yep im making userbars cuz my paint shop pro came yesterday and ive been taking tutorils to make userbars, im still only a begginer so don't be asking me for animated ones or anything, and they will look somthing like this:

Rules (please read before requesting!)

• I DO NOT DO ANIMATIED BARS! (so please don't ask for any!)
• I don't make anything other than userbars, if you want anything else please go to the other graphic shops.
• Don't spam in here!
• Please if possible use quite big pictures it makes it easier for me.
• Please don't rush me and say things like"When is my userbar going to be done. (it will be done when it is done!)
• do not request over 2 userbars, if you want more wait until at least a week
• If I make you a userbar and you use it please give credit eg. "Userbar by rikku" or somthing like that,

ok im on it! ;) but Tallian I don't think I could keep the first one animated, because it dosn't stay like that when you upload it onto photoshop or paintshop pro. If you would still like it done?
