Basically, just random words or expressions that nobody else (or nobody else that you know) says...

Besides "Cripes!", those are all weeaboo expression moeblob reactions that you really have no non-weeaboo right to use unless you are and/or fluently speak Japanese. ;3 Which at this point I'm doubting you do...

When I feel as if I've accomplished something I say "How do I won at life?" and variations. Although most people I say it around need to murk loar and think I just had a speech hiccup.
