I hate these game delays

Now that DA is now delayed, my earliest pre-order is now in November. November is going to be such busy month already, probably won't have the time to play many games then...

 

What's "DA"?

I'd rather have a game be delayed than rush jobbed.

still better than paying for a cancelled kickstarter

 

Sorry, but just about all games I've pre-ordered have been delayed. Kind of getting to me.

 

Think the last time I did this was for Bioshock Infinite. Even that was unnecessary since I got it on PC and could have just bought it through Steam itself.

 

You can get really good discount through GMG if you preorder. That's why I do anyway. Just got Beyond Earth for $40.

You know what I am still waiting for?

... The next installment of Half Life.

We used to have that joke saying "KH3 will never come out" but now it's coming out so the joke is redundant.... but really it should be Half Life 3 that's joked about... it's been 10 years since HL2 and 7 years since episode 2.

Less time, sure, but you guys know Episode 3/HL3 is coming. Eventually. They were probably waiting for a new engine to be made since Source is showing so much age

 

DKHFKSJHDFKHJ Surely there are better engines by now ;-;

Part of me feels like this game will never be made xD Valve don't know how to count to 3.

 

The wait for Half-Life 3 sucks, sure, but they haven't announced it yet, so you can't call it a delay.

 

I mean, there are tons of better engines than Source, but Valve hasn't made their better engine yet.

I'm sure Valve had to use the number three many times when coding :P

 

Well Source is very outdated... I just wish they'd hurry up the creation of the new one.

Unless they managed to make the entire game out of binary code >:3
