    Main Thread
In a timeline where the villainous teams of each region ultimately succeeded and the player characters failed, the world is on the brink of destruction. The Pokeworld is mainly ruled by Silver, leader of Team Rocket. Ghetsis, the head of Team Plasma, is his second-in-command. Gonzap, founder of Team Snagem, functions as Silver's enforcer and Nascour, the Grand Master of Cipher after the death of his boss, as an adviser and head of development. Silver's forces are aided by the Legendary Pokemon Mewtwo, Celebi, Suicune, Shadow Ho-Oh, Shadow Lugia, and Kyurem. Other Legendary Pokemon are rumored to be in their employ. The catalysts for the destruction of the world, Kyogre and Groudon, have long been missing, keeping the atmosphere in a constant state of turmoil. Most of the world is flooded and wild Pokemon are spreading the "Shadow virus," turning themselves into more powerful, but hostile versions.

    Rules
    1. Obvious rules: No Powerplaying/Godmodding/be nice/follow KHV's rules
    2. You do not need an extensive knowledge of Pokemon to join (though it'll help). We'll keep things simple enough.
    3. No Legendary Pokemon are allowed (right off the bat), but you are allowed to reserve them if you so wish. Reservations = activity. You lose the right to the Legendary Pokemon if you aren't actively participating.
    4. Levels and stats are subjective. You are not limited to four moves. You can be as in-depth as possible (Natures, abilities, etc.) or keep it simple. Pokemon Evolutions are also up to you as long as it's not happening too easily.
    5. You can carry as many Pokemon up to six as you wish. Eventually, Legendary Pokemon will not count towards this total.
    6. All Legendary Pokemon exist (see Reservations below), but will only become available at certain points.
    7. You can play any member of the bad guys (even reference other villainous Teams if you want!). Ghetsis, Gonzap, and Nascour are also up for grabs. Silver is mine, though. Keep in mind, that they are ten-fifteen years older from their respective games.
    8. Player Characters and Rivals from the games are off-limits. Either they're dead or never made it far in their journey before falling victim to disaster.
    9. Other NPCs from the games are off-limits, but feel free to reference them somehow! I don't care if you're related in some way to one of the NPCs (as long as it makes sense). However, your character's history can't contradict another's.
    10. No stealing other RPer's Pokemon, even if you are part of Team Snag-Em (though you can try for storytelling purposes). If they give you permission, though, feel free!
    11. I don't care if you have a Shiny Pokemon. I might care if you have several.
    12. Mega-Evolutions are allowed.
    13. Pokemon Battles are up to you to decide how they go. It doesn't have to be turn by turn, but keep each other in mind. Remember, it's for the sake of the story. If you can't decide who should win, I'll help.

    • Character Name: Cardinal Rosso
      Age/Appearance: 23
Biography/Personality: Cardinal was born in Kalos, but moved to Johto shortly before Kalos was destroyed by Team Flare. Orphaned at a young age, he was raised by a man who gave him his first Pokemon, an Eevee. The man taught Cardinal all about the past of the world and what he believed had to be done in order to stop Team Rocket. Shortly after Cardinal found himself with a strange mark, he and the man attacked a Cipher laboratory, but the man was gravely injured. After burying his mentor, Cardinal started making his way to Sootopolis for reasons he didn't quite understand.
Cardinal is known for his drive and ferocity. He has a strong sense of justice, but is not above hitting below the belt.
Pokemon: Sylveon, Feraligatr, Gengar*, Galvantula, Noivern, Aegislash
Other: Gengar is shiny and capable of Mega-evolving.

      Character Name: Harley Higana
      Age/Appearance: 21
Biography/Personality: Harley is one of the Draconids. Though his family has been tasked with summoning Rayquaza in dire times and guarding the secrets of Mega-Evolution in Hoenn, their culture was almost completely eradicated after Primal Kyogre's and Primal Groudon's rampage. Though he used to visit Meteor Falls often, once Cipher made a base there, Harley decided to keep a low profile in Lavaridge Town. Marked like the others, he has found his way to Sootopolis Town.
Harley is timid and good-natured. He is extremely optimistic, preferring to see the good in everyone. He is also very soft-spoken.
Pokemon: Garchomp, Milotic*, Fraxure, Torterra, Deino, Gyrados
Other: Garchomp and Gyrados can Mega-Evolve. Milotic is shiny.

      Character Name: Dominic Relas
      Age/Appearance: 18
Biography/Personality: Dominic is a legacy of Team Snagem. His father was a member and raised Dominic to believe in their ideals. However, Dominic often found himself secretly at odds with the idea of stealing another's Pokemon, especially after his Zorua was turned into a Shadow Pokemon. He would often leave his post to explore, causing Team Snagem to transfer him directly to Cipher where he worked in the Fossil Restoration Department. As such, he has an affinity for Fossil Pokemon. He was responsible for discovering how to revive a Fossil Pokemon as a Shadow Pokemon. Recently, he's found himself with a strange marking, but has kept it a secret from his superiors. When a mission to accompany Snagem grunts to Sootopolis was mentioned, Dominic jumped at the chance, though he has no idea why.
Pokemon: Aerodactyl, Tyrantrum*, Bastiodon*, Archen, Armaldo, Zorua*
Other: Zorua, Tyrantrum, and Bastiodon are Shadow Pokemon. Aerodactyl can Mega-Evolve.

    • Character Name: Luna Shiba
      Age/Appearance: 19
Biography/Personality: As a young girl, Luna always dreamed of traveling. She earned herself the nickname "The Burning Adventurer" in her hometown of Littleroot. She was taken from her parents by Aqua Admin Shelly, who saw her potential as a trainer and taught her all she knows. She also became a surrogate big sister figure to Luna.

Though raised around Team Aqua members, Luna is not explicitly a member of them. She assists them if needed, otherwise, she does her own thing. During her time with Team Aqua, Luna found a Red Absol, who Shelly caught for her and let her raise. Soon after, Luna obtained an Aquamarine Treecko, sparkling in color, and stolen from Professor Birch's lab. She also befriended an Eevee that was abandoned on the streets. Though often called lucky for possessing two shinies, she has not seen another, and she doesn't care for them, all Pokemon are the same to her. She has headed to Sootopolis with hopes of finding clues to Kyogre's whereabouts, secretly hoping to use Kyogre to end the madness going on, and to learn about the strange mark she found on herself.
Pokémon: Absol, Sceptile, Swellow, Ninetales, Sharpedo, and Eevee.
Other: Sceptile can Mega Evolve, though she hasn't found a stone for Sharpedo yet, and her bond with Absol is not yet strong enough.

Also, may I reserve Shaymin and Hoopa? If we're only allowed one, I'll take Hoopa.

In and both Legendaries are yours, HoTie McHotpants. I'll add in the reservations when I get on my laptop.
Also, I just realized I forgot a rule: you don't have to be one of the "Marked Trainers," but only those are allowed more than one Legendary and Shiny. Bad guys can also be Marked.
