    So the more we walk - the more healthy our brain gets huh?

    That sounds about right XD good thing i walk a lot

    Well, let's look at this simply. Cardiovascular activity expands your lungs, and heightens your body activity generally. So walking would be an easy way to heighten your brain and make it more lively and (that one word that makes you notice things better than you could). =P
