At first she did not know how to respond. "I killed someone, Ren. The only person that helped me. I walked into there house. Yes at the time I did not know it was his house, but he died the same. They gave me cloths They showed me that someone can care for other. Just like you. They people just do not think of them selves. That there are people out there that care." Ren was so like this man it was so odd. "I am afraid of killing another just like I did to him. I did not mean for it to happen it just did. If I did that I would not be able to live with my self. I could hurt someone in this guild. I could hurt you. I do not want that. The possibility of the past happening again. I do not want to hut people." She put her head in her hands. "I do not know what to do anymore Ren." Ren was to kind. "Yes the bow was stolen from me. I bought it early one morning went to a field and practiced with it. I was good. I never used it for anything other then practice. I was naturally good with a bow. You saw me use it when you came it. What do you think? I can tell that the bow is different. The bow was stolen early the same after noon. I sat the bow down on a chair of one moment and when I was not looking it was stolen just like that. I saw them take it. Maybe they took it because they could not get it them self. I did buy the last one. Hours later I was able to tail them long enough. Then went into a house. They left 3 hours later without the bow. I broke in and got it back. Then that night I went into the man's home and he died." She stopped here and looked at Ren. "His only gift to me is now gone. He said that the answers would come one day. He is no longer around to give me the answers I need. What he gave me, like I said before, seemed to have some sort of clamming effect on me almost like magic." She put her head in her hands again. She felt like she could cry. Why was she telling him so much? What made Ren different then the rest? The vary few people that she came across in her life that helped people. Everyone was always to busy or did not care. Sometimes she wished she knew more magic then she did, but what was she going to do?

 

Gaius used Quick Blitz on the dragon, ignoring evil Gandalf for the moment.

Therity was somewhat amused by Boreal's reaction to the tentacle porn incedent, but the retaliation he had againt Gaius had to hurt. And to top it all off, he surrounded himself with more freaking birds and dragons and shit. So, apparently this guy couldn't fight for himself and had to resort for his minions to fight for him. That's a form of strength, I guess, Therity thought. This needs to end now, though. I'm done wasting my time with this jackass.

Therity used Blitz on the dragon thing. ​

Taylor finally managed to finish putting clothes on, and stayed to enjoy the view from the top of the guild hall while Beucette left. Eventually, she made her way downstairs but decided not to go back to the guild hall. She was pretty wiped out right then; she hadn't expected to have sex on her first day at the guild, and she had been totally unprepared for the intensity of it. Instead, she wandered around until she found her room and lay down on a bed, looking up at the bunk above her. Suddenly, one of her old memories came back to her, and she began to feel herself sinking into a slight depression. No, she thought, sitting up. I have to get out of here and talk to people. I won't allow this to happen to me again.
Several minutes later, Taylor found herself standing in the entrance to the main dining room area, or whatever these people wanted to call it. The common room, whatever. She was standing there. Most of the people around her seemed to be enjoying themselves to say the least, with the exception of a few, including one girl with raven black hair. However, somebody was already comforting her, so instead she sat down at the bar and watched the fight between a fellow new guild member and a clearly more experienced girl who also served as the bartender from earlier, silently cheering for the newbie, and intrigued when he decided to cure his opponent instead of actually fighting her. ​

 

Ra stared at the massive ice construct. If this one had a name, then clearly he was pulling out his trump cards. He was getting desperate. "No dragon can defeat us!" Ra called out to his party. "Veilan, assist Ander in finishing the eagles! Leave the dragon to us." Ra stepped forward, staring down the beast. They had defeated countless others of his ice constructs. This one was stronger, but it remained an insect to their power. It would fall just as easily as all the rest. It would fall under the might of Sapphire Eclipse. "Crystallarax, you will be trampled in our march!" The leader of Team King screamed at the frozen dragon barring their path, making his hatred of ice-based constructs evident. It was simply a returned mutual dislike. Flame danced across his fingers as he hurled a searing ball of flames at the dragon.

Quinn groaned as Gexln whined to Johanna to hurry up and get them their drinks. "Oh my god will you shut the hell up?" At first glance, Metal appeared to travel up his arm, but that wasn't what was actually happening. His arm was becoming the iron. It stiffened, straightening into a club shape. With a quick swing, he batted Gexln in the back of the head. "She's busy. If you really want the drink then quit being such a damn baby." Wait. Gexln was being a baby. He'd just hit him. Oh god he'd become Karina. Where did he go wrong in life?​

 

With the two of them now free of maids and having the entire library to search, it'd be as good a time as any to see if she couldn't find the book. Wanting to make sure that she didn't miss anything when it came to looking for this book, she walked over to the book shelf that she had knocked down and started looking through the books scattered across the ground. After sifting through a fair bit of them, her face had lit up as she had found a book that they had been looking for. Grabbing the Daybreak book, Aoki held it up to show Zephyr saying, "found it. Now, let's get out of here before any more of these maids show up."

As the group had ended up dealing with maids it seemed that everyone was ready to start leaving as well. As Malkira had burst through the door, Rho simply turned to Zephryne and had said, "well, I suppose we should rejoin with them so that the trouble they get themselves into should lessen." Following after Malkira, he had saw that Vance too had acted against Everlue by throwing a spell at him. As that was an obvious cue to leave, Rho had simply walked towards the door to open it for everyone else.

Charlotte had felt as though she hadn't conciously decided to go and use blitz against Boreal, but nevertheless she was happy that she had ended up doing so anyway. Shaking off her short bout of auto pilot, she had seen that Boreal had now had another ice dragon and more ice eagles to deal with, however, that wouldn't deter her whatsoever. Striking at the Crystallarax with Barrier Surge, Charlotte then went to go block for Gaius after having done so.

As Thomas had explained to her where his flirtatious attitude had come from, she looked back to him and said, "well, confidence is fine and all, but when you're trying to act confident, it comes off more as overconfidence, which can kind of be a bit of a turn off." It was then that she realized something else about what he had said. "Wait, what do you mean by not much ti-" before she could really finish her question, S-Class members that Lucia hadn't seen yet had burst through the door and everything started to get a lot...louder.

 

As Leo listen to her explanation of what had happed after he'd run away from the village had surprised him a bit, mainly her mothers reaction to her helping someone. It was pretty clear that she was protective of her, least that was what he assumed, but preventing Silvia from going and helping as well as not allowing her to go back to her home was a bit much in his opinion. "Guess your mother was really protective of you then." He'd lifted his head up a bit prior to speaking so that it wouldn't be like he was talking to his hands. At the mention of Caliborn, Leo thought a bit to recall who that was before the image appeared in his head. "That doesn't surprise me, if I had to guess he's probably the most fatherly figure here at this guild." He wasn't in that category for obvious reasons. "So what happened to your father, if you don't mind me asking of course?"

The bright white light had faded and they were now face with a massive ice dragon. Boreal wasn't playing around anymore, which could also mean that they were nearing an end to this battle. This ice dragon before them would likely halt all attacks to get to Boreal, but there were also two ice eagles to deal with. One of which again attacked Ra. Guess Ice birds don't see him as a true bird. No Matter, it would be him and Ander to deal with them so he gave Ra a nod in response before going to attack. Now this took some time deciding which to use, but eventually it was decided that Veilen would use fire on the other eagle and hope for the best. So the ball of fire was launched towards Eagles.

Zephyr wasn't having too much luck looking through the pile of books that he'd chosen. In fact he was about to ask Aoki if she'd had any luck in finding in when she'd declared that she just did so, as well as holding it in her hands and showing it to him. "Right, I've had my fill of maids for the day." Speaking of which, wasn't there still a maid unaccounted for and this was the large maid so it should be easy to spot her if she was actually around.

 

As the club hit Gexln's head, he let out a tiny growl. "Yeah well she's gotta get her priorities straight. Alcohol over all! She-" the shadow dragon slayer started, before turning to see the club coming at him again. Acting quickly, his body became exceptionally dark in colour and Gexln seemed to fade away, his body becoming that of a shadow. "Alright then Quinn,you want to go? Then lets go!" he shouted as the shadow veered to the side of Quinn and Gexln became tangible once more, his arms dark as the night itself as he lashed out with his Shadow Dragon's claw.​

 

Johanna sighed, but at the same time was impressed. "I don't know how good you'll be if you heal the enemy in a real mission, but I mean, you didn't heal badly. I'm a healer, I should know." She laughed. "Alright, you didn't beat me but I don't want to kill you, which is reeeeally possible so. I think I'll give you a past this time."​

 

Johanna went back behind the bar, glaring at Gexln. She made him a drink. "Here you go. Don't cause trouble now, you'd be horrible examples of S-Class. ​

"Thank you" Damian sighed with relief, he was afraid he was about to get knocked out by Johanna, or worse, the other way around. He sat by the bar timidly and watched the more powerful magicians fighting, it was impressive to say the least. leaving the conversation shyly he walked back to Cassandra "Hey, uh, any more tasks and trials? preferably ones that don't involve being punched by a flower?"

 

As Silvia proceeded to speak about how little that she new about her father, Leo had remained silent throughout everything that she had said. He couldn't deny that he was curious about her mother's reasoning for not telling her own daughter about her father, but he didn't want to pry too much into her past. Plus his questions seemed more like things that directly asking her mother would give him better answers. Which given how he's still a kid to some people, asking about private matter would likely not get him any answer that he was looking for.

When Silvia had finished speaking, it had occurred to him that he'd just been asking Silvia things about herself, but not once did he offer to tell her anything about him. It seemed a little unfair to continue asking about her with that in mind, so Leo did the one thing that he could think would even out the sides. "Is there anything that you'd like to ask me?"

 

So the fight was over, just like that. The sudden lack of entertainment sent Taylor flying directly into boredom's arms. Sighing, she looked around. She could get wasted with some tough looking men, but she had never been really into that and knew she was a lightweight. She didn't really feel like taking her guitar out either, as she wasn't in the mood. "Ugh," she mumbled. She crossed her arms over each other and lay her head on the table in front of her.​

 

"Oh this is most ungentlemanl-" The Duke sputtered, before the chaos of the fight began.

Vance used Thunder on Everlue. It did 4 damage, but with Magic and Weapon it did 23 damage.
Malkira used Blitz on Everlue. He attacked 4 times dealing 2 damage each (total 8). With Strength and Weapon he did 23 damage.
Conrad also used Blitz on Everlue. He attacked 3 times dealing 4 damage each (total 12). With Strength and Weapon he did 26 damage.
Rho did **** ALL! COME HELP US YOU IDIOT!
Zéphyrine used Blitz. They attacked 5 times dealing 5 damage (total 25). With Strength they did 36 damage. (<--- What the hell RNGesus?)

"Ahhhh! Virgo dear, help me!" He waved a key around vaguely and suddenly from seemingly nowhere, a large made plunged through the ceiling, raining splinters and bits of wood down on them. She had jumped from some place within the house, crashing through the floor of the library, going through a wall and somehow ending up in Everlue's office. The two thieves would undoubtedly notice the large maid projectile that had launched through the house. Both of them looked very, very cross. Together, they began their attacks.

Everlue used Diver. He can't be attacked this turn.
Virgo used Earth Bounce. It did 10 damage, but with Magic and Speed it did 21 damage. Everyone took 4 damage.

Therity used Blitz on Crystallarax. She attacked twice dealing 5 damage each (Total 10). With Strength and Weapon she did 28 damage.
Ra used fire on Crystallarax. He did 5 damage, but with a bonus he did 7. With Magic and Weapon he did 35 damage.
Charlotte used Barrier Surge on Crystallarax. She did 6 damage, but with Defence she did 11 damage.
Veilen used Fire on the Eagles. He did 5 damage, but with a bonus he did 7. With Magic and Weapon he did 22 damage. The Eagles died.
Dale used Lightning Storm on Crystallarax. He did 30 damage, but with Magic and Weapon he did 46 damage.
Total damage to Crystallarax was 149. LOL
Crystallarax's Defence reduced 24 damage.
Both Eagles were dead.

Crystallarax used Shred on Ra. She did 13 damage, but with Strength and Weapon she did 39 damage.
She then used Tail Sweep on everyone else. She did 13 damage, but with Strength, Speed and Tail she did 31 damage. Dale, Veilen, Therity and Ander took 8 damage.

Several cracks appear in the ground as Crystallarax attacks and you feel the structure becoming more unstable.

So it had turned out that they were in a combat. Well, that was certainly an interesting development. And given that Everlue had left the giant maid who had appeared as the only target to be attacked, well...she was the only thing to be attacked. And so, Rho went to simply use blitz on the maid to bring her down.

After Aoki had secured the book, something definitely weird had happened. Like a speeding bullet, that was massive in size and no really as fast as a bullet....like a speeding cannonball, Aoki saw some spinning blob break through part of the library. Walking towards the hole she created, she saw that the others were down there and fighting both Everlue and what appeared to be a terrifyingly large maid. Looking to Zephyr Aoki said, "well, let's go get this over with." Aoki jumped to the hole and used blitz on the maid.

Having blocked the damage of gigantic icy tail smash of the giant ice dragon, Charlotte things seemed to be slightly working out. However, the floor around them seemed to be breaking apart, meaning they had to get rid of the dragon soon or bad things were likely to happen. Gripping her blade tightly, Charlotte went to attack the beast with blitz, then going to block for Ra who had seemed to be taking a fair bit of damage.

As the commotion had begun amongst all of the other S-Classes, Thomas had said something about them walking around and owning the place. Lucia let out a slight chuckle as she watched the antics and said, "nah, not like they own the place. It feels more like they're just really comfortable here, like it's their home, you know?" Thomas then proceeded to compliment her once more, though she completely missed the part where he had said this was a date and said, "well, if you just want to sit down and talk with someone that sounds more like you just need to find yourself a friend rather than a girlfriend that you seem to keep going after.Those are the kind of people you can just sit down and talk about anything with really. And you can never have too many of those."
