Getting up weakly after being resurrected Kaida took a moment to process the situation before she decided to run over to Beuce. She placed a hand on his shoulder, looked him dead in the eyes and said, "Thank you for the healing." before she immediately Launched Beuce at the Maldragon.

Beuce felt a hand on his shoulder and turned to see the blonde woman looking up at him, dead in the eye. He smiled as she thanked him for healing her. "No problem! Any ti- AAAAAAAHHHHHh" Beuce cried out as he was turned into a living projectile to combat a dragon. God. This is like the time that Karina almost killed luna by throwing her at Arma. Like, actually, what the fuck? Who sees a giant creature of monstrous strength and thinks "Oh i'll just throw my teammate at it and hope they survive probably it'll work out fine." Yeah, brilliant ideas all around.

Well turns out it was a fine idea because as he rammed into the dragon, he got off a considerably good punch at its neck. Wait...Its neck...As Beuce was falling, an epiphany hit him. If he could summon that cat...Then it could deal with the dragon in no time. He raised up his arm and called forth power to do what needed to be done. That is to say, he created a ball of electricity and began to ride on the rail which formed from it, as summoning the cheshire cat was just as likely to kill all of them as it was to aid them in any way and was a terrible idea.

 

Okay, so, big dragon thing. It was breathing fire, Stratos was blocking the fire, the fire kind of hurt. Overall, Stratos wasn't a fan of the fire, and he didn't even have faith equipped so he couldn't beat the fire. But here was the secret, he didn't need to beat the fire directly. He just needed to beat the dragon and with it, the fire would be beaten. This was the perfect plan, yes, and Stratos wouldn't here otherwise. But wait, other than the pitiful combo attacks of his, he had no way to beat the dragon. Which meant he had to rely on the others to beat the dragon and thus the fire. And so, Stratos cast cure on Glen, in order to help beat the fire and the dragon and maybe the rat.

 

Raisor started to fire the cannon, getting a little sleepy at the tediousness of this fight. Could that dragon and mouse be beat already?

As the Cheshire Cat made Glen twice the man he used to be, he went forward and attempted to strike at the dragon once again, only to be knocked back and off his feet by the powerful blast of fire used against him and his allies. Not one to give up in a fight easily, he immediately got onto his feet, noticing Stratos had not done the same. Instead of helping Stratos, he instead released a bloodthirsty roar and surged forward, delivering an incredibly painful combination of attacks to their draconic foe.

Glen attacked, dealing 157 damage and gaining 50% CG because of it! His CG is now at 185%.

Raisor fired the cannon, pleading mercy to whatever god was out there for this fight to end already.

 

After getting killed by the dragon fire, again, Stratos caught back up as he was healed by Beuce's Mega Potion. Giving a thumbs up to the man, Stratos then decided to go on the offensive, or as offensive as he was physically able, and cast mine square.

 

Cannon be fired. Damage be given.

 

Given that the boss fight was now over, i'm going to assume that space contorted itself so the two groups were together. Beuce chimed in after Karina. "How exactly do we do that again? I barely understand how we got here. Hell, I don't think HE understands how we got here." He said, gesturing to Mortimer. Beuce made a gesture that seemed like it would've been crossing his arms, but he just kind of folded on arm over his chest and held out his stump. Dammit. He couldn't remember anything that happened before the bloticle fight. As though it were a year ago. Maybe the answer lied somewhere in there..."Anyone got any ideas?"

 

In an instant, it all seemed to be over. With Mortimer having been struck down by a cannon ball, it all seemed to be a bit surreal to the boy for a second there. Looking around, he saw there was nary a blotling nor bloticle in sight. The dragon had been felled, the mouse without a keyblade and the fight seemed to have come to its close. A sense of relief washed over Stratos, as he realized that they had finally managed to save this world of Wasteland and the fight that felt like it took over half a year was finally over. As the groups managed to join up through some party collapsing space, Stratos pondered on how they could get out for a bit when an idea crossed his head. "Well if we got here through a book and some ink, maybe we just need another book and some more ink to leave." His face was one that seemed to suggest that the solution was really that simple, before he thought about it again and said, "wait that sounded smarter in my head."
