Sorry rock band/guitar hero fans

I despise those games greatly.

They take away the epicness of other REAL bands.

Anywho Rockband and Guitar Hero drive me insane and especially seeing it on MTV 2 with the whole Rockband tour!

Other than making the bands look bad, Why?

 

It also makes a whole bunch of people look like posers and it also defeats the purpose of actual bands.

 

Everyone's like "Let's start a band!" and I was like, sure, I'll rap, and their like...no...on RockBand!...****

 

And I suppose by this logic games like Call of Duty and Medal of Honor makes being soldiers pointless?

Because hey, forget fighting for your country, there's a video game for that.

 

Playing this game isn't going to stop people from forming bands. Those who get obsessed with the game and master it, don't merge with those who are in bands much.

Some people play them because they can't afford the real instrument so play this to get some what of a feeling of playing a real one, and ultimately..for fun. Fun, you know the reason we play games for. I play GH and love the same, but it's not stopping me from wanting to play a real instrument, actually playing it makes me want to play guitar. I just can't afford to do so.

When my friend invited to play Rockband with him I was using Bass and Vocals on expert and I pwnedz! While there tapping the drums on expert extremly slow :/

They don't even come close to the speed I play with the real deal.

 

Well cause me and HJ are real musicians, and people imitateing it makes us mad. Plus, soldiers fighting in other countries might not like Call of Duty.

 

True and I'm not trying to rip on people who play it, I'm just saying my opinion. The game itself though is a sh!t load of money and I'm sure you could buy certain instruments for that price. Like acoustics guitars and certain parts of the drums. You could also save the money to do so.

And I would probably destroy anyone at that "on da mic" rapping game.
