Well, it's two days till Christmas, which means it's two days till your Secret Santa gifts are due. :]

I was really thinking of drawing a wolf, but I just...I lost all my artistic ability a long time ago. ;-;

 

My gift is for Misty, but I think I'm going to need to invoke that disclaimer from my sign up. Though it actually isn't because of procrastination. I had a really stupid sister some technical difficulties. It will definitely be here within the twelve days of Christmas if that still counts. I'm actually thinking it will be in before New Years. Who knows, I may even pull off a Christmas Miracle here.

Following the years after Voldemort's fall, Neville Longbottom quickly rose up in the ranks of the Wizarding World. Not only had he become the Prime Herbology Master of All Existence, he also overshadowed that Barry Otter boy that slayed that one guy that killed lots of folks. With a power greater than the numerical value of 9000, Neville, or should I say, Lord Neville, became Supreme Grandmaster Emperor Kami of everything ever. As such, he replaced the holiday of Christmas, and re-christened it Longbottomas.

On this day, we sing his tune - a tune of champions and righteous undergarments.

I proudly present, Longbottomas.

Floopsieboo and Mister Squiggums


This is the story of Floopsieboo and Squiggums written for mixt as his Secret Santa present thingy. I'm not gonna lie, I kinda did run out of time towards the end, sorry about that.

“Happy birthday, Floopsieboo!” His mother came in with breakfast on the bed. Floopsieboo thought he was getting too old for breakfast on the bed, but he still started chowing down on the food without saying anything to his mother. “Thank you mother, finally I am old enough to go and see the world.” For as long as he could remember Floopsieboo had lived in his village with his family. Today was his sixteenth birthday, and Floopsieboo had finally figured out it was time to spread his wings and fly out into the big world out there. For you see, Floopsieboo and his entire village were butterflies who had colonized together to make a small village.

“I am grateful for everything mother, but I just can’t stay home anymore, there’s so much out there I have to see!” Floopsieboo told his mother, she sighed “You know I want to have you for myself, however I can’t stop my little baby from finally leaving to spread his wings”. A smile started forming on his face before he kissed his mom on the cheek. Since the whole ordeal had been planned some time before his birthday he had already packed his stuff. “Don’t forget to wear clean underwear!” His mother yelled to Floopsieboo as he flew out of the village. “Don’t worry mother, I will.” Before long his mother lost sight, her baby had finally left the nest.

“Where do I go now?” Floopsieboo asked himself as he just flew off, really anywhere was fine for him as long as he got to see the world. He then saw another butterfly, a female one who had gotten stuck in a spider’s cobweb and was about to get eaten alive. Floopsieboo then quickly swooped into action. There were small stones on the ground, perfect for spider extermination. Floopsieboo lifted a rock behind his back and threw it at the spider “Get away from that lady, you heathen!” the rock flew across the air and hit the spider right in the head, it fell lifeless to the ground. From out of his pocket Floopsieboo got a can-opener which he had packed for can-opening, and used it to get the lady out of the cobweb.

“My hero!” the lady expressed with great joy and gave Floopsieboo a kiss on the cheek. “May I ask for my savior’s name?” the woman asked Floopsieboo. “My name is Floopsieboo, the hero of the nameless butterfly village.” He stated proudly “Oh, so this is not a first then? Well my name is Smoofums, all around beauty and only here for my sex-appeal.” She giggled “Can I travel with you for a while” she asked “I need someone to protect me in this crazy world, it’s really dangerous out there.” Floopsieboo nodded and the two of them flew off into the distance.

The two of them travelled together for two years, they visited towns together all over the world, they took various kinds of jobs for other people to have enough money to live by, these jobs included being a sort of delivery service, doing escort jobs and so on. But through thick and thin Floopsieboo and Smoofums were there for each other. They had even begun to form feelings for each other. Until one day.

It was really just like any other day, both Floopsieboo and Smoofums had been out and gotten their daily money. “I’m really tired, so I’m just gonna go rent a room at the nearest inn, could you go to the story in the meantime?” Smoofums asked Floopsieboo nodded agreeing, they then parted ways. Smoofums went to the nearest inn and got a room “A room for two please.” She was then given a key to a room upstairs. “Oh, and if a fellow comes asking for me, please tell him where my room is?” When she got to the room she then put on a can of coffee for Floopsieboo, since she knew he would come home soon.

Floopsieboo was going through the market buying the food they would need for the next day. “Would you please help an old man carry his bags home?” An old butterfly asked “I would do it myself but I don’t think my back could take it.” Floopsieboo, forever the gentleman, of course helped the old man carry his bags home, it was at least a mile away and it took him an hour to fly since old man was so damn old and slow. However, Floopsieboo finally got to the inn with the food, only to find out that there was a massive fire, there were no survivors. Smoofums was gone forever, burned alive.

Floopsieboo flew away from the inn, crying, it started raining. Because of the rain he couldn’t fly anymore and he had to go down on the ground. The whole situation was just getting worse and worse of all, he forgotten to wear clean underwear. What will become of Floopsieboo? The place were he landed was at the shady side of the town. Suddenly three moth fellows came out of the shadows “Give us all your money!” Floopsieboo would normally have complied, at that very moment he was in such a heartbroken place that pain would be better for him. “So you refuse, huh? Then me and my boys will have to lay down a beating on ye.” At that the three of them came at him in a manner that wouldn’t be very PG-13 so we’ll just skip over it.

The once proud and happy butterfly was lying on the ground, beaten and heartbroken, without any money and his best friend dead, underpants soiled. In the corner of his eyes he could see a big figure. Suddenly Floopsieboo got picked up, he felt a very warm and fuzzy feeling at that very moment as his conscience seeped away.

“You’re finally awake, Butterfly?” He heard a deep raspy voice say. Looking around himself he could see he was in a huge bed in a very nice house. Everything about the place was just so heart-warming, from the colours to everything else. In the chair on the other side of the room his eyes spotted a very large, fuzzy figure, it was a werewolf. “I found you out there one the ground all beaten up, my heart wouldn’t allow me to just walk past you. You’ve been out for the last two days.” Now that he thought about it, Floopsieboo didn’t feel any pain at all anymore. “Thank you for everything, dear werewolf I was not in the best of situatio-.” At that moment Floopsieboo completely froze and a tear rolled down his cheek. “What’s the matter little one? What happened before I found you?” At that moment Floopsieboo told the werewolf everything.

“Young lad, looks like you’ve been through a lot, my name is Mister Squiggums. If you want you can live here for a while to get better.” There was warmth coming from his voice. For five years Floopsieboo lived with Mister Squiggums, to warm him Squiggums let the butterfly sleep with him in his fur. They lived together, helped each other get money, food and once in a while the werewolf would help the butterfly escape a dire situation. Little by little he was getting his view back on life; everything seemed to get better and better.

One night when they were going to sleep Floopsieboo felt that everything was just good, he had forgotten all about the things that had happened. Floopsieboo fell asleep in the warm embrace of Mister Squiggums, his vision faded as he felt he was finally at peace.

“I dreamt I was a butterfly. I couldn’t tell I was dreaming, but when I woke, I was I and not a butterfly.”

Floopsieboo woke up all alone in his bed, as a human. “Was I dreaming I was the butterfly, or was the butterfly dreaming it was me?” he thought to himself, tears forming in his eyes. Floopsieboo had found all he ever wanted, but now it was all lost, forever.

Okay, well I drew this and it took a lot longer than expected. I drew it, then scanned it in and coloured it in using GIMP. Sadly, even after using fill there were so many white bits, so I went over all the lines. Anyway, this is Zack Fair, Zero (Vampire Knight) and Soul (Soul eater obviously :3) and a snowman, which you may name if you want.

Zack is very excited by the way :3

I was going to draw a picture for each day and each day add another character, sadly by the time I finsihed 7 swans are swimming I realised I would never finish them to a good standard.
