Fictional realm astral travel

Go ahead and give negative comments if you want to. I just made this discovery, so I am posting it for reactions.

I just found out you get to have out-of-body experience when using astral projection to travel to worlds of fiction. Think about it: works of fiction can be looked at as another reality now, and it is possible to meet our favorite characters. I don't do astral projection.... yet anyway, but I can tell this is a huge step for those who wish to travel to said realities.

 

Question is: What if you ARE the fictional character?

 

Do you even Kingdom Hearts?

 

That's a good question. We could be considered fictional in another reality. I am not kidding.

This might be the ramblings of a fan of not-so-popular series, but I WILL travel to realms that I am familiar with, Zim's Earth, Kirby's Dream Land, whatever the heck I feel like traveling to. No offense, but I will use this research to travel places other than OUR Earth.

 

Even if that means you'll just be one of the lowly background characters who never really sees any action? What if you have no control over exactly where you end up, for example, on Zim's Earth and "land" in a part of the world that is largely unaffected by Zim and GIR's misadventures?

Also, what research are you talking about? The last time I checked, astral projection was a form of magic and magic doesn't exist on our version of Earth.

 

Fiction isn't another reality. It's fiction.

 

Well according to multiverse theory, there are infinitely many universes that may all be under totally different circumstances, so it's not unlikely that there's a universe that just happened to develop exactly like a work of fiction.

 

And then one day...I got in.

Let me ask you people then: Have you ever considered looking up astral realm fiction travel on Google? You will see results that show people HAVE done this. I am not kidding.

 

Newsflash: People can lie on the internet.

 

crazy people think they've done crazy things. I would take the words of someone who says they have traveled to the realm of fictional characters with a grain of salt.

 

This is also a fact.

 

And how do YOU know people aren't lying if you haven't been to sites?

 

Theoretically, it's an interesting proposition -- quite frankly this would fulfill more than a few childhood fantasies -- but I highly doubt that it's possible.

But hey, if you can do it without drugs, let me know.

 

I have been to sites. KHV is a site. Facebook is a site. Youtube is a site. Wikipedia is a site. Ground Zero is a site. The Lincoln memorial is a site. The aurora borealis is a site to behold.

Now that I'm done making fun of you, I'll tell you that I do know that people are lying because I've seen many stories from people who claim to have performed astral projection and have concluded that there are much more logical explanations. Examples include sleep paralysis, vivid dreaming, and lucid dreaming.

Also, there's no such thing as Santa.

 

I can vouch for lucid dreaming. I've done it enough times.
