Use the Drive into DW Roxas code (Valor)
and it should work
The reason it crashes because DW Roxas hasnt got a Drive/Revert option so he was never meant to be drove or reverted so the
Drive into DW Roxas Code changes his status and other things that makes it crash. ​

Use
[Weapon Mod]
and Replace
Way to dawn with Ultima weapon digits
to make his weild it not backwards you have to use a joint mod which will change the way Riku weilds a weapon into the way you want it
So you must change Riku digit of joint to Sora's so he will wield it fowards.
but i think backwards looks cool though xD.

and if you wish to fight a org member you have to know
Riku has NO finishers so to defeat a Org member you gotta change his Role Mod
from Boss! to Enemy!
i can Hack that for you if you wish. ​

 

I don't mind it backwards its styll cool, and i can't find the digits just this one,
