Who Will Be Your Main When Dissidia Arrives In The US?

This poll is for my curiosity of who will be your main playable character when Dissidia: Final Fantasy hits the US August 25! Who will be the first character you'll play as?

My main, for example, is Tidus. The first FF game (that wasn't a spin off) that I picked up and played through was Final Fantasy X. So the game and its characters are quite special to me. Of course, Cloud's my underdog, but Tidus is awesome!!

Note: This poll doesn't include Shantotto. She doesn't have a Destiny Odyssey story, and only an unlockable character. She doesn't count, sorry.

She's the hero representing Final Fantasy VI.

 

I'll of course whoar Cloud...mostly because he kicks ass. I'll either use Leon or Tidus to back me up.

Zidane. He will be interesting to try out first off. He's an underrated main character and yet he was humorous and entertaining. Then, after that, I'd have to say Terra.

 

I'll say Cloud will be my back-up, but of course I'll play the story mode in order.

If they made a Dissidia II, then I'm almost certain Zack would appear.

Besides, the US localization will include new cutscenes of characters the heroes had emotional ties to (example: Cloud > Zack, Squall > Rinoa, Tidus . Yuna). However, the heroes will remain the same. No additional playable characters, just new scenes.

 

My first character will be Warrior of light but Im just planning on playing ass him and get enough pp to unlock Garland and main him

 

You sound like you've already played the game. You have the Japanese version?

 

Garland and Kefka are both beasts. I mained them when I had the Jap version and loved them both.

 

I tried playing Dissidia on my friend's PSP and the only character I can use was Frioniel. So I'll probably stick with him...

I might use Cecil or Bartz too but probably not Cloud or Leon. I tried and can't use them at all.

Zidane was pretty good as well though, so I might stick with him as my main.

 

Cecil, he's a Paladin DK, what more could you want?

I agree with you completely. Cecil's fighting style is kinda like Riku's in KH2.

 

I don't know much about the fighting style of each one, but I'd probably go with Tidus as FFX was my favourite. If that doesn't work out well I'll experiment with the others.

 

Terra she's the first true female hero of any Final Fantasy, and she's not a whiny little *****, unlike a certain spiky blond character.

 

I don't live in the US .-.

But when it comes out here i'll be using Zidane first, started FF with FFIX so i'll do the same with Dissidia.

 

Garland and Golbez own. Out of the heroes, I'd say Cecil.

 

I'm betting Cloud will be.
