Question need a certain tutorial

I need a smudging and coloring tutorial used with Photoshop.Can somebody plz help me on where to get these two kinds of tutorials?

 

Well, I don't have a tutorial, but I can help you out. What do you need?

 

I need to know how to smudge better and use coloring because I don't know how to do color with PS at all.

 

Well, smudging is rather simple, but the biggest thing that will help is playing with settings. When you have the smudge tool active, hit the Brushes tab's dropdown in the top right. Turn on the first few settings, and mess around with them.

As for coloring, just go into Layer>New Adjustment Layer> and whatever you want.

 

oh ok, I knew about the new adjustment layer stuff, I just thought there were other methods to coloring.thanks.^_^
