    Okay....it's 10:38 and i'm wrting this sooo.....expect some bugs.
Anyways, you will make a sig like this (This is for The GIMP)

    1.open up a new document(duh)
    2.paste your stock

3.make a new layer and take out your sparks and vine brushes and do this(you don't have to do the arrows, but if you can do it)and then hide it
    [IMG]
4.copy visible and paste in a new layer.then displace it (filters>map>displace)by the vine and spark layer.then erase the focal point(in other words over the person)
    5.copy visible and paste.Run a ripple(filters>Distorts>Ripple)and set it to 24 and 8(uhhh....I think....)and erase what doesn't look good

6.copy visible and paste.run a glass tile and set th bars to 20 and set that layer to overlay on 40
7.copy visible again.run a paper tile map and keep the nimbers on default but change the background type to inverted image and the fractional pixels to force
set that to overlay at 13.1
8.then get out some grunge brushes and brush with black like this
    on a new layer
    [IMG]
then set that to overlay on 70.05
Do the same with white on a new layer and set to overlay on 100%
9.add text and a border and you're done!
EXTRA STEP:copy visible and paste again and add a incandesent graident and set that to overlay at like 60% or so
    [IMG]
After you're done, you can feel free to spruce it up as you liek.
