24. Addition of Critical Mode
-Compared to Standard, enemies do 2x damage, except for XIII Mushrooms who do 1.25x damage
-You start with the abilities Reaction Up, Finish Rise, Draw, Luck Up X2, MP Hastera, and EXP Zero. (but you can't use them until Roxas' 3rd day.)
-Roxas' Starting AP is 50
-When leveling up, AP increases by 3 instead of 2
-Compared to Standard, HP and MP quantites from get bonuses are halved
-Compared to Standard, EXP recieved is .75x normal
-Save file shows up as "Critical Mode"
-Getting the Secret Movie is easier
-In the PS2 Browser screen there is a symbol attached to the save data file.


25. The Status menu has changed
-When selecting Sora in status, Limit Form Level is shown rather than Summon Level


26. Collecting Drive Gauge is easier
-For instance, originally you got 1/3 from attacking bosses, now you get 3/4

-apparently in the orginal, if you had good timing you could use increase the number of items without increasing the price and get more than 1 item for the price of 1. But its fixed now

31. Ultima Weapon synthesis has changed
- the amount of some crystal (brimming?) needed changes from 7 to 3 but the experience earned also changes from 119 to 99.

So wait. Are Shock Charm, Full Bloom, and Shade Archive items for Larxene, Marluxia, and Zexion? Er, or themed by them (in much the same way that the Frozen Pride and Centurion are for Vexen and Lexaeus, respectively)? What do they look like and what do they do?

 

‘Mitasareru’ could logically be Serenity? You used to have to collect seven Serenity Crystals and now it’s down to three…?

The only other thing is that the White Mushrooms used to give ‘mitasarerushizuku’ for Mystery Goo. So it could be a new item or something. Which would fit more with the ability to synthesise it into something higher…

So it’s Serenity or Mystery? *feels the pang of not having Japanese version…* =__=;;

wait....this bit got me thinking....if the amount needed changes but the amount of orichalcum+ available changes....wont that mean its possible to create 3 ultima weapons?

 

its not orichalcum that changes, its Serenity Crystal or something like that.
