    For me it's...

    Irreversible.

Bar none, nothing comes close, I was actually disturbed after watching this film, it haunted me for days. Horrific and it really pisses you off too.
You need a strong stomach to watch that film IMO.

    ^ 'Nuff said.

But it is quite a good movie, though.

Flower Of Flesh And Blood, if that's even worth calling a movie. It was a piece of crap, but the content was a bit disturbing I guess.

Ah yes, the 9 minute rape scene.

    The Amityville Horror. ;_;

I saw it when I was pretty young, and I live a bit away from the house it happened in and it really freaked me out. I didn't go in the basement at ALL after that, and I closed my closet before I went to bed each night.

The Pianoist. It was based on a true story about a man in the Holocaust but I got disturbing dreams about it for three days. One was when I was in the Warsaw ghetto...

The movie wasn't bad, it was just all the killing and death they showed. It was my fault for watching it since it was rated R. (I'm fourteen Btw)

The Exorcist (1973), not the Emily Rose one... that sucked. The orginal is still the most disturbing, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I watched that about 3 years ago in school x....x
I felt really bad when I laughed at the guy in the wheelchair who got thrown out the window :x

I remember watching this movie made by the Germans about the Jews. Comparing them to rats and things.
    I can't remember what it's called

    But it was awful. :x

Also, notable mention for Visitor Q. That one is very disturbing to your average viewer, but somewhat less disturbing if you're familiar with Takashi Miike's other work.

Stephen Kings "It" freaked the holy fuck out of me when I was younger. I couldn't look at clowns for years after that...or sewers.

    Saw that last year.

Didn't scare me, but it was pretty fucked up.

I also have weak gag reflexes which didn't help :S

But Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is pretty disturbing in my books
