mostly just buying time. Right now, he was starting to boost as fast and as far away as possible, to try and not to get blown to smithereens, as the behemoth had started the assault off with its gatling missile arm cannon thing. Firing all the missiles at once at him, Stratos hadn't actually hit the thing, and so he still had no MP to use in the first place, and so he had to completely juke out these missiles. Doing a combination of tricks far too complex for this uneducated man to write, Stratos had managed to evade the missiles, having collide against each other in one way or another. It was then that he saw Metal Gear MOTH charging up an orb in its mouth and he knew what was coming next. However, he quickly stopped, did a one eighty and flew the opposite way. The behemoth had ended up leading the shot, and had Stratos kept going his original course, he would've been obliterated. Having successfully dodged, he and the behemoth were about to enter the final stage of combat.

Cheering as Kross finished off the Behanzmoth, Ananta smiled as he approached her. "Two down, three to go, Kross." Ananta smiled, watching him run off towards the next Behemoth. Behind her, Ananta could feel a great darkness culminating. It was another Behemoth and it didn't seem too happy to have most of it's comrades gone. Ananta faltered, stepping backwards from this Behemoth. It certainly scared her, making her not want to be too close to it for the moment. Another great darkness was brimming and Ananta felt as if her heart was being constricted, choked, as she stood there. She turned to see it was Steel. He looked hurt, not physically, but mentally hurt. "Steel." she said, reaching a hand forward, stepping towards him. Steel had already cast his barrier that pushed Ananta, Kross, and Rain away. It encompassed the Behemoth and Steel himself, leaving them to be the only ones allowed inside of this barrier.

Ananta had fallen down and was sliding across the floor from the barrier pushing her. Staring at the ceiling, Ananta wondered what in the world just happened. All she knows is that she felt darkness. Although one darkness was malevolent and the other was darkness that was rife with anguish, Ananta was unsure how she should react. Standing up, she tried to walk into the barrier, but found that it wouldn't allow her inside. Pressing her hand against the solidified barrier, Ananta pounded her fist into the barrier. "Steel! Steel! Don't shut us out! Let us help you!" she called out. Ananta wasn't angry, she was sad that Steel was feeling this sad that he had to push everyone away and make them stay out with a barrier. Her hands kept hitting the barrier to no avail, resulting in Ananta sliding to the ground. She fought back tears as she kept wearily hitting the barrier. "Steel....please. Let us in so we can help you, you don't have to fight alone!" she begged him.

Looking up, Ananta saw Steel attack the Behemoth, causing it to roar in agony. The resulting sound waves caused Ananta to cover her ears. "Why!? Why won't you let us in?!" she yelled out to Steel, feeling deeply saddened by this turn of events. If she had just realized...if she had just KNOWN that he was going to turn out like this, Ananta would have done something to help him. Steel is one of the only other people here that she felt like she had a good friendship in the making. Even if their friendship started off strange, Ananta still appreciated him.

The resulting sound wave caused another Behemoth to appear, stomping hard and roaring just as loud as the other one. Ananta stood up and glared at this new Behemoth. She wasn't about to just let it do whatever it wanted. Yes, Steel was in trouble, but she couldn't do anything or help him if he didn't want the help in the first place. Standing ready, Ananta held her keyblade as she jumped on top of the Behemoth. Her keyblade struck at it's horn and dealt some decent damage. The barrier was still up, but that was to be expected from a Behemoth that just appeared and had not been attacked yet. Instead of waiting around, Ananta jumped off and ran to Kross to see if he was okay. Ananta couldn't see that other girl, but she had faith that she was okay. Regardless, she landed and was standing next to Kross. "Are you okay? That barrier is trouble..." she grumbled, crossing her arms and sighing rather sadly.

OOC: Post broken into three spoiler tabs for your reading convenience, if you even choose to read this. I know I wouldn't.
Stratos and Metal Heart MOTH were nearing the final moments of their fight. It would be in this instant that the victor between the two would be decided. And by this instant, he meant within the next few hours or so, because hot damn this probably wasn't going to be a quick victory. Stratos had now figured out all the strengths and weaknesses of the weapons..okay, mostly the strengths. He didn't realize how exactly he was going to deal with this thing, as it had basically been zoning the shit out of him this entire time. Okay, so this was a bad situation to be in, but he wasn't going to think about how bad it could be. He was just going to think about the fight ahead of him, and how exactly he could deal with this. The rotary gun cannon thing was perfect for rapid fire, and would tear him to shreds at a moments notice. Not to mention bullets apparently traveled really fast and that was not something he could entirely avoid by just flying around. He could block them, though, but the impact was still pretty strong and could still take him out of the air.

Then there was the rest of the arsenal that this thing had. The gatling machine missile cannon arm was another thing to be terrified of. That weapon was what could basically take him out with any sort of aiming whatsoever. Those mini mega flare canisters seemed to home in on him, or rather just the nearest heat source. However, having no ability to use fire to create a larger heat source for these missiles to track, they were now only able to be evaded via just fancy tricks and various other things that he could do in mid air to avoid it. Next up on the weapons was the tail that it had. The tail was an oddly deadly weapon, as it could sweep around every which way, and it could bludgeon the crap out of it. After all, it was giant thick metal weapon, and it was not to be trifled with. Not to mention it could knock him out of the sky. Then there was the fact that it could probably headbutt him to kill him as well. He had no idea why he thought it would be able to do that, but hey, there were strangers things that could happen.

Next on the weapons list was the giant shoulder blade rail cannon. While Stratos didn't know that it operated on the principle of using electromagnetism to fire an object out at really fast and lethal speeds, he did know that it was deadly. The projectile that was fired from it was probably going to turn him into nothing more than a fine red mist if it actually connected, so Stratos needed to take extra precautions against that thing. Next up, there was the giant ass laser that it could charge up in its mouth. Usually telegraphed by a giant orange sphere forming, Stratos knew that that attack was also nothing to trifle with, and that this creature could most assuredly hit him with the attack if it let loose the beam. The next most apparent weapon was the giant blade arm that it possessed. That was, oddly amongst all other armaments, one of the most terrifying that it possessed. The blade arm could easily cleave the young keyblade wielder in two without much effort, and so Stratos's only method of defense against it was evasion. If it actually managed to him him, even while he was guarding, it probably wouldn't end well.

Then there were some not so apparent weapons that the thing had. There was the original machine guns that it could produce from its body, but those seemed to have no sort of targeting whatsoever, and their positioning was utterly bad for aiming as well. All in all, those body turrets were nothing to actually be afraid of. Though then there was the body missile salvo. While it seemed to have been replaced by the arm cannon, Stratos had an inkling that those were still around, and while they came out in lesser amounts, they were still just as deadly as the other missiles that came from the arm cannon. The final weapon this thing possessed that Stratos needed to be afraid of was itself. That's right, Stratos had to be afraid of the behemoth itself. Behemoth's were physically strong monsters, and the fact that this one was bipedal just made it all the more deadlier. He had remembered his first encounter with a bipedal type, and how he had nearly died. Though this wasn't going to end like that, not at all. After all, by reviewing one's skill set with this thing, he had known just what the difference between the two was. Seeing as he only had Vorpal Blitz and Zantetsuken, and couldn't even cast any magic due to lack of mp, this was to be a fair and even fight between the two.
All exposition out of the way, the fight started with the behemoth actually leaping into the air after Stratos. The young keyblade wielder had to react quickly by flying as fast as he possibly could away from the arm blade, though he was caught off guard as the missile gun cannon arm was now pointed to him. Letting loose a large salvo of missiles at him, Stratos had to keep flying faster and faster to avoid getting blown up. He then used his strike raid-esque attack against the missiles, blowing them up one after another as the keyglider ragodolled along it. Warping the keyglider back under his feet, Stratos finally saw an opportunity as the rotary cannon started revving up. Flying in as fast as possible, the bullets from the weapon managed to miss him completely, and Stratos was able to wail on the leg. As he did, he saw another reaction command prompt come up.

Jumping into the air, reacting to the giant green triangle, he jumped into the air and preformed a made up reaction command. The area around him turned a bluish color, and so Stratos had started slashing at this thing every which way. He started hacking and slashing every which way at the main rotary cannon, creating visible lines as he sliced through it. One that was over with, the only thing that remained was the rotary cannon was a heap of scrap. Landing back on the ground after that, Stratos noticed that he was now grounded, and completely unsafe from any oncoming attacks. Specifically, the giant tail that belonged to this thing. Metal Heart MOTH sweeped around and managed to whack his tail at Stratos, who had just barely managed to guard against the strike. Though as he did, he noticed that another reaction command prompt had come up. it was very possible that if he could follow that up, then he would most certainly be able to remove another piece of annoying weaponry. It was then that he saw the opportunity arise as the behemoth, who due to the last attack had his back to Stratos, seemed ready to attack again.

Lifting its tail into the air, it smashed the tail down onto the young keyblade wielder. However, Stratos had been able to see this easily telegraphed attack coming, and so he had managed to not just guard the attack, but perfectly parry the attack away. Seeing another reaction prompt come up, he jumped into the air after it, reacting as he went. The tail was now helpless, recovering from the shock, and so Stratos started to attack the thing with his reaction command. While slowly descending, he let out a rapid barrage of attack against the tail, slashing it every which way with the Spellbinder keyblade. Once the reaction command had finished, he had managed to completely rend the tail, and it fell to pieces on the ground. After that was over and done with, he was able to move onto the next weapon. However, while he wasn't sure what that weapon was going to be, it presented itself to him in the form of the missile cannon arm. Landing back on the ground, the arm was pointed at him, and was ready to fire. Okay, so maybe attacking the weapon was out of the question, as Stratos wasn't sure how he was going to live through this.

The arm then let loose a barrage of attacks towards him, missiles flew at him, and Stratos saw another reaction command prompt up. Man these things were saving his ass. As the missiles came towards him, Stratos was able to cut them in half before reaching him, thus making it so the missiles didn't hurt him at all. While he didn't know much about these things, he was pretty sure that's not how missiles worked, but that was a non factor right now. Stratos then was prompted to go attack once more, and so he jumped for the arm, and started up another reaction command strike. He started slashing rapidly at the arm, with the finisher to this being him letting loose one strong cut across the connector between arm and body, thus mutilating and severing the missile launcher arm. Well that was going to make this a whole lot easier. To retalite to this, the behemoth then had this metal shield like thing form over its face, and then charged at Stratos with it. As he did, Stratos blocked the strike perfectly, and then proceeded what he had done against all other parts of this behemoth's body.

As he cut off the face plate that had formed over its mouth, Stratos quickly got on his keyglider to fly away from a rail cannon strike directed right where he was standing. While he had evaded the impact on the ground, the behemoth then let out a large blast from its mouth, the classic laser attack, and tried to completely kill Stratos that way. While he was able avoid this attack, the rail cannon fired once more and just nicked the tail of his keyglider, sending him flying down. While he had a hard landing, he was able to get himself up, and saw that the behemoth was ready to end this. Bringing up its blade arm to take Stratos down in one shot. Metal Heart MOTH jumped into the air, ready to cleave Stratos in two only for him to react to a reaction command prompt. Bringing his keyblade up, he blocked the attack and was able to start pushing against it with his keyblade. That green aura around him that was given to him from both soldiers suddenly exploded into enveloping a good area around the wielder. With this, he able to push the blade off of his keyblade, and then grabbed it with his bare hands. Using all of his reaction command strength, he was able to spin and throw the thing into the air, (while some random person screamed RULES OF NATURE.) He quickly jumped after it, slashing it along the way. When he had gotten to the head of the behemoth, he jumped off of it and then let one zantetsuken like attack happen and finish off the behemoth. Both he and the behemoth fell to the ground, however it exploded once it landed, and thus Stratos had succesfully defeated Metal Heart MOTH.
With the deed done, everything reverted to normal, and Stratos felt a bit out of breath from the fight. However, he didn't have time collect himself, as Karina was still having trouble herself. She seemed to be absolutely exhausted from the entire ordeal, and was rather beaten and bruised. As he feared, in her current angered state, she was just going to fight like a madman with no regards for her own safety. Well that's what the team support was for. Helping their supportie out of some pretty ****** spots an all. Getting on his keyglider, Stratos flew over to where Karina was fighting the large bodies.

As he closed the distance, he saw the bulky opponent that she was fighting. It was a beasty that seemed to be quite defensive due to its large girth, and one that would only serve to piss the lady off even more. Stratos figured he didn't have enough to actually kill them. Granted, he probably wouldn't want to even he could. After all, robbing her of her prey was not going to settle her down any faster. Instead, Stratos decided to fly in there, and simply flew into one, and proceeded to bounce around them like it was pinball game. After having done that, Stratos looked up to see that all of the large bodies, even one's he didn't hurt, were following him. This was the ideal situation and the only thing he could think to do. After all, talking probably wouldn't work, and actually fighting probably wouldn't either. Really he had no idea how well this would work, but to help his carry out, whilst flying away from all of the heartless he casted cure on her twice and then finished with an aero over her.

Karina was panting yet she still went to run in for another round, that was until something came flying in and bouncing around like a pinball machine. What the hell? What was going on who? As the thing settled Karina could see what, or rather who it was bouncing around. Stratos... of course, why was this no big surprise. It wasn't the first time he had done some sort of random crap like that and she doubted it would be his last. On top of that he had angered all the heartless including the ones that he didn't hit, only Stratos could manage that one. Karina staggered forward in her injured state ready to draw the aggro back. She let out a low growl at Stratos as almost a warning to back off, she was going to fight these alone, she didn't need any help, anyone else was a waste of her time. Karina was a strong independent black...(haired) woman who didn't need no mans help. Or so she believed, though in the state she was in it looked like she could pass out at any minute. Just keel over and die of exhaustion mixed with her wounds from her reckless behavior. Never the less she would keep going keep fighting.

The warm green light that filled Karina was helpful in her getting back into the battle. The help felt nice but she could fight on her own. "I am not weak!" She yelled out not realizing she was verbalizing her thoughts. As Karina went forward to attack she suddenly felt less tanky, like the unknown power was gone. Her keyblade returned to her hand and she was no longer able to punch things for as much damage. What did Stratos do to her? An image of a battle with Stratos where she destroyed him then proceeded to poison his remains flashed through Karina's mind. What was that about? But she had her keyblade in it and it seemed that events of that effected her, as in how she changed for that battle, where ever or however it took place. Karina shook the thought off however. Her mind didn't have time to wonder from it's anger, well it did, it just didn't want to.

With jaw clenched tight and a fiery gaze directed at Stratos, Karina proceeded to rush forward attacking each of the large bodies from behind one at a time, not enough to actually kill any but enough to gain the aggro back on her. It wasn't long before all eight large bodies where trained on her leaping at her, charging at her and all around wanting her dead. Karina didn't stop half the attacks either, she couldn't there was too much, but she would try, Karina would always try when it came to fighting whether it was a smart idea or not, and this case it was not. Between Blocking, getting hit and running away, Karina turned back to Stratos and began to yell at him. "Listen I don't need your help! I never asked for it! I don't want it! Let me fight alone, other people just weigh me down and piss me off. You are an immature little prick so stop acting like a fricken savior. You won't be able to save everyone you know! Piss off! I don't want anyone's help at all. The rest of you hear that?! Just go away!" Karina meant very little of what she said but the anger controlled her at this point. She wasn't thinking logically nor could she feel anything but anger that included gratitude, fear or loneliness. None of those things existed in Karina's world at the moment.

As Stratos started flying around, the large bodies seemed pretty keen on breaking him down with their overall large mass. However, this was sort of what he wanted, as this way Karina was going to be able to just kill all the heartless herself, rather than having to have Stratos actually help her kill them. That is, until he heard her oh so lovely and refreshing voice pierce through his ear drums with nothing more than whining and complaining about what he was doing. Of course. Because usually when someone tries to help you, especially when someone tries to cater to your wants, they usually thank you. But no. This girl seemed to think that whatever Stratos was doing was something so heinously unforgivable that she needed to rant about it to him. After stating the obvious fact of her not being weak, (which Stratos then got a mental image of her murdering him in one shot with her strength,) she then proceeded to tell him that he was an immature prick. That she didn't need any help from anyone, and that other people just weigh her down and piss her off. She then tried to throw his own ideas back at him of wanting to try and save everyone, by telling him that he couldn't. Well, it seemed that she had some sort of modern day philosopher's mind beyond that muscle of hers.

Stratos had a pretty high threshold for patience, and was someone who didn't snap easily. This girl was testing that. And sure, seeing as this all took place within a twenty minute interval, it would see that for such a patient guy he lost his temper really fast. However, it felt like they had been at this for a month. Really, time felt like it coming to a crawl. Regardless, she managed to not kill a single of the large bodies, and instead just aggroed them all onto herself. Good job Karina. He then felt like he had some sort of obligation to speak out against her, as she had basically just decided to yell and snarl at just about everyone. Some people would've slapped her. Stratos was not that kind of person, especially because she'd barely feel it and probably break his hand in the process. But at this point, she wasn't just becoming a suicidal fighter, she was probably not going to cool down in a positive way even if she did kill all of these heartless.

"Of course you aren't weak!" He had shouted back to the crazy lady. "You are probably one of the strongest people I have ever met. But you know what, even the strong need some help sometimes." He then continued to go off by saying "general of an army is a pretty strong man, but how far do you think he would get if he had no troops to support and back him up, hm?" He then proceeded to shout back at her even more, "and you know what. Maybe you're right. Maybe I can't save everyone. But as of this entire battle, I've only been trying to save a single person. Literally one. So I would hope it is within my capacity as someone who' supposed to help defend multiple worlds across time and space, to be able to at least save one god damn person. So you are getting my help like it or not!" At the end of his little counter rant, he looked at the large bodies and hit them all evenly saying, "now I'm taking this aggro back!" With that, he flew away, with his little flock of heartless in tow.

A thunderous bellow pierced the atmosphere as the first Behemoth experienced the anguish that came from the explosion. The pain was so undesirable that it stumbled quite a bit; something that was odd for something so massive. Muscles rippled as each leg adjusted to the loss of center of gravity, each step causing the earth to tremble. D’daear had squatted down, squinting while covering his ears when the heartless roared, trying his best to muffle the ear splitting sound. A part of him sort of wished he had not done that. Thankfully, the sound was only for a few seconds, but long enough to overpower the sounds that filled the library’s atmosphere. Upon realizing it was over, he lifted himself using his quadriceps, while at the same time uncovering both ears. When he came to, blue eyes were gazing up to meet eye to eye with the Behemoth whom was standing only a two yards away. Now, although it may seem like quite the distance, for something this massive…it was not. Yellow eyes glowed as the creature stood before him, baring its tusks in this stare down. Mouth gaped as D’daear realized the situation, eyes widening to further express what he was feeling at the moment. From this distance alone he could feel the creature’s breath spiriting past him, strong enough to cause his hair and clothes to ripple with each passing breath.

It was so trance inducing, like he had been astonished. So stunned by the sudden reality that he forgot to breath momentarily. A part of him was wondering why he was acting this way, if just moments ago he braved onwards towards this creature; he WAS the one who engaged first. So…why feel like this all of a sudden? The creature lifted its middle horn high into the air, with a bluish glow as it readied something beyond D’daear’s understanding. Perhaps D’daear was only able to brave forward to this point because he had never evoked the creatures aggression before until now. Perhaps he was only braving it forward because all this time he had allies nearby, tackling down the lesser heartless and that just maybe this time he tackled something that was…larger than him; in all sense of the word. Blue energy began to form around the area. D’daear’s eyes scanned the grounds, before hearing a strange humming sound just above him. Sparks suddenly flew about as the energy intensified, as if overloading with power. Getting the idea of what the creature was doing, it was enough to sort of snap him out his little predicament.

He jumped back just enough to see the culmination of power that was being harvested in those blue hot spots. Large Waves of thunder came smacking down into the area of effect, leaving their mark on the marble floor. A sigh of relief escape D’daear’s mouth, realizing he had just avoided a sure defeat. The behemoth began to advance towards him, each hoof coming down one after the other. For mere steps, they felt more like stomps, a testament to the power behind this massive beast. The keyblade wielder began to back up in panic, not wanting to get crushed by this creature. He was not thinking straight at the moment, for all he had to do was merely move out of the way; regardless of whether the Behemoth was chasing him. Yet here he found himself, taking steps back. The heartless advanced on, locked on to the purple haired boy.

D’daear turned around and immediately made a break for it, trying to increase the distance between him and the creatures’ feet. As it would have it, while running away another heartless decided to cut the young wielder off. Sporting a large round body with spikes protruding from its metallic like skin, the heartless spun around and around like a top. Upon realizing what had cut the predetermined path, D’daear came to a skidding halt only a feet away from the newcomer. The ball of spikes spun around and around in place, then coming to an abrupt halt; it’s back facing the boy seeing as D’daear couldn’t make out where the yellow eyes were. Blue irises began to scan the creature within milliseconds before realizing just how scrawny it looked when viewing its arms and legs. He couldn’t help but imagine a rather lanky individual wearing a large green round suit. Footsteps tremored the earth, knocking D’daear back to the situation at hand. A gasp escaped him as he turned back to see the Behemoth’s foot only a few feet away! A surprise scream escaped him, alerting the Morning Star heartless that had decided to stand by idle in front of him. It turned around, waddling in place to get a better look at what had caused that scream. When it managed to turned around one hundred eighty degrees, what it saw was one of the many keyblade wielder’s running towards it. The adolescent ran towards the morning star in desperation, doing a runners slide upon reaching close proximity of the Morning Star. D’daear slid underneath the gap between the floor and the heartless’s potential butt, in order to arrive behind the morning star. Without losing moment, D’daear continued on running away.

The morning star popped into its spiked ball, and began to spin round and around after him; becoming another threat D’daear now had to worry about. The spiked critter zoomed towards the key wielder, alerting him with its constant friction against the marble floor. Worry was written all over the boy, as turned his head to peek at the creature. The morning star was eating away at their distance, with the Behemoth not too far off. D’daear saw no hope in outrunning this heartless. A part of him wanted to scream at the top of the lungs, hoping that someone would hear the cry for help, but he knew better. With the commotion going on in this library, he very much doubted that anyone would hear him anyway. Heck, most of the other keyblade wielders were probably too busy with their own problems to come help him...

D’daear looked back once more to see the morning star only a few feet away! What was worse, it was no longer on the ground, but in the air! The ball of spikes flew into the air, eating up what was left of the distance and readying itself to body slam onto D’daear. Eyes widened in astonishment as the world around him came to a slowing pace. Everything grew quiet, all except the heartbeat that pulsed life into D’daear’s form. The behemoth not far behind, and the morning star that had its arms and legs spread wide, with the swirly antenna leaning back at the air resistance. He was going to be crushed, or at the very least injured to the point where he couldn’t move, thus giving way to the Behemoth to finish him off. Was this it for D’daear? No, of course not. In this near time halting moment, D’daear remembered something that was crucial for his survival right now. Back when Cat had first advised that they tackle this behemoth first, he remembered having seen Raisor using the variant of heartless as a weapon against the other heartless. He recollected seeing Raisor grab ahold of the Morning star, and use it.

Hope restored itself as D’daear’s pupils dilated to the world that came back to life. The morning star came slamming down, but not without D’daear having anything to say about it. Using the keyblade, he came to an abrupt stop, pivoting off of his heel in order to face the Behemoth’s direction. Eyes focused on the Morning star, he put up his keyblade up above while maintaining rigid legs, making sure that the blade was horizontal to the heartless’s symmetry; like an intersecting line. In his mind, he hoped that Raisor had been able to do what he did because the heartless was rather weightless, and not because he was just strong. D’daear bore his teeth with a glare, bracing for impact. The ball slammed against the keyblade, unveiling a sharp clang as metal and metal collided. The boy’s arms recoiled a little, but his arms were strong enough to spring the heartless back in the air. Amazement rolled over the boy at the fact that the idea had worked. Not wasting time with this surprise, he quickly bounced off one foot in order to take a step, all the while still maintaining the bounce. The morning star’s arms flailed like noodles at it came falling back down, to which D’daear was ready for. Readying the keyblade like a bat, he slammed the blade against the falling heartless, sending it up towards the Behemoth.

The morning stars final moments were met with the Behemoths forehead as it smacked against its horn; dealing damage to the tusked heartless!

Karina listened to Stratos's entire counter rant. There was more than once she didn't know how to respond. He had brought up a general of an army needing his troops and that was indeed true but Karina was no general. Karina was not the one to plan every move down to a T with where everyone was and what they where to be doing. No Karina was the type of person to leave the rest of the group to work on her own, she was the one that would be planned as a distraction or something knowing she was expendable but still trusting that she could get herself out of it. "I'm not weak...." Karina repeated once again more quiet. It seemed that she was not trying to convince Stratos of this anymore but just herself. She was no longer talking physical strength but mental strength. The ability to control her thoughts and emotions and not to let anger run her life. "I'm not...... I'M NOT!" She continued shouting trying to calm her mind in the process but getting no where. Karina's hands shook as she kept quietly repeating those three words I'm not weak.

Karina finally quieted down and charged forward. It almost seemed like she was trying to prove her mental strength through her physical strength now, like they where one and the same. That wasn't the case however but Karina's fragile mind could not think clear enough to realize that. Seeing as the aggro was back on Stratos it wasn't hard to find her way behind the heartless. One at a time Karina took some of her most powerful swings to the back of them, one by one taking them out instead of just drawing the aggro back. The Large Bodies where not fast unless they charged at Stratos, when they did that Karina had to work at closing the gap. After all she was not the fastest herself so closing gaps was hard when not on her key glider and she needed her keyblade in hand at the moment to be able to attack. The first few where easy to catch up with. Karina used a barrier surge to catch up with the following two. That left three still to take down. As one fell behind Karina took that moment to jump on it and kill it. She struggled to catch up with the seventh one that needed killed. Her barrier surge was on cool down and the thing kept charging at Stratos. Karina eventually got fed up and summoned her keyblade glider to charge straight at the thing. Ramming into it's back Karina was shot off her glider and landed on her back on the ground but at least the thing was dead.

Karina was finally ready to respond to the last part of Stratos's counter rant while laying on her back on the ground. "You spend so much time trying to save one worthless life.... how much father ahead might you be if you gave up on that and just focused on the battle.... how many more lives might you be able to save of our comrades who are actually worth something... I mean I can't be the only one that these heartless are taking a toll on.... So why? Why focus on my life? I am worthless...." Karina said between deep breaths. Chasing the heartless was not an easy job and between that and the emotions it all together made her tired even when cured. "See I admitted it finally, what I was told all my life but refused to believe... I am worthless, and know what I don't care... I will do what I can anyhow then maybe my life will be worth something.... Just maybe...." Karina had seemed to calm down a bit but her emotions now bordered back on the depressed side. Damn did she have mood swings for such a short period of time. Either way no one could hold up being that angry forever.

Raisor counted how many Large Bodies he had left to deal with. One, two, three of the heartless, from what Raisor could count. He wanted to get rid of all of them quickly, but there was no guarantee of that. He could hear the Behemoths around him, probably meaning that the others were fighting them, but couldn't they spare a minute for him. He was about ready to pout if not just for feeling like he was being ignored. They had how many people on the South side, and not one of them could come over to help him? It seemed like some kind of bad joke on him. Either way, Raisor just needed to make sure that he got what he could here. If only the Large Bodies and Morning Stars were taken care of, he'd be able to whittle away at the Assault Riders, and then they wouldn't be able to keep their tight circle, and Raisor could finally get away. Before that, the Large Bodies needed to be taken care of. One step at a time, obviously.

Raisor waited while the next Large Body entered the circle. It starred into space, without even looking at Raisor. He wasn't sure if the heartless was just empty minded, it didn't notice him, or it did notice him and was trying to figure out what it was supposed to do at this point. Since it wasn't that easy to tell, Raisor shifted around a little, trying to see if its head followed him. Sure enough, the head just stayed straight, staring at nothing. The Large Body scratched at its head, and Raisor was getting a little annoyed at the thing. There was a limit to being stupid and air-headed, but this was getting out of hand. He didn't want to waste any magic or whatnot, so he chucked his keyblade at the heartless and knocked it on the head. Now if only he could say he was aiming for the head in the first place, because he was really just trying to get it in the stomach and see if that got its attention. At the very least, the keyblade on the head work, because the Large Body swung its head from side to side after getting hit, shook it, and glared at Raisor. It certainly had its attention on him now, that was for certain.

The Large Body stuck its gut out and rushed forward. Raisor really didn't feel like running around like a mouse, so he slapped his keyblade against the Large Body's stomach, halted its movements, and walked around it. The Large Body scratched its head yet again, and Raisor leisurely stepped around to its back, got into position, pulled his arm back, and thrust his keyblade forward. At the moment of impact, he cast fire, and caused the giant, purple blob of darkness to get thrown forward into the ground. Raisor was getting kind of tired, so even something like that which would have made him laugh did nothing but kind of make him bored. This heartless wasn't putting up much of anything for him, and while he wanted to get rid of them, he wondered if it'd be best to just leave them be. It wasn't worth exerting energy on something that didn't really do anything.

After about half a minute, the Large Body got back up from being on the ground and swung itself around at Raisor. Once again, all it really did was glare, and Raisor prepared yet again for the incoming rush. As if being a fortuneteller, the Large Body indeed rushed forward, and Raisor knocked it back yet again. Taking his time, he went around, and did the thrust at the Large Body. The heartless got sent flying, and landed on the ground once again. At this point even the Assault Riders seemed confused on why their ally, if it could be called that, wasn't doing anything. The heartless got up, and the purple energy from a few other Large Bodies started coming from this one as well. Apparently it had taken enough damage to already enter its Berserk Mode. The Large Body thrust forward, hit the ground, and began sliding on it like it was made out of ice. At the very least Raisor knew this one was going down in the next hit, because it was kind of feeling like he could sit down and do nothing. As the Large Body neared, Raisor put up his guard, and blocked the attacked. With his next attack, he sent the heartless spinning around and knocked on it while it was helpless. At the end of his combo, he leaped up, and slammed his keyblade down on the enemy's back. With that final attack, the heartless vanished.

After all of that, Raisor was not expecting much from the next contender. The second Large Body walked into the Rider's ring, and looked down on Raisor. From the look of this one it was like it was a score to settle. That or it had a permanent scowl on its face. The Large Body didn't even wait after it got into the circle for it to jump into the air and fall down, creating the shockwave. Raisor didn't get much time to get out of the way, and he put up his guard, braced for impact, and took the hit head on. He got knocked back a little from the wind, and other than that, he managed to endure the move just fine. After the heartless attacked, Raisor took the chance to run up at it. Before he could get behind, the Large Body swung its arms, causing Raisor to jump back and evade the attack. After debating on how to deal with this particular nuisance, Raisor figured it'd be best to just take it head-on. He couldn't allow the enemy to keep him at bay, and Raisor needed to make sure to get rid of this enemy ASAP. Taking his chance, he rushed forward. The Large Body jumped up again as he neared, and Raisor took the lucky moment to quickly get behind the enemy and jump up while the heartless was still in the air. Before it hit the ground, Raisor unleashed his air combo on the heartless, and knocked it toward the ground with one last hit, causing it to slam down and dissipate as well. Raisor planted his feet to the ground, and waited for the last Large Body to enter the ring.
