No, but you can get similar plugins for FL Studio. From my understanding of it, it's pretty much a mix between 8-bit and 16-bit synthesizers. Tweakbench makes some good ones you can find for free. FL's a lot easier to use and much easier to tweak when using plugins, and you can actually use FL Studio default plugins, but it's really hard to learn how to perfect them. If you'd rather use Famitracker you can, but that's just my suggestion.
