Nodding in response to Anora and Luna, he circled around the Northern battlefront in search of the next enemy to take down. The girls were taking care of the minor threats with Beuce and Kel charging wholeheartedly at the larger behemoths. He could go anywhere at this point, but he wanted to attack where he could do the most damage to the opposing force. Not through force but through strategy. Thankfully on his second route, he spotted there, a rather large group of green requiems healing any injured allies.

As far as he could remember, the little green pixie-like heartless would do nothing but circle around the battlefield and heal their allies. Nothing more beyond that though. He was happy to at least slow down their healing and make the battle end quicker, so he patted Dumbo's right ear and pointed at the heartless to signal an all out charge! Nodding in response, his ears tightened as he dove down and basted jets of water against them. Hikaru's face lit up as they were being shoved aside like bowling pins. That smile however, quickly faded as they were only shoved and not fully eliminated. As Dumbo pulled back up, Hikaru had to think for a moment on why they weren't fully destroyed. Rounding about for a second strike, he and Dumbo charged down once more to let loose the same powerful jets of water. Dumbo let loose his powerful blast once more, but watched his trunk drizzle in regret as the result was the same. His magic should have been strong enough to wipe them all out in one blast, but they were still standing and healing. It was like it didn't even affect them.

"That's it..." he told himself. He looked around Dumbo's collar to find a small bag of peanuts under them. They contained many, but they were part of Dumbo's skill set to fire many small peanuts as an alternate opposition. "This heartless is immune to magic, so we'll just have to go with the physical approach. In knowing that, he placed the bag of peanuts under Dumbo's trunk and let him take in a whole bunch for the gattling attack to be prepared. "Ready?" he asked, watching as Dumbo nodded in reply. "Open fire!" he called out. Dumbo fired his peanut rounds at an astounding five nuts per second, raining down on the heartless dispersing them one by one and having them quickly release their hearts. A much more effective way of eliminating, he was able to get rid of all fifteen of them. "Nicely done," he commented to the elephant, to which he replied with a gleeful toot of his trunk.

He looked around for more of the magically immune heartless and spotted the thunder casting yellow operas, blizzard casting blue rhapsodies, and fire casting red nocturnes. Dumbo wouldn't be able to take them all out, but they were bunched together close enough that he could rain down what he could before Dumbo had to reload. Before even giving the order, Dumbo locked onto his targets and fired another round, dispersing three rhapsodies, two operas, and two nocturnes. The heartless had caught wind of what they were doing, and jingled along their merry way to hunt down both Hikaru and his trusted ride. "Seems we've rustled them up... Now let's take em down!" Hikaru rode on Dumbo and had him circle around, gathering all the fire, ice and thunder spell csting heartless, having a wave of nearly fifty heartless, shooting fireballs and casting thunder spells, trying to slow them down with blizzard. Hoping to direct Dumbo where he would get damaed the least, he ripped open another peanut bag, and fed them to him in preparation for the next assault.

Okay, so now Stratos was up to bring on the hurt against this behemoth once more. Here went nothing. Or everything. Maybe somewhere in between. Wait, he wouldn't even kill it this round so there was no point thinking of giving it his all. Granted, there was still a point in trying to think of clever and completely unnecessary long ways to bring down this heartless before him. First and foremost, was the most pressing issue at hand. Not to mention observing just what this heartless was capable as well. So far he had seen it use holy, the laser rain. Then there was also protect, the large force field thing that seemed to stop any and all physical attacks. Then there was the single bolt of holy energy that seemed to track down Karina and try and end her existence. Then finally, there was final spark, the giant fuck everything in a general direction laser. No wait, that was both Master Spark and Mugetsu, not really final spark. Nevertheless, it was still a terrifying move, and one that needed to be avoided at any cost. The behemoth seemed to be charging up its horn again, and then let out a sudden burst of energy into the sky, sending down the laser rain once more. Holy seemed to be its go to skill.

Stratos started to dodge roll all over the place once more, to dodge the attacks, and made sure not to get struck down by any of them. He wasn't really sure their actual strength, but anything that was a giant laser seemed pretty lethal to him. It was then that the heartless began to charge up during this laser rain, and fired that holy bolt that followed its target. Stratos had to think fast, and got on his keyglider to fly away from the projectile. However, that was not the end of it, as the behemoth managed to fire off another one directed at Stratos. Quickly swerving to kite away the first one, the second tried to press him in, and so Stratos only had the option of going up. He then saw the area get marked by a faint white light and knew what was to come here. He quickl jumped off of his keyglider, with the area he was just in getting hit by a giant white laser. The two bolts then collided into each other, and Stratos had appeared to be relatively unharmed through out the ordeal, and so was happy for that.

However, the bolts weren't just finished yet. While they had collided with each other, that only turned them into one super holy bolt, and so Stratos was nowhere near out of the frying pan just yet. He quickly started to try and fly away from the bolt, warping the keyglider to beneath his feet and flying away from the attack. With the bolt chasing after him, he thought quickly to do that classic thing where you slam the attack into its creator. As he started to fly towards the behemoth, the behemoth quickly put up another protect shell, most likely meaning Stratos was just going to crash into it and injure himself. And so, he then realized that if it just needed to knock into something, the holy bolt could be lost easily. He quickly used his strike raid-esque move on the bolt, causing a massive explosion from the collision. He then quickly shot out two fire spells from his hands, letting loose two fireballs that homed in on the behemoth, and exploding on its horn. After that, Stratos warped back his keyglider and flew away to safety.

Their numbers dwindling, Ananta could tell there was some sort of distress in the heartless around the West Gate. "Hm, I'd say there are less than a hundred heartless left now. That's really good." she Ananta smirked, standing in position, ready to attack some more Air Knockers. "And I plan on ridding us of these aerial enemies while we all still have this much vigor." she nodded to herself, hopping back and forth between her feet. She was setting herself up to fight, getting more and more anxious as she hopped between her feet. "Pretty low on MP. Need to slap around some of these heartless until I can use my magic again. "After this, I'm going to try and heal everyone on this side at once. It's gonna be hard and I might just run out of MP after, but at least I pepped them all up, right?" she said, talking to herself.

Running towards three Air Knockers, Ananta yelled out at the heartless. "Get ready to die!" she yelled, hitting one heartless away as if it were a baseball. She watched it fling off towards the Behemoth. It hit the Behemoth's leg and fell to the ground. Ananta watched as the Behemoth raised it's hoof. She turned away as the heartless' huge foot slammed down on the tiny Air Knocker. "Ew..." she said, shaking her head. "Now to take on these two." she said, twirling around as one zoomed past her in a failed attempt at an attack. She blocked it's flurry of blows as she soon returned a combo of her own. The Air Knocker floated around, weak from her attack on it, and so she ended it's suffering. All that was left was the other Air Knocker.

Which, she couldn't find. She could tell it apart from the others due to how it's tail split at the end. Scratching her head, Ananta turned around and tried to find it. Unbeknownst to her, the heartless was hiding right behind her. Every time she turned, it moved with her back, trying to hide from her. It faltered when it slammed into her back as she stepped backwards. "Oh!" she exclaimed, turning around swiftly to see the heartless behind her. "That's where you were? Welp.." she shrugged, attacking the heartless. This one was swift, as her attacks whiffed the air countless times, landing once in awhile. Ananta grumbled as this heartless continued to dodge her. "What, am I not fast enough?" she said, as the heartless stopped dodging. It took the brunt of her attacks. This startled Ananta and caused her to stop attacking to wonder why this heartless would stop attacking. It was all a ruse, as the heartless launched itself at her, leaving red welts all over her arms. "Ouch!" she cried out, hitting the heartless with her keyblade. The Air Knocker then disappeared, a heart floating away. "That was crazy...well, now I have enough mana, so I'm going to start now." she said.

Looking around, she found no heartless nearby and concluded that this spot would be the best. Sitting down, carefully, she placed one leg on top of the other. Removing her Crystal from her neck, she held it in her hands and clasped them together. "I won't need too much help, Crystal, so please just act as a catalyst." she said, feeling the green healing magic slip between her fingers. It surrounded her, permeating her injuries and soothing her muscles. Green strands of magic flowed around the room, healing six of her comrades. Stratos, Karina, Beuce, Hikaru, Kel, and Steel.

Stratos now had to deal with the behemoth for the third time in a row. Why? Because why not? He had the chance to deal more damage to this thing, and so he was definitely not going to let it pass him up. Plus, the longer this behemoth lived for the more damage it could potentially do to the group. Granted, it wasn't as if he was having trouble with this thing. Well, at least not yet. Seeing as it seemed to pull something new out of its ass at every given moment, just like every other behemoth before hand. Well, the first one was just kind of stronger than the last one, and Derpy the Derpmoth only actually did one thing. It was completely abnormal in just about every sense of the word, but it still only ever did one thing. But the satan behemoth, now that one was a huge irregularity. Doing something new just about every post. Or at least ones from Stratos. What its heat death rays and mastery of all fire magic, not to mention its ability to feed off Karina's negative emotions. That being said, Stratos began to wonder whether or not this heartless was feeding off of his positivity, opposite of its predecessor. Thinking back on things though, Stratos didn't really think of himself as someone who could feed that properly, and he was starting to think that that would make even less sense then the demon one.

All of those thoughts aside, the time for action was now. And Stratos had to hit the thing hard and fast. And so, he got on his keyglider and jet off towards the heartless. The archangel behemoth responded to this by putting up a large dome around itself, automatically wary of any and all attacks that Stratos may be ready to throw at it. So, he didn't and instead waited for the barrier to dissipate. It was then that the heartless decided to start attacking again. Charging up its horn, it fired a single beam into the air and started letting the holy magic rain from the sky, attacking anything that would be unfortunate enough to be hit by it. Due to their telegraphed appearances, Stratos was able to keep up avoiding it, and continued flying around, waiting for his opening. As he did, the heartless then fired off three bolts of holy magic that tracked Stratos down, trying to kill him and sandwich him in. As they converged on him, he managed to swerve around and dodge the attacks, only to then fly towards the behemoth. As the shell dissipated, Stratos knew his time to attack had come.

He started his attack string by hurling his keyglider out from under him, in his similar strike raid-esque fashion, and managed to hit the behemoth's horn. He then proceeded to warp the keyblade back to his hand and started bashing its horn in with his three hit air combo. After that was over and done with, he followed that combo up with a vorpal blitz, imbuing his keyblade with ice and striking at the heartless three times. With the last hit hitting harder than the first two, due to aerial enemy bonus, he then followed that up with another air combo. When that was done, Stratos finished this combo off by firing a chunk of ice out from his keyblade, hitting the behemoth square in the horn. With the combo done, Stratos had felt confident about the fight, only to notice the archangel heartless was glowing more than usual. It then sent out this large pulse of holy energy, knocking Stratos away and hitting him hard into the ground. The attack did a good deal of damage, and he wasn't sure how well he'd be able to hold up, until a cure spell enveloped his body. Once that was done with, Stratos got back on his feet, feeling fully refreshed and giving a thumbs up in the caster's general direction. The magic felt way more powerful then when Karina did it, and he knew just who it belonged to. Once his thanks to Ana was over with, he then went back into the fight.

Soldiers. She was almost disappointed by how the majority of these heartless were the same type. Either way, she still hacked and slashed at them without feeling to exhausted over the amount. Kaida swung Destiny's Embrace at three of the soldiers with heavy swings and destroyed all three of them. However she realized this tactic was going to leave her exhausted for potential heavy hitters, so she started swinging at them with not as heavy swings, but enough to do damage and destroy two more in the process.

Kaida took a moment to breath, blocking incoming slashes from the rest of the soldiers and only getting hit a couple of times. She still felt it though, there was no avoiding the pain they gave her. Kaida had paused not only to breath, but to look at the overall situation she was in. Not including the heartless she'd already defeated, there were twenty-six heartless still on the scene. They were all soldiers except one oddball shadow waltzing about. She almost didn't want to count it though, it mostly sat around doing nothing except the occasional rolling around. She figured she could just get rid of the shadow then and there, so she charged at it to get rid of it. But it rolled over onto it's back as soon as she did, rather than run off.

Kaida stopped and stared at it, and examined it to make sure nothing was wrong. She checked up on her history, and she was well aware of the fact shadows could rebel against the normal expectations... if it was a new heartless. Perhaps someone just recently lost their heart. Kaida reached towards it but the shadow jumped up and bit her, she let out a yell and swung at it with her keyblade. She missed, but the little shadow scampered away and disappeared into a portal. For whatever reason, after looking at the bite mark on her hand, she knew it's name. And looked over at where it once was in sympathy and spoke, "Be careful Paul... be careful..."

Kaida got back into a battle stance and went back on the offensive. The soldiers were now frantic because she had been ignoring them and standing around as if they weren't there. Only about seven of them were this restless though. The rest seemed to be idle until she got to them. She continued attacking until she knocked out one more soldier. She again questioned her strategy and decided to use a bit of magic. Kaida held her keyblade at the soldiers and announced out loud, "Fire!"

The blast knocked back quite a few of the soldiers and she swung again at the ones that had been attacked by the fire. She succeeded in defeating four more with this strategy, but she was exhausted yet again. This time she stopped questioning her strategy, but rather her training throughout the past few years. Or maybe it was an off day. She hoped it was just an off day. After all a lot had gone on within what she could assume was 24 hours... or maybe more. She was back in time now. But wouldn't that mean she would feel less tired? Was she losing or gaining an hour of sleep? She needed to work either way. Why was this bothering her so much it was just an hour she lost. But how many hours could she gain back this way. If she kept going back an hour a day every few hours a day, could she eventually become older? Does time travel keep her from aging?

Her rambling in her mind distracted her from the soldiers again, which proceeded to attack her without allowing her to have an internal monologue. She snapped out of it after getting hit, and she swung did a sliding dash, which allowed for her to destroy three more of the soldiers.

Stratos was continuing the fight against the archangel behemoth, Michael. Stratos was thankful for Ana's cura, as that made him all the stronger and more raring to go against this singular heartless. Stratos was starting to feel the adrenaline pump through him again, he was actually really wanting to do this fight. Why? Dunno. He just felt twice as strong and like he could take on twice as many heartless at once right now. This behemoth, guess it was usually just considered twice as great as to what he could take on, because he felt as though not even this archangel behemoth could stop his rampage. That and the fact that there was still Karina who would still basically punch the thing into the wall and break its body in two, given the chance. That girl was a monster in strength, and when she wasn't being depressive, an actually terrifying to watch fighter. So much so that not even Satan, as this was proving, Michael themselves could stand up to her. With their combined might, nothing was going to stop this power duo from bringing down any heartless. Especially since now, it seemed that Karina had the ability to take down twice as many as well.

Okay, so that sort of rambling aside, Stratos still had one bestial angel to take down. It stared at the boy who had started to prove to be quite a thorn in its side. While Stratos could feel the annoyance coming from it towards him, it almost felt like it also harbored some sort of raw hatred. Almost like it had some sort of desire to purge everything that was deemed impure. While Karina was obviously a candidate for this, Stratos himself had started being a candidate as well. And so, with that new found hate, it went to bring him down with a wide variety of skills. Mostly the same as he had been using before. While it started with a protect shell around itself, Stratos instantly shot fire from his hands, not wanting to have to look for a moment later. However, rather than protect, this shell seemed to be different. Where protect was more of a hexagonal dome, this seemed to be something like a smooth dome. Noticing too late, the fireball connected, was absorbed by the shell, and then spat back out. Only the attack itself seemed to be much stronger and bigger. Looking at the now white ball of flame, Stratos realized that this could very well be some sort of Holy Firaga.

Acting fast, Stratos quickly tried his aero strategy that had mitigated the damage from dark firaga, and put his keyblade up to block the attack. While he had managed to avoid any real damage, holy beams were starting to rain from the sky. Stratos had to swiftly dodge roll out of the way, getting past most of the attacks, only to see that there were four holy bolts now seeking after him. Quickly hopping on his keyglider, he started to fly away from the bolts, only for them to collide and become one massive bolt of energy seeking him out. There was no way he'd be able to get it off his tail, as it had started moving faster than he could, and if it connected he would most certainly take a stupid amount of damage. He then pulled his keyblade out from under him and did the only thing he could. With a single slash, the ball was destroyed, and Stratos was safe. As much of an enigma as it was, Stratos was glad to have Zantetsuken. He then followed this up by just flying over to the angel behemoth and bashing on it for a bit, thus ending his turn.

Karina felt useless just standing around. It wasn't that she had been standing there all that long it was just that Stratos was not waiting for her what so ever even if it was requested. It was not like she had complete control over how much she could post, after all she did have other things going on in her own mind and she also had to you know catch her breath from time to time, simple stuff that any normal human needed to do, but apparently Stratos didn't need that. What was he, an alien? He never needed to stop it seemed, never needed a break. He wasn't strong but damn he had stamina, and the worst part was his stats didn't even support his endurance or his attack strength, or anything! What the hell was going on here anyways? Karina didn't understand how any aspect of this fight worked at this point. Nothing made sense. She was using more skill commands than she had equipped. Stratos had unusual amounts of mp but only sometimes, other times he did run out. Cool downs didn't exist nor did any sort of limit to their fighting except when they feel like it. It was a really odd battle thus far, and she doubted it would change.

Karina was suddenly surrounded by a green light that wasn't from Stratos for once. She didn't have time to look around and figure out who cast the cure spell due to having to dodge around more of the behemoths damn lasers that he was shooting from the sky like the dick he was. What was with this so called angel? Weren't they supposed to be peaceful and help the lost, lonely and depressed just the same as those who are full of joy and believe that there is a God out there. But this angel seemed to have different views then Karina assumed it should. Apparently destruction was part of those different views. This thing loved to destroy them. Karina could somewhat understand it wanting to destroy her, seeing herself as a demon, but Stratos was no where near that, so why would it attack him as much or more than it attacked her. Again none of this made sense. These Behemoth was so out there in personality and attack styles it confused her. This was all so messed up.

Karina finally decided to you know actually fight and do something besides ramble on in her own mind about how nothing made sense. Karina step up beside Stratos and gave him a small nod showing she was back in the game for the next short amount of time until he started attacking at speeds she could not match again. Karina used her keyblade glider to fly towards the angelic behemoth, dodging it's rain of laser beams that where coming down as Karina was attempting to get close. Once near she leaped off her glider and swiftly transformed it back into a keyblade she she would bring it down on the behemoths horn. This turned into an aerial sweep and an air combo plus. Karina then proceeded with a vorpal blitz. Landing on it's head Karina prepared for one more attack. Only taking a moment to breath before continuing Karina started another aerial sweep to air combo plus attack set. Just as she was about to finish her move a light came out of the behemoths horn and drove Karina to the ground. As the light faded Karina was surprised to find herself alive. She had barely got a guard in but with the power behind the attack she honestly wasn't sure if she would survive, But apparently she did.

Stratos was ready and willing to take this heartless down, and was going to do everything in his power to stop it from casting its barrage of light based magic. Now, while he had been saying this preemptively before, now was the time where could actually finish another behemoth off. Why? Because, Karina was back in the game and ready to do some masterful work in using all of her own skill commands. Still being aerial based, they managed to break down on the behemoth and deal a fair bit of damage to behemoth. In fact, due to Karina's barrage of skill commands, the behemoth seemed to be on its last legs. However, as she finished her combo, it seemed to end in quite a bang. As in, she herself got hit by a bang that sent her flying to the ground. While Stratos's first instinct was to cure her, he felt some sort of nagging presence saying that may she wanted to be unconscious in order to both build post fluff and give an excuse for not being in the action. However, Stratos was not going to stand idly by as one of his comrades was in pain. And so he did cast cure...at some ambiguous point in time. It may have been this very second or it may have been much later into the fight. All depended on when Karina wanted to wake up really.

So here he was, getting ready to assault the heartless and end the fight against Michael, the archangel behemoth. Stratos jumped into the air, summoning his keyglider underneath his feet, and started to fly forward towards the heartless. The heartless quickly responded by creating a barrier around itself, and Stratos payed close attention to just what the barrier was this time. Seeing that it was the smooth one, he recognized it as the holy reflect from before, and knew not to use magic. The behemoth then let loose a wide variety of attacks directed at Stratos. First, it fired off a large mass of energy that had accumulated in its horn, sending lasers of holy magic raining down upon the area. Stratos quickly flew around and was dodging every which one, only for it to respond by firing the homing bolts of holy magic at him. Stratos wasn't going to wait this time, however, for them to coalesce and become something terrifying. No, this time he'd stop them before they became a threat. And so, he quickly threw his keyglider at any and all of the holy magic bolts, stopping them in their tracks and blowing them to bits.

With that done, Stratos saw that the behemoth was now charging up some sort of attack again. Seeing the red line go through him again, Stratos quickly fired off as fast as he could, just barely dodging the hyper destruction laser. Stratos then observed that the reflect spell had ended, and that now was the time to end this in a single instant. Creating a mini sun in his hand, Stratos quickly flung the trip around the sun at the behemoth, exploding into a majestic burst of solary goodness. And with that, Michael the Archangel Behemoth was no more. Landing on the ground, Stratos then turned to see a wayward zip slasher come at him. These were frightening heartless alright, but nowhere near as much as the behemoths and definitely nowhere near as random as them. The zip slasher simply jumped at him, blade arms out and extended in an attempt to cleave Stratos in two.. Bringing up his guard, Stratos repelled the attack, and then followed that up with a slew of ground combos.

There were a lot of Heartless, a lot, and Heartless were a little stronger than the enemies he was trained to fight. 'Despite that, I gotta fight this kind of darkness. I'm not going to fail you, Master Yen Sid.' He thought. He gripped his keyblade and then leveled it at one Air Knocker."All right, time to enter the fray."He said, targetting three of them. He rushed along the ground, surprising one of the air Knockers, now that he got it off guard, he could safe guard Ananta from future attacks."Take this!" He said, splitting it along the middle. It looked like he had succeeded, but then his world went white as he felt one slam into his back. The body slam sent him into a moment of pain. He flew forward, his front sliding along the ground. He blacked out only for a second before he slowly sat up, looking back at the taunting air knocker. The blasted Heartless caught him right in the back, right where the scars from his battle with Etrius, and the battle with the heartless in the outback. He grit his teeth and shook the stars from his eyes, getting up with the help of his keyblade. he gripped it tightly like a crutch and leveled a glare at the Heartless, it charged again but he was ready, and oh it was going to pay. It swiped down and he threw his keyblade up, knocking it from its attack and while it was reeling, he swung up and split it straight up the middle. He then turned his gaze towards the last and as he charged, it went airborn."Oh no you don't..!" He exclaimed and summoned his key glider. He rode, maybe if he got the timing right...and there! He dismounted from his keyglider and dropped down, the contraption jack-slammed the heartless and went right through it, running it over and making it pop in darkness. He dropped down near Ananta and held up his hand, the keyblade appearing in his hand. He turned his head and regarded Ananta."There's a lot!"He said."What's the plan? We need to hold them off until the others can get that mirror working again, We need to get out of here!"

Raisor spun around on his feet while squatting under the Defender that tried to attack him, and he slashed at the enemy while it's guard was still down. He used his fire spell to cause more damage, and with that, the defender disappear. Raisor wasn't happy about being nearly losing his head to a Defender, which reminded him; he moved his palm to his head to make sure he still had it in the right spot. The attack from the Defender was so close, it felt like something had scrapped him, and Raisor wanted to make sure that he was still in one piece. He wasn't sure he was going to do with the giant Behemoth at this rate, since it was still down for the count, which actually confused Raisor a little. The Behemoth had been down for a few minutes now, and last time it probably got up within two or three minutes at most. He could have sworn there's been more time since it's been down, and he wondered why it wouldn't get up.

Taking the chance to figure out what to do, Raisor looked around to see what was going on. There were still quite a few Bolt Towers cruising through the area, and obviously the 5 giant behemoths, but other than those two enemies, it looked like the rest of the heartless were thinning out. If they could manage to get rid of all the enemies in this area, he was sure they'd be able to go to another area and help out there. But first they had to group together and beat these annoying guys. Which brought to his attention on where everyone else was. He was trying to keep track of where the others were in this battle, and keep near them at a relative distance, but he wasn't able to see them at all. It wasn't a good idea to spread out so far that no one was able to help the other, but he was sure that they were taking care of themselves...at least that was his hope.

Surveying the area, he tried to find what spot had the biggest cluster of heartless. He needed to make sure to dwindle them down as much as possible while the Behemoth was still out, and still make it back to damage it more. Otherwise he'd need to borrow another heartless to get on its back, and he didn't particularly enjoy the thought of doing that all the time. As that thought left him, he found a good group to deal with. There were 2 bolt towers and 3 shadows that could be taken out. He also figured those might be the last Shadows, since he hadn't caught sight of any others in a long time. Maybe they were trying to hide behind the towers to sneak in to the Hall. Either way, he wasn't going to let them.

He ran toward the group at full speed, and as one of the shadows was looking the other way, he used the opportunity to use his Sliding Dash technique to attack the heartless and take it out. In that moment the other heartless seemed confused about what was happening, and Raisor took that chance to attack the other Shadows. He managed to get one of them with an attack, but as he went for the other, it seemed to get a hold of the situation and jump back. At the same time, a Bolt Tower shot its head at Raisor from his back and knocked him forward. He didn't enjoy being made into a target, so he attacked the head before it went back. The heads seemed magnetized to the body somehow, and it wasn't really easy to hit them when they shot out, but he managed it by jumped backward with his feet and stabbing his keyblade to hit it. Mainly out of pure luck, he hit the Bolt Tower's head and caused it to vanish. That left only 1 shadow and 1 Bolt Tower.

As Raisor decided which heartless to attack first, the Bolt Tower made it easy. It caught him in one of those electrical trap again and lifted Raisor off the ground. Raisor struggled to break free and managed to just like last time, and sent the energy at the Bolt Tower. When it collided the heartless became stunned and unresponsive. Raisor took the chance to get up close and do an aerial combo on the head. In a few hits, the heartless disappear. The one remaining heartless was the Shadow, and Raisor figured he knew where it was going to come from. He did an about-face and saw the heartless jumping at him. Considering his previous history with the things, he could have guessed it was going to attack from behind, and Raisor took the chance to take it out in the air with a Fire spell. As the Heartless disappeared, Raisor figured now would be a good time to try and damage that Behemoth a little more before it got up.

Placing the chain around her neck and letting her Crystal fall down into her shirt, Ananta opened her eyes. She gasped and coughed a little. Her eyes were dizzy as she tried to sit on her knees, but failed. She fell forward onto Kross and used him to keep her from falling. When he asked her a question, she looked at him. "Wha-?" she asked, processing what he just said. "Plan? Ain't it obvious?" she asked him. Standing, she straightened herself. "We gotta keep fighting these things. These heartless...things. I'm not even sure if that's the word for them, considering they throw out a heart once we destroy them. But the way they attack us certainly makes them act heartless...." she sighed, looking down at Kross. "In any case, I'm sorry, I can't heal you...I.." she scratched her arm. She wasn't sure how to explain why she couldn't heal Kross, somebody on her own side, but was able to heal the others. "I mean...you're a mystic too so...I mean..." she grumbled. "You can heal yourself!" she said, not trying to be mean, but saying it rather harshly towards Kross.

Ananta ran forward and attacked an Air Knocker. She was frustrated, noticing that she acted rather harsh towards Kross, even if he had saved her previously. 'It's not like I had trouble talking him before. So why now?' she asked herself, finishing off the first Air Knocker. Another one approached her, causing her to begin blocking it's attacks. 'I was able to talk to him just fine before this all happened. Maybe it was because we had something in common to talk about?' she thought, dodging a rather powerful punch from the Air Knocker. It crashed into a third Air Knocker and disappeared in a puff of smoke. The third Air knocker was still around, having only sustained minimal damage. Watching it zip left and right, trying to confuse her, Ananta shook her head. She only closed her eyes a moment before the heartless was right in front of her as she opened her eyes the next second. "Woah!" she said, as the force from it's attack caused her to skid back a little bit. Unfortunately for the Air Knocker, it's attack was more kamikaze than anything, seeing as it disappeared from the impact. "Maybe it didn't account for the damage from the other one?" Ananta questioned.

Instead of dwelling on the why, she turned her attention to an Air Knocker that...had fallen asleep? Stepping carefully, she managed to get close enough to see that this heartless was indeed asleep. "This is just sad..." she whispered, raising her keyblade. "Sorry..." she mumbled, stabbing the sleeping heartless. It disappeared, crying out in pain. This alerted two more Air Knockers to try and save their comrade. "Well, that's taught me that the sleeping ones tend to scream the loudest, ugh." complained Ananta as she stood up, the Air Knocker's cry still ringing in her ears. Both the heartless zoomed at Ananta, in a straight line, making her job easier. She swung her keyblade at hit both of them, initiating her combo attack.

Once they were finished, Ananta ran over to Kross again. "Okay, I got more mana, so I can heal you." she said, leaning down to him. She gathered the green healing magic to her hands and placed them on his chest. She closed her eyes and pushed all the Cura magic that she had into Kross. She wanted to make sure that he was healed up, seeing as she was pretty sure he hadn't healed himself this whole battle.

Stratos was now to fight in another one vs one duel of fate in epic proportions against Zip Slasher number three. Seeing as the first one was an honorable knight type person, and the second one had fiery blade arms, one could only imagine what this zip slasher would bring to the table in terms of uniqueness. As it stood, though, this one seemed no different from a regular zip slasher. Actually, now that he took a better look at it, this one had more a lightish blue armor, where the original zip slasher had some sort of silvery armor. Then there was the fact that its blades seemed slightly longer and that he could almost feel some sort of breeze emanating from it. Stratos wasn't entirely sure what to make of this, but he wasn't going to let it stop him. Drawing out his keyblade, he quickly went to go engage the double bladed heartless in some sort of sword on sword battle. However, before Stratos could even make the first strike, the thing seemed to cast some sort of wind magic from its blade. It then had an aero shield surrounding him, and now seemed even more willing to fight.

It was then that Stratos remembered just what the problem with these things were. They were completely immune to magic, except wind for this one, but that seemed to be its natural affinity. So Stratos had to rely on his own strength and quick wit in order to bring this thing down. With the two charging forward, Stratos quickly put up his guard as the blade from the zip slasher came straight at him. Having parried the strike, Stratos went to counter the attack, only to feel his blade be pushed back by the wind wall. While he was able to land a strike through it, it ended up taking great effort and seemed even less effective than usual. Huh, so that's what it was like going against an Aero barrier. The zip slasher then jumped back, charging up a different wind magic in its blade. Slicing forward, out came a ball of wind that rode across the ground and tried to track Stratos down. The only thing the young keyblade wielder could think to do was guard, and so he did, though took a fair bit of the force behind the attack. The Zip Slasher than seemed to charge its blades with wind once more, whilst Stratos was recovering, and charged straight at him.

Stratos reacted to this the only way he knew how to. And that was by stopping time with the cherry blossoms falling from the undisclosed location. Not really trying to use it for any other purpose than dodge, Stratos didn't take the time to analyze the attack this time, and instead just sliced straight through the zip slasher. However, he felt as though the attack did very little in terms of damage, and ultimately was pretty ineffectual. This was most likely due to the aero barrier messing with where the attack was auto aimed at, and thus, the damage was mitigated. Stratos then decided to cast up an aero barrier of his own, generating a wind wall around himself, and getting ready to take on the heartless once again. It quickly just ran at the boy, not viewing him as a threat in the slightest, and started to strike at him with just its regular blade attacks. Pulling up his keyblade, Stratos managed to block the attack and then continuously wailed on the zip slasher heartless at every given opportunity, thus dishing out a fair bit of damage to it, albeit, at the cost of a lot more effort than usual.

A black pool of shadows swirled quietly on the library floor. It bubbled and churned in a violent manner; it's dark color not allowing a single glimpse of what lie beneath the surface. An Air Knocker, ever curious about it's surroundings, approached the cesspool in an attempt to investigate the strange phenomenon. As it came near, it looked down into the pool to see what it could see. It stared and stared but could not see a single thing. Suddenly, a clawed hand shot out of the pool, grabbed the Air knockers face and dragged it down into the darkness. Silence filled the air as a small group of heartless had taken notice of the event and stood petrified at the implications of what had just happened.

As they stared on the curious black pool, it began to rise from the ground. A large bulge of black goo was quickly formed before taking on an ovular shape, eventually growing to a size rivaling that of the Behemoths. It formed into a slightly frayed tip at the top, having now taken on a teardrop shape. Slowly, the black goo solidified. After several moments, the form had become a thin structure of questionable origin. Without warning the object began to open from the top. The Heartless looked on in terror as the sides came lower and lower. They trembled at the revelation of a terrible form... Steel asleep in the middle of a giant flower and cuddling the air knocker from earlier as if it were a teddy bear?

The heartless came closer, curious as to what the heck was going on. Steel yawned and cuddled the Air Knocker tighter. Said Air Knocker looked absolutely terrified and confused at his strange predicament. Two of the other Air Knockers looked at each other and shrugged. They were supposed to try and kill this guy, and he was vulnearble so...

The Air Knockers flew closer and prepared to attack. As soon as they made the motion, their target jolted awake, squeezing his cuddle victim into a death grip. As his first victim disappeared into black smoke, thick vines flew up from the ground and grabbed each of surrounding Heartless. He gave a panicking glance around as the vines faded from view, having left a Stop effect on his other 3 opponents. He managed to calm down as he took a brief glance at his watch. He realized that he had somehow fallen asleep in the middle of the battle... likely because of the mandatory school hours which the rper had to attend. Deciding he had been asleep long enough, he rushed towards one of the stopped enemies and impaled it on his weapon. He then flung it toward the second knocking them together before he impaled them both. They were likely dead by now, but the stop spell would not yet allow for their disappearance. So he added the third to his "Kabob" and quickly located the Behemoth. Once he found it, he rushed forward and made his way to it's head. Without even the breifest hesitation, he impaled all three victims on the Behemoths horn. He then cast a fire spell before directing a furious volley of physical attacks upon the horn.

He jumped from the head of the Behemoth and into the middle of the crowd. "I'm awake and ready to kick some heartless but!" He shouted to his companions.

So this zip slasher, which was now going to be designated as a dual blade, was a lot harder to take down then Stratos originally thought it was going to be like. With the thing's aero shield, it made any approach he had at taking it down fairly difficult. Being immune to magic, Stratos couldn't even improvise with that. Though he did wonder why something like fire strike would still be more effective than just a regular attack against it. After all, it was a blade coated in fire magic, so really it should have power comparable to just a regular attack. Anyway, the next big thing about this heartless, was that it also seemed to different kinds of wind magic. But he felt like that wind ball that went across the ground earlier was indeed an aero. So why did it look and act so differently? Was it some sort of design choice that nobody could really be bothered to keep consistent? Who knew. Regardless, Stratos needed to think of a way to deal damage to this thing without getting killed. Easier said than done really, but he would perservere through this hard time.

The heartless, this time, came charging at Stratos while the young keyblade wielder awaited the attacks. The dual blade started by bringing its blade down upon Stratos, only for him to have to guard against and parry the blow away. Not finished with this set of attacks just yet, the dual blade then spun around and tried to cleave Stratos in two. He quickly responded to this by high jumping over the strike, only for the dual blade to finish the attack string up with one of those aero variants it had seemed to know. Creating a small twister of air above itself, the heartless then flung Stratos out of the air as the twister pushed outward. Landing to the ground in pain, Stratos was able to pick himself up in time in order to dodge the jump attack of the dual blade and avoid being impaled. Staggering backwards, Stratos got his keyblade up as the heartless was now charging up for a dash attack once more. With it, the wind channeled blades came straight towards Stratos as the dual blade traveled in a single straight line. Putting up his guard, Stratos managed to block and parry the attack completely. This then made it so that the heartless just fell back for some reason. So guarding against those knocked them off their balance, good to know.

Stratos then rushed over to the dual blade and started attacking it with a regular four hit combo. As the fourth hit landed, the heartless was sent into the air, and Stratos was able to follow this attack string up. He jumped after the heartless, and started an air combo. As the third and final hit of that combo landed, the dual blade was sent hurtling more through the air, only for Stratos to then finish this off with a vorpal blitz. Unleashing three, ice imbued hits, against the thing, when the third hit connected with the dual blade, it was spiked downward, having been critically hit. When that was done with, Stratos quickly dodge rolled towards the dual blade and tried to unleash another combo on it. However, as he begun, the dual blade brought its arm blades up, and parried away his own attack, making Stratos unable to continue. The dual blade then saw the opportunity to strike against Stratos, slashing at his side, only for the keyblade wielder to parry the strike back and continue attacking once more, bringing the dual blade to its last legs.

With Kross healed, Ananta stood up again and saw Steel's attack on the Behemoth. "Wow." she said, placing her hands on her hips. Although, she was a little scared of what he did. It didn't feel right. It felt strange, almost sinister...but she could still tell Steel was there. It's not like he was going to just go crazy from this dark power of his, right? Ananta hoped he wouldn't seeing as he was quite powerful and looked to be well-versed when it came to fighting. He was fast, too, which made it all the more amazing. Being able to attack as swiftly as he did with as much power as he had shown would be very useful in the future. Especially considering how powerful their foes are. "I'd hate to be on his bad side." chuckled Ananta. Her mind then wandered back to what she had seen behind his mask. It was pretty scary and Ananta still didn't understand it. It sort of hurt to know he was like that under his scarf. If he didn't want anyone else to know, then she understood, considering he seemed a little annoyed at even her finding out about it.

Shaking her head, she stamped her foot. "Whatever!" she said, jumping up and grabbing her keyblade. Once she was high enough, she began to combo a group of Air Knockers. There were about six in this group, so she would have to be careful. Especially since they seemed to strengthen the more there were in close proximity. "I'd hate to get knocked out by one of these ugly things." she chuckled, watching as the one Air Knocker she was fighting disappeared in a puff of darkness. As she fell back to the ground, Ananta cast Aero on herself to try and lessen the damage caused by the other five Air Knockers. "Wouldn't want to get knocked out, now would I?" she laughed, ducking when the five Air Knockers swooped down to attack her.

Each time they continued their swooping, Ananta would hit one of them with her keyblade. "Eventually, they'll all be defeated. This has gotta work..." she mumbled. Indeed, it worked. As they kept on swooping in for an attack, one by one they all fell until only two remained. Ananta laughed at them. "How could you be so careless? You let your friends all die! And here I am, still very much alive and still very much protected by my Aero spell!" she taunted them, laughing and pointing her keyblade. "if either of you wanna try and get revenge, come and get me!" she laughed, skipping around. One of the Air Knockers took the bait, but it wasn't smart enough to noticed an assault from below wasn't going to work. As it zoomed under Ananta, she stepped right on it. She tripped forward, but landed softly due to the Aero's air currents cushioning the fall. The previous Air Knocker was destroyed under her weight.

The final Air Knocker from the ground simply floated there, waiting for Ananta. Blinking, she stood ready to attack it. She hadn't noticed her Aero spell was weakening as she ran towards the heartless, swinging her keyblade at it. It took some of the attacks and returned it's own. They were easily blocked by her keyblade. This caused Ananta to become cocky as she simply moved out of the way of the Air Knockers attacks. Towards the end, she closed her eye and didn't see the Air Knocker switch it's attack to the same side she had dodged to. It struck her just as she hit it, causing her to get knocked out and the heartless to be destroyed.

Stratos and the dual blade's dual of fate was coming to a close. It had been put on its last legs from Stratos's last string of attacks, and it was clearly visible. The dual blade heartless seemed to be kneeling on the ground, using its blade arm to support itself as it seemingly caught its breath. As it finally managed to pick itself back up, it pointed its blade arm towards Stratos, signalling that this would indeed be the end for one of them. The question was, who?...The Dual Blade of course. Stratos wasn't going to die against this thing, it couldn't even do any actual damage, just pretend damage, like every other heartless here. Regardless, the two were going to end their duel in the most epic way possible. And not at all anti-climactic in the slightest. Why? Because Stratos didn't have his cg high enough to use trip around the sun. Not to mention he wasn't entirely sure if the limit would actually work on the heartless. This whole, is it magic or not thing was very ambiguous. Anyway, the dual blade decided that it had had enough of just waiting around, and decided to go in for its own attack.

It started by casting the aero wind shield around itself, and then hopping at Stratos. Stratos responded to this by quickly putting up his keyblade and blocking the attack, parrying it away and getting ready to go in and strike it down. He swiftly brought his keyblade around to hit it in the side, though due to both the aero barrier and the heartless's swift reflexes, this was not meant to happen. Using one of its blade arms to parry away the strike, the heartless then went in to attack the boy by spinning around with its blade arms to slice him in half. Stratos was able to high jump over this, only to realize he had just repeated the same mistake from last time. The dual blade created the air cyclone above itself, catching Stratos in and flinging him out. As he went crashing into the ground, he hit it with less force than he was expecting, due to his own aero spell. He was then knocked to the side the aero wind ball burst on contact with him. As the boy tumbled across the ground, he knew just what was coming next, and summoned his keyglider from out under his feet. With it there, he moved as best he could in the air to have the board form a shield from the dual blade's follow up attack of dashing at Stratos.

After getting knocked down by the attack, Stratos was about to wail on the dual blade, only to realize that there was a morning star trying to surprise crush him. Seeing the green triangle prompt, Stratos blocked the attack, jumped into the air, and then started spiking the heartless at the downed one. However, the dual blade was not out just yet, as it managed to guard the morning star's attack, only for Stratos to react again and throw the morning star again. This went on for a bit, until the dual blade finally sliced the morning star in half. However by this time, Aero had worn off, and so had a cool down. Stratos took his Iaido stance in mid air, and looked onward as he saw the vital point of the Dual Blade reveal itself. In a single instant, Stratos was behind the thing. A large cut formed on the dual blade, who promptly vanished after the attack. Well that was one thing down, now all he needed to do was bring down some more heartless. Looking forward, he saw a lance solider, the only heartless to not be attack yet, and killed it with fire. He then threw a book at another one and ended his turn there.

It wasn't too long after Ananta was knocked out that she started to wake back up. Her eyes were the first thing to move, slowly opening and still dazed from the punch to her face, blinking rapidly to try and focus her eyesight. For a moment, she was paralyzed, not able to move her arms or legs. Ananta was able to breathe, but she certainly could not make a move or a sound. It went away eventually, she realized, as her fingers twitched and scraped at the floor underneath her. Sitting up, Ananta pulled her legs in and bent over in pain. "Auuugh!" she yelled out, holding her face. It still hurt, even after the fact, but she toughed it out. She didn't even cry this time. "I'm going to kill all of you!" she yelled at the remaining Air Knockers. "Ya hear me!?" Rubbing her face, Ananta checked to make sure they hadn't broken her jaw or her nose or anything else on her face. Once she was sure she wasn't injured anymore than what she had just felt, she stood up and glared at the Air Knockers.

They were all floating together in a formation that looked like they were practicing moves on each other first. They were probably getting ready to fight everyone, from the looks of things, as they were watching the wielders carefully as they moved about. "They're going to pay for what their buddy did. I wish he was still around so I could just pummel him, but unfortunately he got destroyed I guess. No idea, honestly, I got knocked out quickly..." she spoke to herself. Ananta stopped and sighed. 'Honestly, talking to myself? What am I, crazy? Anyway, I think I'll attack one of them first and then use magic to take out as many as I can. Blizzard ought to work. I can cast it twice with both my hands and then slam the resulting popsicles together...' she began thinking, formulating her plan in her head. Nodding to herself a minute later, she was ready to attack.

Leaping up at the first heartless, Ananta attacked it, comboing it and blocking any attacks that may or may not have been sent her way. When the heartless was destroyed and she was just whiffing thin air, Ananta landed on the floor below her and looked up to watch the remaining Air Knockers. Two circled around and dive bombed Ananta. As they reached her, she grabbed them by the arms and froze them in her hands. The two Air Knocker popsicles then were slammed into each other, shattering into darkness and ice pieces.

The remaining three Air Knockers soon began to circle above Ananta as if they were buzzards. Instead of waiting for them to swoop down on her, Ananta jumped up and cast a fire spell on all three of them. Unfortunately, she was only able to cast two, leaving her stuck with a puff of smoke emitting from her keyblade as she fell down to the floor. The two heartless that flapped around wildly as they were on fire, soon disappeared in a puff of smoke, screeching at their defeat. The final Air Knocker zoomed down at Ananta.

"Stupid keyblade." she grunted as the Air Knocker attacked her with a barrage of fists. Once it grew tired, Ananta returned it's attacks with vigor. Her keyblade slammed against the heartless multiple times before it disappeared. The heart inside flew away, allowing Ananta to fall back and take a breather. "When will this fight ever end? I'm way too hungry to keep fighting, ugh!"

Raisor had just finished killing some heartless and was on his way to the Behemoth that was down when he noticed that the light on its horn began to come back again. He figured that that light meant the Behemoth was going to be getting up, and at that point, Raisor looked up and noticed lighting orbs forming a perimeter around the heartless. Figuring it wasn't a good thing to be where he was, Raisor ran even faster, pushing his legs so he'd get underneath the big monstrosity. He had a bet that even with all that lightning, the heartless wasn't going to attack himself. Just then, he remember that Cat had also experience a similar effect when she damaged the Behemoth. Apparently these creatures had a surprised in store every time they got taken down for a minute. It seemed strange that it only occurred like this, but Raisor wasn't going to just stand around trying to figure it out. As he got close, he also took a chance to jump up and take a downward swing at the horn, just as the creature's head began to get out of reach. Managing to nick the target, he fell toward the ground and rolled underneath the giant enemy. Just as he did, the lightning struck down around Raisor and the behemoth, causing all of Raisor's hairs to stand on end. At the same time, his hearing seemed to take a blow as well, causing him to cover his ears reflexively. For a second the only thing he could hear was ringing from the lightning that had struck down. He was glad he wasn't hit by it, because that would have caused some major damage.

With the Behemoth up and about again, Raisor figured he needed to find a few heartless to get rid of instead of worrying about how to get back on the Behemoth. He was sure the others were wrapping up their ends soon, and the South Side looked like it could use some work. If the South ended up being the last side to be finished, at least it would mean they would have everyone coming over and knocking the Behemoths around like crazy. Raisor figured right now he'd want to get rid of an enemy that could cause problems for them without noticing. As he said so, he noticed a Crescendo jumping by. A light bulb went off in Raisor's head, and he knew just what to do. He'd get rid of the last of the Crescendo's and make sure they didn't have to worry about any heartless healing or being called upon.

Taking the first Crescendo he saw, Raisor ran over to it and jumped on its head, or body, or whatever part he hit. The creature squeaked a little - at least Raisor thought it was a squeak - and Raisor took the chance to knock it with his keyblade, causing it to vanish. He looked around to see if there were any others nearby. As it so happened, there was a Crescendo jumping around near an Assault Rider in the distance. Raisor really didn't feel like going near the Rider, so he aimed his keyblade to shoot some Fire spells. While it wouldn't finish it in one hit, he could at least fire enough of them close together to try and damage the heartless and maybe block the Rider's vision. He took his shots, about 5 of them, and dropped to his knee. He wasn't good with magic, and he'd been using it all day. As he fell, the flames flew toward the target, hitting the Crescendo and the area around it. Raisor prayed that the Crescendo was hit enough times and the Assault Rider couldn't see him. Raisor got down on his stomach to diminish his view from the heartless as much as possible, and when the dirt cleared, there was the Assault Rider, jumping around looking for an enemy; luckily Raisor didn't notice any Crescendo. He he breathed a sigh of relief, glad that he managed to take the heartless out. Just as he sighed, he heard a honking sound coming from his right. It was another Crescendo, calling for help. He quickly got to his feet and ran over to the heartless, stomping on it just like the first, causing it to stop in mid-song. He attacked it with a combo and caused it to vanish as well. That was 3 down and 2 to go.

As luck would have it, Raisor noticed the last 2 Crescendos jumping around together by themselves. He didn't know why they were just acting like there was nothing going on, but he took the chance and used his Sliding Dash technique to get rid of the first before it noticed, then took out the other. Raisor took a deep breath and feel down. He grinned a little, glad that those enemies were finally gone.

Kaida's attacks seemed to be getting stronger the more and more she was attacked by the multiple soldiers surrounding her. Although she assumed normally this would have the opposite affect, growing weaker and weaker the more she was attacked, but she was not going to question logic at this point. When she was pretty sure whatever was measuring her wellbeing was low, she casted cure on herself (there was no one else there to cast cure on anyway) and while she was completely ignoring how the magic system worked, she didn't care.

She attacked and eliminated five more soldiers before she decided to run away from the area she was stuck in. She was surrounded, but she jumped over them like the amazingly amateur hunter she is and got herself into what she felt was a better position for her to win this fight. Kaida had not liked being surrounded and the new location was now a little more open and easier for her to move around. She hacked and slashed at 3 more of the soldiers but was soon jumped by two of them which she was pretty sure came out of nowhere. But when she did the count a few seconds later, there was still the same amount of heartless.

It's the whole traveling with darkness thing darn it. That is something that could be so convenient why can I not just teleport like that... why does it have to be a darkness thing.

Kaida knocked the two soldiers that attacked her back with her keyblade and angrily only went after those two until they were both nonexistent anymore. Or were they still existent? It did not matter, it was not her problem anymore. At least for that very moment. Maybe later on it would turn out to be an inconvenience like the whole collecting of hearts to create a castle that happened before her time. Then she paused for a moment. It was not a castle was it? What exactly did they make with that collection of hearts? She thought for sure it was a castle but something told her that was wrong.

This is why I need to pay more attention when people talk about this stuff...
It could have been a collection of hearts to create the largest muffin ever made for all I know.
I could really go for a muffin right now.
Wait. Focus Kaida. Food later. Right now, soldiers.

Kaida got herself into a more focused battle stance and decided to switch things up. For most of the fight she had been using her right hand. She decided for whatever reason to switch to her left hand. Maybe she just felt determined to finish the fight then and there, but she was pretty sure it was because for some reason her right arm was tired. She did not have a preference, and even if she did she was usually a better fighter with her left hand. Whenever she used to spar with Aux and occasionally Hikaru she would use her left hand. Not that it made a difference stat wise or anything it was just more of a preference.

Kaida watched the soldiers swaying, not moving much at all for that moment. She decided to strike them while they were not doing anything and she used strike raid, then she destroyed two more of the soldiers. She felt somewhat satisfied, seeing she only had six left. However, as she began to think the fight would now be easier, they seemed to vibrate uncontrollably. Kaida backed up a bit unsure of what they were doing before they all decided to jump at her at once. This threw her off guard because usually they were sitting back watching the others attack her, so she let out a small yell as she held up her keyblade to block their attacks.

The book master that had been injured didn't prove to be much of a threat by itself. It swung its book fiercely trying to get Beuce away from it, but to no avail. It took a boot to the stomach, which caused it to stumble backwards, and it was followed by a blue metal keyblade striking it in the face. As it went flying backwards, Beuce stood perfectly still in a stance for a moment, until finally he vanished from sight and performed a single impossibly fast strike on his enemy, immediately cleaving it in half at the waist and dispatching it. The numbers of the book masters were thinning. In fact, they'd be all but destroyed in just a second. If Kel finished them off with him, then even better. If he had to guess, he'd say he could take out about 3 and 3/4 book masters this post. Which would be roughly half of the remaining ones. After that, they'd get to work on their next behemoth.

Right before he went onward to fight the book masters, he stopped. Something was...odd. He could feel a change coming. A power was welling up inside him. A bright light emitted from his chest and enveloped his entire body. Bright bursts of energy shot in every direction until nothing could be seen of him. The thought crossed his mind that he may be going super saiyan, but then he realized that would take roughly 30 posts and Rienzel would never get that done. So, if that wasn't the case, what was? Finally, the light burst and dropped out, revealing Beuce to have a quite different appearance. He was dressed largely in black, with fur lining different parts of his clothing and chains hanging down from various parts. He could feel something had changed. For one thing, his keyblade was now a black longsword without much of a hilt, so it was likely made for offense rather than defense. He could feel strength deep inside him, as though he were empowered just by being in this state. The strength coursing through his veins...he had no idea where it came from, but it didn't matter. All that was important was that he had it now, and he intended to use it to win this fight.

Charging into the book masters, he realized just how much power he'd obtained from this new found state. One swing cleaved so hard through the air, a shock wave could be felt from the sheer force the attack produced. A single book master who had been hit was instantly cleaved in two in a single strike, the book he had placed between them as a shield having no effect. Practically pouncing on the next, he performed a skill he didn't know he knew. his body carried itself, causing his arms to slash five times through the unfortunate heartless. Each strike seemed to cut through space itself, leaving a gash in the air as energy spilled through. It wasn't magical energy...no, this was different. It was as though there was so much raw power in the attack, that the physical strength was visible. Needless to say, the target didn't last. The third book master fired a flaming orb, but Beuce swatted it to the side with a balled fist. Dashing forward, the unfortunate assailant was plowed into the ground by Beuce's empowered fist, leaving it severely injured. Before he could entirely finish it off, another came to it's air. If there was one thing that could be said about these heartless, it was that they stuck together. However, sticking together wasn't going to be enough in this case. Beuce was in the book wielding heartless' face in an instant. He went to perform a basic combo on it, but found himself being pulled further into the fight by this power. Instead of a simple four hit strike, in the middle of the combo, he thrust through the bookmaster and spun behind him with a massively powerful finish, tearing up the ground beneath his blade from the sheer force of the air which the blade shaved through.
