RE:COM confirmed for PS2

Hey guys, just to let you know that Square have now confirmed that RE:COM is definitely making it's way to the PS2 later this year in the US. Thanks to both DogboyX and demochick25 for this information.

Square Enix, Inc., the publisher of Square Enix® interactive entertainment products in North America, and Disney Interactive Studios, announced today that KINGDOM HEARTS Re:Chain of Memories will be released for North American audiences on December 2, 2008.

KINGDOM HEARTS Re:Chain of Memories is the essential piece that bridges the gap between KINGDOM HEARTS and KINGDOM HEARTS II. Originally released in 2004 for Game Boy® Advance, this full 3D rendition on the PlayStation®2 has never been released in North America — this is an entry in the KINGDOM HEARTS saga that fans of the series can’t miss!

On the downside loves it looks like there will be no FM attached to this. Also no mention of a European release, but I doubt they would leave us in the dark.

OMG, i didn't think it was true! thank god, i LOVE Chain of Memories, it's the best KH game in the series in my opinion.

I think I'm going to buy this one, even though I played and beat the first re:com from japan. I'd just like to hear what they were saying in the cutscenes with english voice-overs.

Okay now I'm definatly going to buy it. Weird, the realse date is close from being its 4th anniversy coming out in North America for the GBA. Funny isn't it.

I am not going to buy it. I bought the Japanese version with Final Mix, so sorry Square. I'll just watch the cutscenes online (on here of course). I am saving up to buy the other three games coming out.

Hell yeah,I am gonna get this game so effin bad if it does come out.But what about the voice actors.They wont fit because they are older.Unless they get new ones but that will suck.

But now I can get the guide, so maybe the Japanese version will make more sense. lawl
